Definitions
- the invention relates to a telescopic vertical tube, which has an outer tube and an inner tube which can be displaced in the outer tube, with a stop which limits the relative movement of the tubes relative to one another.
- Such telescopic vertical tubes are used for setting up ceiling formwork, shoring or scaffolding.
- Vertical pipes are also referred to as a prop and z.
- As for formwork as scaffolding tube as part of a so-called modular scaffolding (spatial structure) or as part of a vertical frame used in facade scaffolding. Regardless of the purpose, these must be adjustable in height.
- the telescopic vertical tubes on an outer tube and an inner tube which is displaceable and fixable for length and height adjustment in the outer tube and thus telescopic. This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages or continuously, for example by inserted in through holes pin or thread.
- Such vertical tubes have to increase the footprint on the front side of a head or foot plate at one or both free ends. This serves to increase the footprint, so that a lower contact pressure against the counter surface, for example, a floor, a ceiling or a wall results. Without a foot plate, the vertical tube would possibly press into the ground or it could result in setting movements under load.
- the head of the inner tube may strike against the upper tube wall of the outer tube.
- the damper As a stop. If the inner tube with momentum falls into the outer tube, it no longer comes to the undesirable hard metal stop with the associated hazard, noise and material stress.
- the damper preferably has an elastic material which has a sufficient elasticity for the above purpose.
- the damper and the material should be designed and dimensioned so that on the one hand hard attacks are avoided, but it does not come to "fiummiartigen" rebounds.
- As steel optionally with damping elements in consideration, as well as the skilled person known types of damper, z. B. hydraulic or gas spring damper.
- a sleeve-like or tubular damper meets these requirements in a particularly high degree, provided that it can absorb energy when it stops by folding.
- the sleeve or tube can therefore be compressed.
- the damper is formed as follows:
- the outer tube has at its lower end to a front foot plate, which is the lower end the outer tube completely or partially closes.
- the damper is arranged, which also stands on the inner part of the base plate.
- the damper When inserting the inner tube, its lower end can strike the damper, which limits the insertion. In this case, there is no hard metallic stop, since the damper optionally intercepts the force of the falling inner tube.
- the damper is designed as a sleeve, its inner and outer diameter is to be dimensioned so that it comes in the interior of the outer tube to a compression of the sleeve, in particular with multiple folding of the same. In case of incorrect design, it would be conceivable, for example, that the sleeve buckles at only one point and thus can perform less damping work.
- a telescopic vertical tube is understood here to mean that it has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable therein for length or height adjustment, wherein the inner tube can be displaced and fixed in various positions in steps and / or steplessly and thus telescoped.
- This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages, for example by inserted in through holes pin.
- the height adjustment and fixation can also be made continuously, for example, characterized in that the inner tube has an external thread, which is screwed into a corresponding mating thread or nut, wherein the mating thread or the nut is supported against the outer tube.
- the inner tube may therefore be loosely inserted into the vertical tube and related to other components, such as a thread foot plate.
- a vertical tube can also be installed horizontally, z. B. between walls or scarf walls, which also falls under the spirit of the invention. Any prop, in particular a telescopic, falls here under the term "vertical tube"
- a spindle is used as an inner tube, it may optionally be inserted into the outer tube sufficiently loosely, so that the vertical tube can absorb only compressive forces in the axial direction.
- the pressure forces are from a screwed onto the spindle nut or more generally a mating thread taken, which in turn is supported against the opening of the outer tube or generally against the outer tube.
- the spindle and nut should be designed so that even with the maximum unscrewing of the spindle, this is performed sufficiently in the outer tube.
- the nut preferably has wings for turning without tools.
- the spindle can be inserted at the upper or lower end of the vertical tube and thus form a head or foot spindle.
- Such spindles preferably comprise a head or foot plate, a threaded tube and a spindle nut. These threaded spindles are z. B. also plugged into modular scaffolding vertical handles or vertical tubes of a facade or supporting framework.
- the base plate has an opening through which the damper can be inserted into the interior of the outer tube.
- the damper may be formed as a sleeve or full part. The damper can be inserted, for example, through the upper opening of the outer tube during assembly.
