Claims (16)

  1. Trommel (1) für eine Waschmaschine, einen Waschtrockner oder einen Wäschetrockner, umfassend eine Zugangslucke (2) mit wenigstens einem mit der Trommel (1) verbundenen Flügel (3, 4), um dazu in der Lage zu sein, zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer geöffneten Position zu drehen, wobei der Flügel (3, 4) umfasst:
    - einen Metallrahmen (5), welcher einen Einhackabschnitt (6) bildet, um den Flügel (3, 4) in der geschlossenen Position zu verriegeln, und einen Gelenkabschnitt (7) für die drehbare Verbindung des Flügels mit der Trommel (1) bildet,
    - einen aus Kunststoff hergestellten Körper (8), welcher auf dem Metallrahmen (5) spritzgegossen ist, der einen Verbundflügel mit einer aus Kunststoff hergestellten Außenfläche (9) bildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einhackabschnitt (6) und der Gelenkabschnitt (7) getrennt gefertigte Teile sind, die vor dem Umspritzen des Kunststoffkörpers (8) auf dem Rahmen (5) miteinander verbunden werden.
  2. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Verbindungsbereiche (11) zwischen dem Einhackabschnitt (6) und dem Gelenkabschnitt (7) des Metallrahmens (5) durch den Kunststoffkörper (8) wenigstens an einer Außenseite (10) des Flügels (3) überdeckt sind, die auswärts der Trommel (1) zeigt, wenn sich der Flügel (3) in der geschlossenen Position befindet.
  3. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    wobei der Einhackabschnitt (6) ein Einhack-Querelement (12) umfasst, das sich zu einem Einhackrand (13) des Flügels (3), welcher seinem Gelenkrand (14) gegenüberliegt, parallel erstreckt, und zwei plattenähnliche seitliche Hacken (15) bildet, die in Richtung einer Außenseite (10) des Flügels (3) vorstehen, die auswärts der Trommel (1) zeigt, wenn der Flügel (3) sich in der geschlossenen Position befindet, wobei die seitlichen Hacken (15) sich parallel zu dem Einhackrand (13) erstrecken, und einen mittleren Hacken (16) bildet, der in Richtung der Außenseite des Flügels (3) vorsteht und mittig zwischen den seitlichen Hacken (15) angeordnet ist,
    wobei der mittlere Hacken (16) ein in Richtung des Einhackrands (14) des Flügels (3) gebogenes freies Ende (17) aufweist.
  4. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei der Einhackabschnitt (6) wenigstens eine Positionierungszunge (19) umfasst, die konfiguriert ist, in einem entsprechenden in dem Gelenkabschnitt (7) gebildeten Positionierungssitz (20) oder umgekehrt einzupassen, um eine gegenseitige Positionierungsreferenz der Komponenten des Metallrahmens (5) zu bilden.
  5. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 2 und 4,
    wobei die Verbindungspunkte (11) Schweißpunkte sind, die den Positionierungsabschnitten (19) benachbart gebildet sind.
  6. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei der Rahmen (5) zwei Gelenkabschnitte (7) umfasst, die ursprünglich getrennt sind und dann mit dem Einhackabschnitt (6) verbunden werden, und wobei jeder Gelenkabschnitt (7) eine zur Außenfläche (9) des Flügels (3) im Wesentlichen parallele Hauptwand (21) und eine Mehrzahl von Gelenksitzen (22) aufweist, die durch Löcher in Plattenansätzen (23), die nach Innen der Trommel (1) gebogen sind und quer zu der Hauptwand (21) der Gelenkabschnitte (7) gebildet sind.
  7. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 6,
    wobei die Gelenksitze (22) aus einem Endansatz (28) der Hauptwand (21) gebildet sind, der in einem Ring gebogen und mit der Hauptwand (21) verbunden ist, um einen Durchgang für einen Gelenkstift (34) zu definieren.
