Claims (7)

  1. Interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale, comportant un connecteur enfichable avec des partenaires de contact disposés dans un boîtier, chaque partenaire de contact étant disposé à l'extrémité d'un conducteur électrique d'une ligne, entourée par une gaine isolante en un matériau plastique, le boîtier étant formé d'un matériau plastique qui vient s'appuyer contre la gaine isolante de la ligne, caractérisée en ce que le matériau plastique de la gaine isolante de la ligne est un matériau plastique ETFE, éthylène-tétrafluoréthylène, et le matériau plastique du boîtier est un matériau plastique PBT, poly(téréphtalate de butylène).
  2. Interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les partenaires de contact sont disposés dans un porte-contact, comportant des chambres de contact, chacune pour un partenaire de contact, et le porte-contact est disposé dans le boîtier.
  3. Interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les partenaires de contact sont directement entourés au moins partiellement par le boîtier.
  4. Interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier est une pièce moulée par injection.
  5. Interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que la zone contre laquelle le partenaire de contact est disposé à l'extrémité du conducteur électrique comprend un estampage.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale, comprenant un connecteur enfichable avec des partenaires de contact disposés dans un boîtier, chaque partenaire de contact étant disposé à l'extrémité d'un conducteur électrique d'une ligne, entouré par une gaine isolante en un matériau plastique, le boîtier étant fabriqué à partir d'un matériau plastique par un procédé de moulage par injection et venant s'appuyer contre la gaine isolante de la ligne, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise en tant que matériau plastique de la gaine isolante de la ligne un matériau ETFE, éthylène-tétrafluoréthylène, et en tant que matériau plastique du boîtier un matériau plastique PBT, poly(téréphtalate de butylène).
  7. Utilisation d'une interface étanche à l'eau longitudinale selon la revendication 1, comprenant un connecteur enfichable, avec des partenaires de contact disposés dans un boîtier, chaque partenaire de contact étant disposé à l'extrémité d'un conducteur électrique d'une ligne, entouré par une gaine isolante en un matériau plastique, et le boîtier étant fabriqué à partir d'un matériau plastique, entre un carter d'huile et un compartiment moteur d'un véhicule.