- the diameter of the opening in the base plate and the inner diameter of the outer tube and the damper is designed and matched to one another such that the damper can be inserted under elastic deformation through the opening in the outer tube, but no longer by the Opening can be pushed out.
- the expert has numerous options available. Expressly mentioned here are the following:
- the damper is designed as a full part and can be pushed by squeezing through the opening of the bottom plate in the outer tube.
- the damper may also be in the form of a sleeve, the side wall of which is pressed in for insertion so that its diameter is temporarily reduced so that the sleeve can be pushed through the foot plate opening into the outer tube.
- the serving as a damper sleeve can also be arranged outside of the tube instead of within to perform the same task.
- an end head plate is provided at the upper end of the inner tube.
- the sleeve formed as a damper is disposed below the top plate and adjoining the outer wall of the inner tube adjacent thereto. When inserting the inner tube into the outer tube, the upper end of the outer tube may hit the damper to limit the insertion.
- there are various ways of designing the sleeve This can be slotted, for example, so that it can be placed by temporary spreading around the inner tube around.
- the sleeve can also be continuous and pushed over the lower end of the inner tube in the direction of the top plate.
- the continuous sleeve could also be sufficiently elastic so that it can be pulled directly over the top plate on the inner tube.
- the vertical tube is part of a scaffolding, z. B. as scaffolding tube or as the two vertical posts in a scaffolding frame.
- a scaffolding frame two parallel vertical tubes in the lower and upper regions of the outer tube are connected to each other by horizontal beams to form a frame.
- So-called modular scaffolds are preferably connected by means of prefabricated system components and have corresponding connection options. This can be for example System with connecting posts on the vertical handle and wedge heads on the bars and diagonals for hanging in the plate. Alternatively, this may be a system with prefabricated frames that are connected and stiffened by means of bars and diagonals.
- the vertical tube is preferably used for formwork or support purposes, for. B. as a prop. Also, the tube or the support is reversible used, so that the terms “top” “bottom”, “top plate” and “base plate” are meaningfully interchangeable and not limiting.
- Fig. 1 shows the inventive telescopic vertical tube 1 in a maximum extended position.
- 31 of the vertical tube 1 foot or head plates 4 are attached.
- Fig. 2 shows a detailed view of the lower portion 21 of the prop 1.
- the standing inside the outer tube 2 on the base plate 4 damper according to the invention 7 limits the insertion of the outer tube. 2 guided inner tube 3 at its lower end.
- the inner tube 3 is thus on the damper 7.
- the inner tube 2 is guided with clear play in the outer tube 2 to ensure easy displacement under construction site conditions. So that the inner tube is still defined and not loosely guided in the outer tube, the inner tube 3 in the lower region a tube extension 33, which ensures a corresponding sliding fit in the outer tube.
- Fig. 1 addressed fixing 24 there is a comparable sliding seat.
- Fig. 3 explains a preferred embodiment of the damper 7. This is designed as a sleeve which is designed such that it can support the lower open end 33 of the inner tube 3. Diameter and wall thickness therefore correspond with the profile of the lower end 33 of the inner tube. 3
- the foot plate 4, on which the outer tube 2 is fixed, for example by welding, has a central opening 44, which is smaller than the circumference of the sleeve 7.
- the sleeve can not fall out through the opening 44.
- the sleeve can be rolled up so that it can be inserted through the opening 44 and jump up inside the outer tube 2 again.
- the invention further relates to a telescoping vertical tube, which has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable in the outer tube, with an end-side head and / or foot plate and a method for aligning the same.
- the invention is proposed in relation to the latter task to provide the head or foot plates edge with recesses so that a lever tool can be introduced into this between the plate and counter surface.
- a lever tool By the lever tool, a power amplification takes place, which makes it possible to move the vertical tube along the mating surface on a very gleithemmendem underground.
- the peripheral recesses offer in contrast to the impact protector according to the prior art Possibility to be introduced without additional material costs and with low production costs, for example by means of proven manufacturing steps for producing and attaching the head or foot plate.
- the displacement of the pipes can be very metered and without the hammering associated material stress and noise development done.
- "Edge recesses” do not mean that they may only be on the edge. Of course, the recesses can also extend inwards. It is crucial that at least the edge offers suitable points of attack for a lever tool.
- the recesses in the plates are designed such that by means of leverage the static friction between the footprint and counter surface can be overcome on the site and can use a lower resistance forming sliding friction.
