Claims (12)

  1. Trommel (1) für eine Waschmaschine, einen Waschtrockner oder einen Wäschetrockner, umfassend:
    - eine Metallseitenwand (39),
    - eine Zugangsluke (2) mit wenigstens einem Türflügel (3, 4), welcher mit der Trommel (1) verbunden ist, um dazu in der Lage zu sein, sich zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer offenen Position zu drehen, und durch elastische Mittel (35) in die offene Position vorgespannt ist,
    - einen Dämpfer (47), welcher einen stationären Abschnitt (46) und einen beweglichen Abschnitt (48) aufweist, dessen relative Bewegung gedämpft ist, wobei der stationäre Abschnitt (46) mit der Seitenwand (39) verbunden ist und der bewegliche Abschnitt (48) mit dem Türflügel (3, 4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Türflügel (3, 4) einen Metallrahmen (5) und einen aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellten Türflügelkörper (8) umfasst, welcher mit dem Metallrahmen (5) verbunden ist,
    - ein aus Kunststoff hergestellter Scharnierkörper (36) mit der Metallseitenwand (39) verbunden ist,
    - der Kunststoffscharnierkörper (36) einen Dämpfungssitz (45) bildet, welcher den stationären Abschnitt (46) des Dämpfers (47) aufnimmt, und der Kunststofftürflügelkörper (8) einen Dämpferhohlraum (49) bildet, welcher eine Schiebenase (64) des beweglichen Abschnitts (48) des Dämpfers (46) aufnimmt, oder umgekehrt.
  2. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kunststofftürflügelkörper (8) einen Tastensitz (29) definiert, welcher dazu geeignet ist, eine Taste zum Verriegeln und Freigeben der Verbindung zwischen Einhakabschnitten (6) der Türflügel (3, 4) aufzunehmen.
  3. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellte Türflügelkörper (8) durch Spritzgießen auf den Metallrahmen (5) aufgespritzt ist, um einen Verbundtürflügel mit einer aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellten äußeren Fläche (9) zu bilden.
  4. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kunststofftürflügelkörper (8) eines ersten Türflügels (3) und eines zweiten Türflügels (4) der Türflügel (3, 4) in der Nähe eines Einhakrands (13) eine Stufe (30) aufweist, welche einen Einhakbereich (31) definiert, wobei von dem Einhakbereich (31) des ersten Türflügels (3) Haken (15, 16) vorstehen und in dem Einhakbereich (31) des zweiten Türflügels (4) Gegeneinhaksitze (18) offen sind, um die Haken (15, 16) aufzunehmen, und die Einhakbereiche (31) des ersten (3) und des zweiten Türflügels (4) gekoppelt werden können, um die benachbarten äußeren Flächen (9) im Wesentlichen bündig auszurichten.
  5. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kunststofftürflügelkörper (8) um die Scharnierabschnitte (7) des Metallrahmens (5) herum eine Mehrzahl erster Scharnierbuchsen (32) und eine oder mehrere zweite Scharnierbuchsen (33) bildet, welche wenigstens teilweise eine Torsionsfeder (35) aufnehmen, welche den Türflügel (3, 4) in die offene Position vorspannt.
  6. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellte Scharnierkörper (36) eine Mehrzahl dritter Scharnierbuchsen (37), welche ein Loch zum Aufnehmen eines Scharnierstifts (34) aufweisen, wie auch eine oder mehrere vierte Scharnierbuchsen (38) bildet, welche wenigstens teilweise eine Torsionsfeder (35) aufnehmen, welche den Türflügel (3, 4) in die offene Position vorspannt.
  7. Trommel (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Scharnierkörper (36) zusammen mit den Scharnierabschnitten (7) der Türflügel (3, 4) deren Drehverbindung mit der Seitenwand (39) bildet.
  8. Trommel (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Seitenwand (39) der Trommel (1) ein Scharniersitz (40), welcher teilweise den Scharnierkörper (36) aufnimmt, wie auch eine Mehrzahl bandförmiger Ansätze (41) bildet, welche um den Scharnierkörper (36) herum in eine Schleife gebogen sind und an der Seitenwand (39) befestigt sind.
  9. Trommel (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Kunststoffscharnierkörper (36) einen Stoppsitz (42) bildet, um ein Schiebeende (43) der Torsionsfeder (35) in einer Anschlagposition zu halten, welche kein Hindernis für die Montage des Türflügels (3, 4) an dem Scharnierkörper (36) bildet, und der Türflügelkörper (8) einen Trennvorsprung (43) bildet, welcher dazu geeignet ist, das Schiebeende (43) der Torsionsfeder (35) von dem Stoppsitz (42) zu trennen, wenn der Türflügel (3, 4) montiert ist.
  10. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Dämpferhohlraum (49) derart geformt ist, dass er das freie Ende der Schiebenase (64) des Dämpfers (47) einhüllt und vollständig abdeckt.
  11. Trommel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei:
    - der stationäre Abschnitt (46) des Dämpfers (47) eine Welle (50) mit einem Durchgangsloch (51), welches einen Scharnierstift (34) aufnimmt, zwei entgegengesetzte ringförmige Schultern (52) und zwei sich zwischen den zwei Schultern (52) erstreckende longitudinale radiale Wände (54) umfasst, welche zwei Sitze bilden, welche zwei geschmierte Gummiblöcke (53) an der Welle (50) verriegeln, so dass sie sich als eine Einheit drehen,
    - der bewegliche Abschnitt (48) ein Gehäuse (55), welches eine abgedichtete Dämpfungskammer (60) mit einer umlaufenden Wand (56), eine Öffnung (57) für das Einsetzen des stationären Abschnitts (46) zusammen mit den Gummiblöcken (53), wie auch eine Bodenwand (58) und einen Deckel (59) umfasst, welcher die Öffnung (57) verschließt, wobei die Bodenwand (58) und der Deckel (59) die Löcher für den Durchsatz der Welle (50) definieren und die Gummiblöcke (53) gegen die umlaufende Wand (56) drücken.
  12. Trommel (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend zwei Dichtungen, welche in Dichtungssitzen (61, 62) in den Durchgangslöchern der Bodenwand (58) und des Deckels (59) aufgenommen sind und gegen die Schultern (52) drücken.
