Claims (17)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Platte an einem Einrichtungselement, insbesondere zum Befestigen einer Vorderplatte am Körper einer Schublade, umfassend ein Einrastelement (2), das an einem ersten Element befestigt werden soll, welches aus der Vorderplatte und dem Körper des Einrichtungselements ausgewählt ist, und ein entsprechendes Aufnahmeteil (6), das einen Rahmen zum Befestigen des aus der Vorderplatte und dem Körper des Einrichtungselements ausgewählten anderen Elements umfasst, wobei das Einrastelement (2) vorn und auf geführte Weise von einer Vorderseite (7a) des Aufnahmeteils (6) an einem festgelegten geführten Einschubweg entlang in das Aufnahmeteil (6) eingefügt werden kann, und hier in einem Einrastzustand gehalten werden soll, wobei;- das Aufnahmeteil (6) ein bewegliches Gleitstück (8) umfasst, das von dem Halterahmen (7) gehalten wird;- das bewegliche Gleitstück (8) einen Führungsschlitz (9) umfasst, der im Inneren des Gleitstück (8) von einer vorderen Öffnung (9a) ausgeht, durch die das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) so eingeschoben wird, dass es im Gleitstück (8) in Bezug auf die Vorderwand eine Position erreicht, in der es am Aufnahmeteil (6) festgehalten werden soll;- mindestens ein erster Abschnitt des Führungsschlitzes (9) in einer Querrichtung zu dem geführten Einschubweg verläuft;- das Gleitstück (8) am Halterahmen (7) über feste Verbindungsmittel (13, 14; 18, 19) festgehalten wird, mit deren Hilfe das Gleitstück (8) zwischen einer hinteren Position, in der das Gleitstück positioniert ist, damit es das Einrastelement in dem Führungsschlitz durch die vordere Öffnung (9a) führt, und einer vorgeschobenen Position bewegt werden kann, in der das Gleitstück derart in Bezug auf den geführten Einschubweg positioniert ist, dass es das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) in dem Führungsschlitz (9) des Gleitstücks (8) fest hält;- das Aufnahmeteil (6) elastische Mittel umfasst, die derart auf das Gleitstück (8) einwirken, dass sie das Gleitstück (8) mit einer festgelegten Vorbelastung zu der vorgeschobenen Position drücken und- das Aufnahmeteil (6) Stoppmittel zum lösbaren Halten des Gleitstücks (8) in der hinteren Position gegen die Wirkung der elastischen Mittel umfasst,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenn das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) in den Führungsschlitz (9) eingeschoben wird, und das Gleitstück (8) in der vorgeschobenen Position ist:- das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) an einem zweiten Abschnitt des Führungsschlitzes (9) des Gleitstücks (8) positioniert ist, der eine Widerlagerwand (12) definiert, die einer Bewegung des Einrastelements (2, 3, 4) zur Vorderseite des Aufnahmeteils (6) entgegenwirkt und- die festen Verbindungsmittel (13, 14; 18, 19) das Gleitstück (8) derart am Halterahmen (7) fest halten, dass sie einer Bewegung des Gleitstücks (8) von der vorgeschobenen Position zur hinteren Position entgegenwirken, als Folge einer Wirkung, die von dem Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) auf die Widerlagerwand (12) ausgeübt wird, die senkrecht zur Vorderwand (7a) in einer Richtung von der Widerlagerwand (12) zur Vorderwand des Aufnahmeteils (6) ausgerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei:- wenn sich das Gleitstück in der hinteren Position befindet, die vordere Öffnung (9a) des Führungsschlitzes am Einschubweg entlang positioniert ist, so dass das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) in das Gleitstück (8) eingefügt werden kann, und- wenn sich das Gleitstück in der vorgeschobenen Position befindet, die vordere Öffnung (9a) des Führungsschlitzes (9) dem Einschubweg vorangeht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Widerlagerwand (12) so geneigt ist, dass ein Winkel von mindestens 90° definiert ist zwischen:- einem ersten Vektor (V1), der aus der Ebene der Widerlagerwand (12) senkrecht zur Ebene der Vorderwand in einer zur Vorderwand ausgerichteten Richtung heraustritt, und- einem zweiten Vektor (V2), in einer Richtung tangential zum geführten Anfangsweg, der beim Übertritt von der vorgeschobenen Position zur hinteren Position von den festen Verbindungsmitteln (13, 14; 18, 19) zum Gleitstück (8) eingestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei, wenn das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) derart in den Führungsschlitz (9) eingefügt wird, dass es an der vorderen Öffnung (9a) positioniert ist, der Übertritt des beweglichen Gleitstücks (8) von der hinteren Position zur vorgeschobenen Position den Einschub des Einrastelementes (2, 3, 4) in das Aufnahmeteil (6) entlang des geführten Einschubweges bestimmt, bis sich das Einsatzelement (2, 3, 4) selbst an der Widerlagerwand (12) des Gleitstücks (8) positioniert.