- the person skilled in the art will therefore choose the height and depth of the recess in such a way that conventional construction tools, such as a bar iron / Qfoot, can be used in such a way that a sufficiently high lateral pushing force can be generated by engaging the lever tool in the mating surface when the lever movement begins. If the recess is too shallow, the lever tool can not be used or generate sufficient lateral force. If the recess is too high, the lever factor is reduced.
- the lever tool may be inserted too deep and essentially only a vertical force and not the desired sideways force is generated. If the recess is not sufficiently deep, the vertical force is hardly generated when levering and there is - if any - only a very short sideways movement. Furthermore, the operator has to adjust and operate the lever tool again and again.
- the recesses are such that, by actuating the lever tool inserted therein, the head or foot plate is lifted off the opposing surface. Thereby reduces the contact or sliding friction between footprint and mating surface and the alignment requires less force.
- the two above-mentioned force actions of the lever namely friction-reducing lifting of the head or foot plate from the counter surface and applying a lateral displacement force, simultaneously by a single pivotal movement of the lever.
- a force vector is created when levering away from the mating surface and in the direction of the vertical tube longitudinal axis.
- the dimensions named for the vertical tube, the head or foot plate and the recess have proven to be particularly suitable for construction sites and are user-friendly.
- FIG. 4a shows a telescopic vertical tube 1 with a circular outer tube 2 and a guided therein displaceable circular inner tube 3, which is designed here as a threaded spindle.
- the spindle 3 is thus in the outer tube 2 can be inserted and the height adjustment can be made continuously, the thread is supported by a correspondingly shaped counter-threaded piece in the form of a manually rotatable nut 21 at the head of the outer tube 2 against the outer tube.
- the outer tube 2 thus carries the nut 21 with the spindle 3 screwed therein.
- the spindle 3 which serves here only as an example of an inner tube of a telescopic vertical tube, has at its free - here upper end 31 a substantially square top plate 4 ouf - here with rounded corners. The same applies to the lower free end 41 of the outer tube. 2
- the head or foot plates 4 here have the alignment aids according to the invention in the form of recesses 42 , which will be explained in more detail below.
- the tube 1 can also be reversed around, z. B. be installed as a scaffold on uneven ground.
- FIG. 4b shows another embodiment of the prop 1 , which only in the mounting principle 21 of Fig. 1a different.
- This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages by inserted into aligned through holes through inner and outer tube pins. This is done coarse adjustment.
- For fine adjustment is a stepless adjustment by means of thread, as in FIG. 4a , provided, however, only in sections, ie to bridge the area between two through holes.
- the thread is cost and production cost saving only on a short section of the outer tube 2 is provided
- FIG. 5 shows an example of a foot plate 4 according to the invention in detail, with all the explanations are of course transferable to a corresponding top plate.
- the foot plate 4 of the invention is applied, which is usually by inserting a pipe end 21 in a circular recess of the contemplatplattenrohlings 4 or by placing a pipe end 21 on the researchingplattenrohling 4 order this circular recess followed by point or section welding takes place.
- the foot plate 4 corresponds to the material and dimensions commonly used foot plates.
- the recesses 42 are introduced. These extend only in the central region of the edge 43, so that in the region of the recesses 42 higher forces can be introduced without causing deformations of the base plate 4 .
- the recess 42 is formed by deformation of the base plate, for example by punching. Preferably, this is a bow-like segment.
- the deformed region of the edge 43 preferably makes up only 30 to 60%, preferably 35 to 45%, of the edge length.
- the deformed portion, which forms the recess 42 is arcuate in plan view, wherein the arc lines on the outer edge 43 of the base plate 4 at an obtuse angle less than 65 °, preferably less than 45 ° meet.
- This embodiment serves for improved fatigue strength and prevents tearing in the region of the edge 43 of the recess 42 .
- the foot plate can also be round with circumferential recess. It could then be applied at any point of the lever and thus made a shift directly in any direction. Theoretically, only 3 recesses distributed in 120 ° intervals would suffice. Also more recesses are conceivable analogously. However, 4 recesses distributed at 90 ° intervals are preferred, as they correspond to the usual thinking at right angles and ensure higher strength of the edge against bending up. This applies regardless of the geometry of the foot plate.