  8. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 6,
    umfassend zwei Flügel (3, 4), wobei das Einhack-Querelement (12) eines zweiten Flügels (4) Gegeneinhacksitze (18) bildet, die geeignet sind, die Hacken (15, 16) des ersten Flügels (3) aufzunehmen.
  9. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 8,
    wobei der Kunststoffkörper (8) einen Knopfsitz (29) definiert, der dazu geeignet ist, einen Knopf zum Verriegeln und Freigeben der Verbindung zwischen den Einhackabschnitten (6) der Flügel (3, 4) aufzunehmen.
  10. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    wobei ein erster Flügel (3) und ein zweiter Flügel (4) der Flügel (3, 4) jeweils eine Stufe (30) in der Nähe eines Einhackrandes (13) aufweisen, die einen Einhackbereich (31) definiert, wobei aus dem Einhackbereich (31) des ersten Flügels (3) Hacken (15, 16) vorstehen und in dem Einhackbereich (31) des zweiten Flügels (4) sich Gegeneinhacksitze (18) öffnen, um die Hacken (15, 16) aufzunehmen und wobei die Einhackbereiche (31) des ersten (3) und des zweiten Flügels (4) gekoppelt werden können, wobei die benachbarten Außenflächen (9) im Wesentlichen fluchtend ausgerichtet sind.
  11. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei der Kunststoffkörper (8) eine Mehrzahl von ersten Gelenkbuchsen (32) um die Gelenksitze (22) des Metallrahmens (5) bildet und wobei eine oder mehrere zweite Gelenkbuchsen (33) wenigstens teilweise eine Torsionsfeder (35) aufnehmen, die den Flügel (3, 4) in die geöffnete Position vorspannt.
  12. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    umfassend wenigstens einen aus Kunststoff hergestellten Gelenkkörper (36), der eine Mehrzahl von dritten Gelenkbuchsen (37), die ein Loch zum Aufnehmen eines Gelenkstifts (34) aufweisen, sowie eine oder mehrere vierte Gelenkbuchsen (38) bildet, die wenigstens teilweise eine Torsionsfeder (35) aufnehmen, die den Flügel (3, 4) in die geöffnete Position vorspannt.
  13. Trommel (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
    wobei der Gelenkkörper (36) mit einer Metallseitenwand (39) der Trommel (1) verbunden ist und zusammen mit den Gelenkabschnitten (7) der Flügel (3, 4) deren drehbare Verbindung mit der Seitenwand (39) bildet.
  14. Trommel (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
    wobei die Seitenwand (39) der Trommel (1) einen Gelenksitz (40), der teilweise den Gelenkkörper (36) aufnimmt, sowie eine Mehrzahl von bandförmigen Fortsätzen (41) bildet, die in einer Schleife um den Gelenkkörper (36) gebogen und an der Seitenwand (39) befestigt sind.
  15. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 12,
    wobei der Gelenkkunststoffkörper (36) einen Haltesitz (42) bildet, um ein Schubende (43) der Torsionsfeder (35) in einer Halteposition zu halten, die kein Hindernis bei der Montage des Flügels (3, 4) an dem Gelenkkörper (36) bildet, und wobei der Kunststoffkörper (8) des Flügels (3, 4) einen Trennvorsprung (43) bildet, der geeignet ist, das Schubende (43) der Torsionsfeder (35) von dem Haltesitz (42) zu trennen, wenn der Flügel (3, 4) montiert ist.
  16. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 11,
    wobei der Gelenkkörper (36) einen Klappensitz (45) bildet, der durch Formkopplung einen stationären Abschnitt (46) einer Klappe (47) aufnimmt, wobei eine Drucklasche (64) eines mobilen Abschnitts (48) der Klappe (45) in einem unmittelbar in dem Kunststoffkörper (8) des Flügels (3, 4) gebildeten Klappenhohlraum (49) aufgenommen werden kann.
