Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'attache pour attacher un panneau à un élément d'ameublement, particulièrement pour attacher un panneau antérieur au corps d'un tiroir, comprenant un élément d'engagement (2) destiné à être fixé à un premier élément, sélectionné entre le panneau antérieur et le corps de l'élément d'ameublement, et une partie réceptrice correspondante (6) comprenant un cadre pour la fixation à l'autre élément sélectionné entre le panneau antérieur et le corps de l'élément d'ameublement, ledit élément d'engagement (2) étant capable d'être inséré à l'avant et d'une manière guidée dans ladite partie réceptrice (6), depuis un côté antérieur (7a) de ladite partie réceptrice (6) le long d'un chemin d'insertion guidée prédéterminé, pour y être maintenu dans un état d'engagement dans lequel :
    - ladite partie réceptrice (6) comprend un coulisseau mobile (8) supporté par ledit cadre de support (7) ;
    - ledit coulisseau mobile (8) comprend une fente de guidage (9) qui s'étend à l'intérieur dudit coulisseau (8) depuis une ouverture antérieure (9a) à travers laquelle ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) s'insère pour atteindre une position à l'intérieur dudit coulisseau (8) par rapport à ladite paroi antérieure pour être retenu à ladite partie réceptrice (6) ;
    - au moins une première section de ladite fente de guidage (9) s'étend dans une direction transversale audit chemin d'insertion guidée ;
    - ledit coulisseau (8) est retenu audit cadre de support (7) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) qui permettent audit coulisseau (8) de bouger entre une position arrière dans laquelle ledit coulisseau est positionné de façon à guider ledit élément d'engagement dans ladite fente de guidage à travers ladite ouverture antérieure (9a), et une position avancée, dans laquelle ledit coulisseau est positionné par rapport audit chemin d'insertion guidée de façon à maintenir ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) contraint dans ladite fente de guidage (9) dudit coulisseau (8) ;
    - ladite partie réceptrice (6) comprend un moyen élastique agissant sur ledit coulisseau (8) pour pousser ledit coulisseau (8) vers ladite position avancée avec une précharge prédéterminée, et
    - ladite partie réceptrice (6) comprend un moyen d'arrêt pour maintenir ledit coulisseau (8) de manière dégageable dans ladite position arrière en contraste avec l'action dudit moyen élastique,
    caractérisé en ce que, lorsque ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) est inséré dans ladite fente de guidage (9) et que ledit coulisseau (8) est dans ladite position avancée :
    - ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) est positionné au niveau d'une deuxième section de ladite fente de guidage (9) dudit coulisseau (8) qui définit une paroi de butée (12) qui contrecarre un mouvement dudit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) vers ledit côté antérieur de ladite partie réceptrice (6), et
    - lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) retiennent ledit coulisseau (8) audit cadre de support (7) de façon à contrecarrer un mouvement dudit coulisseau (8) de ladite position avancée vers ladite position arrière en conséquence d'une action exercée par ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) sur ladite paroi de butée (12) dirigée perpendiculairement à ladite paroi antérieure (7a) dans une direction orientée de ladite paroi de butée (12) vers ladite paroi antérieure de ladite partie réceptrice (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    - lorsque ledit coulisseau est dans ladite position arrière, l'ouverture antérieure (9a) de ladite fente de guidage est positionnée le long dudit chemin d'insertion pour permettre audit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) de s'insérer dans ledit coulisseau (8), et
    - lorsque ledit coulisseau est dans ladite position avancée, l'ouverture antérieure (9a) de ladite fente de guidage (9) va en avant dudit chemin d'insertion.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite paroi de butée (12) est inclinée de manière à ce qu'un angle d'au moins 90° soit défini entre :
    - un premier vecteur (V1) sortant du plan de ladite paroi de butée (12) perpendiculairement au plan de ladite paroi antérieure dans une direction orientée vers ladite paroi antérieure et
    - un deuxième vecteur (V2) dans une direction tangente au chemin initial guidé défini par lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14; 18, 19) audit coulisseau (8) en passant de ladite position avancée vers ladite position arrière.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel, lorsque ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) est inséré dans ladite fente de guidage (9) de façon à être positionné à ladite ouverture antérieure (9a), le passage du coulisseau mobile (8) de la position arrière dans la position avancée détermine l'insertion dudit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) dans ladite partie réceptrice (6) le long dudit chemin d'insertion guidée jusqu'à ce que l'élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) se positionne lui-même à ladite paroi de butée (12) du coulisseau (8).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) relient de manière fixe ledit coulisseau (8) audit cadre de support (7) de manière à ce qu'une première section du chemin initial guidé défini par lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) audit coulisseau (8) en passant de ladite position avancée vers ladite position arrière soit parallèle ou tangente à ladite paroi de butée (12).