- FIG. 6 Finally, is a technical drawing of the base plate according to the invention with exemplary dimensions in mm.
- step b) the lever tool during pivoting of the handling part of the lever tool by the user in the direction of the vertical tube, at the same time the head and / or foot plate (4) lifts from the counter surface and the head and / or foot plate (4) shifts in the direction of pivotal movement along the mating surface.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a telescopic vertical tube, which has an outer tube and an inner tube which can be displaced in the outer tube, with a stop which limits the relative movement of the tubes relative to one another.
Such telescopic vertical tubes are used for setting up ceiling formwork, shoring or scaffolding. Vertical pipes are also referred to as a prop and z. As for formwork, as scaffolding tube as part of a so-called modular scaffolding (spatial structure) or as part of a vertical frame used in facade scaffolding. Regardless of the purpose, these must be adjustable in height. In scaffolding, it is often necessary to adapt the individual vertical tubes or vertical frames formed thereon to the course of the substrate, for example to an inclined floor or steps. For slab formwork, the props must occupy a predetermined defined height. Therefore, the telescopic vertical tubes on an outer tube and an inner tube, which is displaceable and fixable for length and height adjustment in the outer tube and thus telescopic. This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages or continuously, for example by inserted in through holes pin or thread.
Such vertical tubes have to increase the footprint on the front side of a head or foot plate at one or both free ends. This serves to increase the footprint, so that a lower contact pressure against the counter surface, for example, a floor, a ceiling or a wall results. Without a foot plate, the vertical tube would possibly press into the ground or it could result in setting movements under load.
- If the inner tube is longer than the outer tube, it may slide so deep into the outer tube, that the lower edge of the inner tube pops against the base plate of the outer tube or against a corresponding motion-limiting component. There is also a risk of injury here in prior art braces: The footplate on the outer tube usually has a central opening communicating with the tube interior of the outer tube and allowing the fingers of the worker to reach into the inner bottom region of the outer tube. The worker often uses this opening when transporting the horizontally lying on the floor props, in order to comfortably and non-slip grip the lower end of the support. If during transport the support is erected, the inner tube can swing with momentum against the foot plate and thus also fingers of the worker and create injuries.
If the inner tube is shorter than the outer tube, the head of the inner tube may strike against the upper tube wall of the outer tube.
Observations on construction sites have shown that when slipping the inner tube slipping into the outer tube is, so to speak, "standard". Investigations have shown that in the short term invisible but long-term relevant material fatigue is associated, in particular, the roundness of the tubes is impaired, which affects the telescoping and load capacity. Furthermore, the strength of the compound of Head and foot elements, such as foot or head plates or fork elements, sink.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein verbessertes teleskopierbares Vertikalrohr mit Anschlag bereitzustellenIt is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved telescopic vertical tube with stop
This object is achieved by a telescopic vertical tube having the features of
According to the invention it is first proposed that in a telescoping prop with outer tube and therein displaceable inner tube and a stop which limits the maximum possible insertion of the inner tube in the outer tube, the abovementioned disadvantages of the prior art can be avoided by a damper as a stop. If the inner tube with momentum falls into the outer tube, it no longer comes to the undesirable hard metal stop with the associated hazard, noise and material stress. For this purpose, the damper preferably has an elastic material which has a sufficient elasticity for the above purpose. Here, the damper and the material should be designed and dimensioned so that on the one hand hard attacks are avoided, but it does not come to "fiummiartigen" rebounds. There is also a spring, z. As steel, optionally with damping elements in consideration, as well as the skilled person known types of damper, z. B. hydraulic or gas spring damper.
In this context, it was recognized that a sleeve-like or tubular damper meets these requirements in a particularly high degree, provided that it can absorb energy when it stops by folding. The sleeve or tube can therefore be compressed.
Preferably, the damper is formed as follows: The outer tube has at its lower end to a front foot plate, which is the lower end the outer tube completely or partially closes. Inside the outer tube, the damper is arranged, which also stands on the inner part of the base plate. When inserting the inner tube, its lower end can strike the damper, which limits the insertion. In this case, there is no hard metallic stop, since the damper optionally intercepts the force of the falling inner tube. If the damper is designed as a sleeve, its inner and outer diameter is to be dimensioned so that it comes in the interior of the outer tube to a compression of the sleeve, in particular with multiple folding of the same. In case of incorrect design, it would be conceivable, for example, that the sleeve buckles at only one point and thus can perform less damping work.
