Description

The invention relates to a backpack according to the preamble of the independent claim.

As is known, a backpack is worn on the back of a person, the load of the backpack being received by the upright person via two shoulder straps (shoulder straps) and a hip belt. For the comfort of a backpack, it is important to adjust the shoulder straps individually on the back anatomy of the person via a setting system in the horizontal and vertical direction. On the one hand, the backpack is positioned as close to the back as possible, on the other hand, the load of the backpack is thus introduced as uniformly as possible into the shoulders of the person.

The font DE19803729A1 shows an adjustment system with a mounted on a rear wall of the backpack adjustment plate having a Höheneinstellnut and a plurality of width adjustment grooves. Shoulder-side ends of the two shoulder straps each have a mounting plate with locking head. The two locking heads are mounted in the adjustment plate, but they can be moved in the Höheneinstellnut and Breiteneinstellnuten and fixed by elastic deformation in an individually desired locking position.

For the comfort of the backpack, it is also important to ventilate the back of the person while wearing the backpack, so that during exercise, resulting condensation is transported away from the back.

The font EP0158154A1 shows a ventilated rucksack with A-shaped, concave-shaped spacer, which biases a network, which spaced the backpack back from the back of the person holds, so as to form a condensation-transporting climate zone.

The font DE 9 302 693 U also shows an adjustment system for a backpack.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a backpack that allows both a horizontal and vertical adjustment of the shoulder straps on the length of the back of the person and a rear ventilation of the backpack.

This object is achieved by the invention according to the characterizing features of the independent claim.

The inventive backpack has shoulder straps and an adjustment plate for adjustable in horizontal and vertical direction attachment of the shoulder straps; the adjustment plate is mounted on a net, which net is spaced from a back wall of the backpack by a ventilated climate zone.

It has surprisingly been found that the adjustment plate, which introduces a portion of the load of the backpack via shoulder straps into the shoulders of the person, can be attached to a net which is attached to the backpack via rims, thereby removing the net and the back wall of the backpack enclosed area forms a ventilated climate zone. Since the adjustment plate is only loaded with tension when the backpack is used as intended, the ventilated climate zone is additionally stabilized by the load of the backpack.

In the embodiments according to Fig. 1 to 3 the backpack 1 has two shoulder straps 2, a rear wall 3 with stiffening frame integrated therein and a net 5 arranged in the region of the rear wall 3 for creating a ventilated climate zone 4 between the rear wall 3 and the back of a person, the stiffening frame - with the backpack standing upright considered - has two substantially aligned parallel, arranged near the side of the rear wall 3, extending in the vertical direction longitudinal sections.

In one embodiment, the net 5 is fastened with its shoulder-side end directly to the rear wall 3 of the backpack 1 and / or to sections of the stiffening frame running horizontally in the head region of the backpack 1 and with its hip-side end to padding elements and / or to the foot region of the backpack 1 attached in the horizontal direction extending portions of the stiffening frame. The shoulder straps 2 are fastened with their shoulder-side end at a preselected distance to the shoulder-side end of the net 5 on this and fixed with its hip-side end to the rear wall 3 on the stiffening frame and / or on the net 5 in the region of the hip-side end. The net 5, the shoulder straps 2 and the rear wall 3 are made of weather-resistant and abrasion-resistant plastic and / or natural material / plastic blended yarn, for example of plastic such as polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and / or natural / plastic blended yarn such as cotton / polyester blended yarn.

In the case of the backpack 1, the shoulder straps 2 can be individually adjusted to the back anatomy of the person wearing the backpack 1 via an adjustment system in the horizontal and vertical directions. On the one hand so that the backpack 1 is positioned as close to the back of the person, on the other hand so that the load of the backpack 1 is transmitted as evenly as possible to the shoulders of the person. The adjustment system includes an adjustment plate 15 and adjustment members 16. The adjustment plate 15 is attached to the net 5. The adjustment plate 15 is mounted on the side facing away from the rear wall 3 side of the network 5, so that it is easily accessible to the person.

The adjustment plate 15 is made of metal and / or plastic and mechanically durable connected to the network 5 in positive engagement and / or material connection. An adjusting element 16 is attached to a shoulder-side end of the shoulder straps 2. The adjusting elements 16 are made of metal and / or plastic. Advantageously, the adjustment plate 15 and the adjustment elements 16 are made of weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant materials such as aluminum, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene. The adjusting members 16 are adjustably fixed to the adjusting plate 15 in the horizontal and vertical directions. The attachment of the adjusting elements 16 takes place in a reversible manner by the person carrying the backpack 1.

In the execution according to Fig. 1 For example, the adjustment member 16 is a clip, and the adjustment plate 15 is a base plate having a plurality of rods, preferably a matrix of two by three sewn rods. For adjustable fastening of the clamp, the clamp is clamped by hand, pushed over one of the rods and fastened by relaxing the clamp in this attachment position.

In the execution according to Fig. 2 For example, the adjustment member 16 is a buckle, preferably a three-bar buckle, and the adjustment plate 15 is a multi-slot base plate, preferably a two by three slot matrix. The shoulder-side end of the shoulder strap 2 is attached to the middle bridge of the three-bar buckle. For adjustable fastening of the three-way buckle This is pushed by hand into a slot and rotated into a mounting position, so that the two outer webs of the three-bar buckle come to rest behind the edge of the slot.

As in Fig. 1 and 2 In this embodiment, for each adjustment element 16 of the two shoulder straps 2, the wearer can select three different, vertically spaced attachment positions on the adjustment plate 15, namely one of three superimposed webs or slots. In an embodiment in which the webs and slots are longer than the adjusting element 16, the carrier can displace the adjusting element 16 on the selected web or slot in the horizontal direction and thus also select one of a plurality of fastening positions in the horizontal direction.

For example, the webs or slots of the adjustment plate 15 are spaced apart by two or three centimeters in the vertical direction and an adjustment element 16 can be displaced on a web or in a slot in the horizontal direction by one or two centimeters. Particularly advantageous in the attachment of the adjustment plate 15 on the network 5 is the fact that the adjustment plate 15 is charged in normal use of the backpack 1 only on train, which additionally stabilizes the climate zone 4 by the load of the backpack 1. Fig. 3 schematically shows how the load of the backpack 1 from the head portion of the backpack 1 in the shoulder-side end of the network 5 and from there into the adjustment plate 15 and from the adjustment plate 15 via the adjusting element 16 in the shoulder straps 2 and from there into the body of the the backpack carrying 1 person is transferred. The resulting mechanical stress in the network 5 stabilizes the climate zone 4 and keeps the back wall 3 of the backpack 1 largely away from the body of the person.

Longitudinal portions of the stiffening frame and thereby the rear wall 3 of the backpack 1 are advantageously ergonomically shaped and the shape of the spine following slightly curved S-shaped.

The ergonomically shaped rear wall 3 and the backpack 1 set to the back anatomy of the person ensure that the distance between the net 5 and the rear wall 3 remains largely the same over its entire course and a ventilated climate zone 6 of largely constant layer thickness or depth is created, which is both horizontal and vertical. as well as vertical ventilation allowed.
