Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device and a method for mixing beverages.
When blending drinks, such as juice or lemonade, either several recipe ingredients are individually dosed with water or a premixed base component, such as a beverage concentrate or syrup, is mixed with water to adjust a desired concentration of the ingredients in the final product.
When switching between different products or a longer production downtime, the existing product in the piping system must be drained and / or ejected with water from the pipes. In particular, the product fraction thus ejected must then be discarded. This is uneconomical with frequent product changes or the production of small quantities, both in terms of product costs and wastewater costs.
There is therefore a need for a device improved in this regard and an improved method.
The
When mixing sugar-containing
The method according to the invention can be carried out particularly advantageously if the concentration KA, KM, KK of the characteristic constituent, preferably the sugar content, in particular the Brix value of the
The device 1 further comprises a
In addition, in the flow direction in front of the outlet-
On the outlet side, a metering or shut-off
For returning finished mixed and heat-treated beverage 3 'from the

Thus, the inventive device and the inventive method allow a substantially complete return already
In particular, in the mixing phase 7 portions of the ready-
It goes without saying that not all possibilities of repatriation have to be exhausted. For example, only a return from the