A telescopic vertical tube is understood here to mean that it has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable therein for length or height adjustment, wherein the inner tube can be displaced and fixed in various positions in steps and / or steplessly and thus telescoped. This height adjustment can be done by moving the inner tube in stages, for example by inserted in through holes pin. The height adjustment and fixation can also be made continuously, for example, characterized in that the inner tube has an external thread, which is screwed into a corresponding mating thread or nut, wherein the mating thread or the nut is supported against the outer tube. The inner tube may therefore be loosely inserted into the vertical tube and related to other components, such as a thread foot plate. A vertical tube can also be installed horizontally, z. B. between walls or scarf walls, which also falls under the spirit of the invention. Any prop, in particular a telescopic, falls here under the term "vertical tube"
If a spindle is used as an inner tube, it may optionally be inserted into the outer tube sufficiently loosely, so that the vertical tube can absorb only compressive forces in the axial direction. The pressure forces are from a screwed onto the spindle nut or more generally a mating thread taken, which in turn is supported against the opening of the outer tube or generally against the outer tube. Furthermore, the spindle and nut should be designed so that even with the maximum unscrewing of the spindle, this is performed sufficiently in the outer tube. The nut preferably has wings for turning without tools. The spindle can be inserted at the upper or lower end of the vertical tube and thus form a head or foot spindle. Such spindles preferably comprise a head or foot plate, a threaded tube and a spindle nut. These threaded spindles are z. B. also plugged into modular scaffolding vertical handles or vertical tubes of a facade or supporting framework.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the base plate has an opening through which the damper can be inserted into the interior of the outer tube. In this case, if the diameter of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer tube and the outer diameter of the damper, this can not be pressed through the opening when striking. In this case, the damper may be formed as a sleeve or full part. The damper can be inserted, for example, through the upper opening of the outer tube during assembly.
In a further labor-saving embodiment, the diameter of the opening in the base plate and the inner diameter of the outer tube and the damper is designed and matched to one another such that the damper can be inserted under elastic deformation through the opening in the outer tube, but no longer by the Opening can be pushed out. The expert has numerous options available. Expressly mentioned here are the following: The damper is designed as a full part and can be pushed by squeezing through the opening of the bottom plate in the outer tube. The damper may also be in the form of a sleeve, the side wall of which is pressed in for insertion so that its diameter is temporarily reduced so that the sleeve can be pushed through the foot plate opening into the outer tube. However, particularly advantageous is the provision of a slot in the side wall of the sleeve in the axial direction. Along the slot thus the side walls can be moved against each other to temporarily reduce the diameter of the damper during insertion through the top plate opening. Thereafter, the sleeve springs open and the side walls of the slot face each other so that the slotted sleeve can behave almost like a continuous sleeve during the attack: Under load, because of the installation situation inside the pipe, the side walls not dodge against each other. This design is particularly preferred because it combines low material requirements, good compression and damping behavior and ease of mounting together.
Similarly, the serving as a damper sleeve can also be arranged outside of the tube instead of within to perform the same task. In an alternative embodiment, therefore, an end head plate is provided at the upper end of the inner tube. The sleeve formed as a damper is disposed below the top plate and adjoining the outer wall of the inner tube adjacent thereto. When inserting the inner tube into the outer tube, the upper end of the outer tube may hit the damper to limit the insertion. Again, there are various ways of designing the sleeve. This can be slotted, for example, so that it can be placed by temporary spreading around the inner tube around. The sleeve can also be continuous and pushed over the lower end of the inner tube in the direction of the top plate. Finally, the continuous sleeve could also be sufficiently elastic so that it can be pulled directly over the top plate on the inner tube.
Preferably, the vertical tube is part of a scaffolding, z. B. as scaffolding tube or as the two vertical posts in a scaffolding frame. In a scaffolding frame, two parallel vertical tubes in the lower and upper regions of the outer tube are connected to each other by horizontal beams to form a frame. So-called modular scaffolds are preferably connected by means of prefabricated system components and have corresponding connection options. This can be for example System with connecting posts on the vertical handle and wedge heads on the bars and diagonals for hanging in the plate. Alternatively, this may be a system with prefabricated frames that are connected and stiffened by means of bars and diagonals.