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) permettent audit coulisseau (8) de se translater dans une direction transversale audit chemin d'insertion guidée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le mouvement dudit coulisseau (8) de ladite position avancée vers ladite position arrière consiste en une translation parallèle à ladite paroi de butée (12) dudit coulisseau (8).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (13, 14 ; 18, 19) constituent au moins une fixation double à axe/fente (13, 14 ; 18, 19) entre ledit curseur (8) et ledit cadre de support (7), les fentes (13, 18) étant parallèles l'une à l'autre le long d'une direction transversale audit chemin d'insertion guidée.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel un moyen d'arrêt pour maintenir ledit curseur (8) de manière dégageable dans ladite position arrière comprend un levier (15) monté sur pivot sur ledit cadre de support (7) de façon à être capable de tourner autour d'un pivot (16) perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel ledit curseur (8) bouge pour aller de la position arrière dans la position avancée, dans lequel :
    - ledit levier (15) est mobile entre une position de butée de fin de course opérationnelle dans laquelle il agit comme un soutien entre son propre pivot (16) et ledit curseur (8) pour maintenir ledit curseur (8) dans ladite position arrière en l'empêchant de bouger vers l'avant vers ladite position avancée et une position éloignée dans laquelle il permet audit curseur (8) d'aller dans ladite position avancée ;
    - ledit moyen d'arrêt comprend un moyen de retour élastique (17) agissant sur ledit levier (15) monté sur pivot pour le tirer en arrière pour le ramener dans ladite position de butée de fin de course opérationnelle avec une précharge prédéterminée ;
    - le passage dudit levier (15) de ladite position de butée de fin de course opérationnelle dans ladite position éloignée est déterminé par ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) qui, pendant l'insertion guidée dans ladite partie réceptrice (6), agit sur ledit levier (15) pour le pousser dans ladite position éloignée en contraste avec l'action élastique exercée par le moyen de retour élastique (17).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (18, 19) permettent audit curseur (8) de faire un mouvement initial de ladite position arrière vers ladite position avancée, comprenant une composante de mouvement parallèle audit chemin d'insertion guidée.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit mouvement initial de ladite position arrière vers ladite position avancée consiste en :
    - une translation dudit curseur (8) le long dudit chemin d'insertion guidée et/ou en
    - une rotation dudit curseur (8).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel lesdits moyens de liaison fixes (18, 19) constituent au moins une fixation double à axe/fente (18, 19) entre ledit curseur (8) et ledit cadre de support (7), dans lequel :
    - les fentes (18) s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre et
    - au moins une fente comprend une première section initiale (18a) s'étendant parallèlement audit chemin d'insertion guidée et engagée par le premier pivot correspondant (19) lorsque ledit curseur (8) est dans ladite position arrière, ladite première section (18a) de la fente définissant le moyen d'arrêt susmentionné,
    - une insertion dudit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) dans ladite partie réceptrice (6) détermine un mouvement initial dudit curseur (8) parallèle audit chemin d'insertion guidée jusqu'à ce que le premier pivot (19) soit amené à s'engager avec la partie (18b) de ladite première fente (18) s'étendant transversalement audit chemin d'insertion guidée.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel ledit chemin d'insertion guidée prédéterminé dans ladite partie réceptrice (6) est défini par un moyen de guidage (11) formé dans ledit cadre de support (7) avec lequel ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) s'engage pour être guidé.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, dans lequel ledit moyen de guidage s'étend depuis le côté antérieur (7a) de ladite partie réceptrice (6) selon une direction perpendiculaire audit côté antérieur (7a).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel ladite partie réceptrice (6) comprend des moyens d'actionnement (20, 21) capables d'être atteints depuis l'extérieur pour ramener ledit curseur (8) dans ladite position arrière en contraste avec l'action du moyen élastique.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'actionnement capables d'être atteints depuis l'extérieur comprennent .
    - une denture (20) s'étendant parallèlement à ladite direction de translation dudit curseur (8) et
    - une ouverture d'insertion (21) pour un outil capable de s'engager avec les dents de ladite denture en séquence.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, dans lequel, lorsque ledit élément d'engagement (2, 3, 4) est inséré dans ladite fente de guidage (9) et que ledit curseur (8) est dans ladite position avancée, le passage dudit curseur (8) de la position avancée dans la position arrière détermine nécessairement un retrait dudit élément d'engagement (3) le long de ladite fente de guidage (9) et le long dudit chemin d'insertion guidée jusqu'à ce que le dégagement dudit élément d'engagement de ladite partie réceptrice (6) se produise.