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die festen Verbindungsvorrichtungen (13, 14; 18, 19) das Gleitstück (8) am Halterahmen (7) fest halten, so dass ein erster Abschnitt des geführten Anfangsweges, der beim Übertritt von der vorgeschobenen Position zur hinteren Position von den festen Verbindungsmitteln (13, 14; 18, 19) zum Gleitstück (8) eingestellt wird, parallel oder tangential zur Widerlagerwand (12) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Gleitstück (8) mit Hilfe der festen Verbindungsmittel (13, 14; 18, 19) in einer Richtung quer zum geführten Einschubweg verschoben werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Bewegung des Gleitstücks (8) von der vorgeschobenen Position zur hinteren Position aus einer Verschiebung parallel zur Widerlagerwand (12) des Gleitstücks (8) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die festen Verbindungsmittel (13, 14; 18, 19) mindestens eine Stift-Schlitz-Doppelbefestigung (13, 14; 18, 19) zwischen dem Gleitstück (8) und dem Halterahmen (7) ausmachen, wobei die Schlitze (13, 18) längs einer Richtung quer zum geführten Einschubweg parallel verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei Stoppmittel zum lösbaren Halten des Gleitstücks (8) in der hinteren Position einen Hebel (15) umfassen, der so am Halterahmen (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dass er sich um eine Achse (16) herum senkrecht zur Ebene drehen kann, in der sich das Gleitstück (8) bewegt, so dass es von der hinteren Position zur vorgeschobenen Position übertritt, in der:- der Hebel (15) beweglich ist zwischen einer Betriebsend-Stopp-Position, in der er zwischen seinem eigenen Stift (16) und dem Gleitstück (8) als Verankerung dient, so dass er das Gleitstück (8) in der hinteren Position hält und er so verhindert, dass es sich vorwärts zur vorgeschobenen Position bewegt, und einer entfernten Position, in der er es ermöglicht, dass das Gleitstück (8) in die vorgeschobene Position gelangt;- die Stoppmittel elastische Rückholmittel (17) umfassen, die auf den Hebel (15) einwirken, der so schwenkbar gelagert sind, dass sie ihn in die Betriebsend-Stopp-Position mit einer festgelegten Vorlast zurückziehen;- der Durchgang des Hebels (15) aus der Betriebsend-Stopp-Position zu der entfernten Position durch das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) bestimmt wird, das während des geführten Einschubs in das Aufnahmeteil (6) auf den Hebel (15) wirkt, so dass er gegen die elastische Wirkung, die durch die elastischen Rückholmittel (17) darauf ausgeübt wird, in die entfernte Position gedrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die festen Verbindungsmittel (18, 19) ermöglichen, dass das Gleitstück (8) eine Anfangsbewegung von der hinteren Position zur vorgeschobenen Position macht, umfassend eine Bewegungskomponente, die parallel zum geführten Einschubweg ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Anfangsbewegung von der hinteren Position zur vorgeschobenen Position aus folgendem besteht:- einer Verschiebung des Gleitstücks (8) entlang des geführten Einschubweges und/oder- einer Drehung des Gleitstücks (8).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die festen Verbindungsmittel (18, 19) mindestens eine Stift-Schlitz-Doppelbefestigung (18, 19) zwischen dem Gleitstück (8) und dem Halterahmen (7) ausmachen, wobei:- die Schlitze (18) parallel zueinander verlaufen
und- mindestens ein Schlitz einen ersten Anfangsabschnitt (18a) umfasst, der parallel zum geführten Einschubweg verläuft und durch den entsprechenden ersten Stift (19) festgehalten wird, wenn sich das Gleitstück (8) in der hinteren Position befindet, wobei der erste Abschnitt (18a) des Schlitzes das vorstehend genannte Stoppmittel definiert,- ein Einschub des Einrastelements (2, 3, 4) im Aufnahmeteil (6) eine Anfangsbewegung des Gleitstücks (8) parallel zum geführten Einschubweg bestimmt, bis der erste Stift (19) dazu veranlasst wird, dass er den Teil (18b) des ersten Schlitzes (18), der quer zum geführten Einschubweg verläuft, fest hält. - Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der festgelegte geführte Einschubweg in dem Aufnahmeteil (6) durch Führungsmittel (11) definiert ist, die in dem Halterahmen (7) gebildet ist, der das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) fest hält, damit es geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Führungsmittel von der Vorderseite (7a) des Aufnahmeteils (6) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Vorderseite (7a) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei das Aufnahmeteil (6) Betätigungsmittel (20, 21) umfasst, die von außen erreicht werden können, so dass man das Gleitstück (8) gegen die Wirkung der elastischen Mittel zurück in die hintere Position bringen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, wobei die von außen erreichbaren Betätigungsmittel umfassen:- eine Zahnung (20), die parallel zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Gleitstücks (8) verläuft und- eine Einschuböffnung (21) für ein Werkzeug, das die Zähne der Zahnung der Reihe nach festhalten kann.
- Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei, wenn das Einrastelement (2, 3, 4) in den Führungsschlitz (9) eingefügt wird und sich das Gleitstück (8) in der vorgeschobenen Position befindet, der Durchgang des Gleitstücks (8) von der vorgeschobenen Position zur hinteren Position notwendigerweise ein Zurückziehen des Einrastelements (3) am Führungsschlitz (9) entlang und am geführten Einschubweg entlang bestimmt, bis das Einrastelement von dem Aufnahmeteil (6) gelöst wird.