The vertical tube is preferably used for formwork or support purposes, for. B. as a prop. Also, the tube or the support is reversible used, so that the terms "top" "bottom", "top plate" and "base plate" are meaningfully interchangeable and not limiting.

The
Beliebige Merkmale aus der oben beschrieben Vertikalstütze können mit den nachfolgenden Merkmalen kombiniert werden:In addition, but also expressly completely independent of the above-described embodiment of a vertical tube with stop limiting damper, the below-explained vertical tube is claimed with special head / foot plate. Any features from the above-described vertical support can be combined with the following features:
The invention further relates to a telescoping vertical tube, which has an outer tube and an inner tube displaceable in the outer tube, with an end-side head and / or foot plate and a method for aligning the same.
Already installed telescopic props or vertical tubes must often be aligned vertically. This happens, for example, slab formwork when the props are already under load, for example, by the overhead slab formwork elements. Moving the prop under load is difficult, especially since the ground is often rough, such as a raw concrete pavement with friction-enhancing sand and pebbles. The lotgerechte alignment requires large forces, usually with a variety of targeted hammer blows against the head or Fußplattennahen area of the vertical tube. This leads disadvantageously to damage. As a result of the surface damage, the tubes rust faster in this area or the altered geometry may affect telescopability and / or load bearing capacity. Therefore, it has been proposed to provide the outer tubes of such supports with a shock protector. This intercepts the blows and prevents damage to the pipes. However, the impact protectors require a material and manufacturing effort and lead because of their impact absorbing effect to more violent blows of the user.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved telescopic vertical tube with frontal head and / or foot plate and a method for aligning the same.
This object is achieved by a telescopic vertical tube having the features of
According to the invention is proposed in relation to the latter task to provide the head or foot plates edge with recesses so that a lever tool can be introduced into this between the plate and counter surface. By the lever tool, a power amplification takes place, which makes it possible to move the vertical tube along the mating surface on a very gleithemmendem underground. The peripheral recesses offer in contrast to the impact protector according to the prior art Possibility to be introduced without additional material costs and with low production costs, for example by means of proven manufacturing steps for producing and attaching the head or foot plate. By the lever, the displacement of the pipes can be very metered and without the hammering associated material stress and noise development done. "Edge recesses" here do not mean that they may only be on the edge. Of course, the recesses can also extend inwards. It is crucial that at least the edge offers suitable points of attack for a lever tool.
Preferably, the recesses in the plates are designed such that by means of leverage the static friction between the footprint and counter surface can be overcome on the site and can use a lower resistance forming sliding friction. The person skilled in the art will therefore choose the height and depth of the recess in such a way that conventional construction tools, such as a bar iron / Qfoot, can be used in such a way that a sufficiently high lateral pushing force can be generated by engaging the lever tool in the mating surface when the lever movement begins. If the recess is too shallow, the lever tool can not be used or generate sufficient lateral force. If the recess is too high, the lever factor is reduced. If the recess is too deep, that is, extends too far toward the post, under unfavorable circumstances the lever tool may be inserted too deep and essentially only a vertical force and not the desired sideways force is generated. If the recess is not sufficiently deep, the vertical force is hardly generated when levering and there is - if any - only a very short sideways movement. Furthermore, the operator has to adjust and operate the lever tool again and again.
In one embodiment, it is provided that the recesses are such that, by actuating the lever tool inserted therein, the head or foot plate is lifted off the opposing surface. Thereby reduces the contact or sliding friction between footprint and mating surface and the alignment requires less force.
Preferably, the two above-mentioned force actions of the lever, namely friction-reducing lifting of the head or foot plate from the counter surface and applying a lateral displacement force, simultaneously by a single pivotal movement of the lever. At the point of contact between the outer edge of the recess and the lever, a force vector is created when levering away from the mating surface and in the direction of the vertical tube longitudinal axis.
The dimensions named for the vertical tube, the head or foot plate and the recess have proven to be particularly suitable for construction sites and are user-friendly.

The

The foot plate can also be round with circumferential recess.
