Claims (12)

  1. Roue de ventilateur (1)
    - avec une pluralité d'aubes (2, 3) de roue de ventilateur,
    • lesquelles sont agencées entre une plaque de base (4) et une plaque de recouvrement (5) de façon radiale autour d'un point central (M) d'une roue de ventilateur,
    • lesquelles comprennent des premières et des secondes surfaces d'aubes (6, 7) qui pointent dans des directions opposées, et
    • lesquelles comprennent un bord extérieur (8) tourné radialement vers l'extérieur et un bord intérieur (9) tourné radialement vers l'intérieur, observés à partir du point central de la roue de ventilateur (M) dans la direction radiale (R), et
    - avec un moyen déflecteur (10) pour les contaminants présents dans l'air débité par les aubes (2, 3) de la roue de ventilateur, comme, en particulier, des particules d'huile,
    - dans lesquelles le moyen déflecteur (10) est conçu comme un profilé de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C), lequel est associé à chaque aube de roue de ventilateur (2, 3) et est agencé entre la plaque de base (4) et la plaque de recouvrement (5) pour maintenir une distance radiale (A) par rapport au bord extérieur (8) des aubes (2, 3) de roue de ventilateur, comme vus à partir du point central (M) de la roue de ventilateur dans la direction radiale (R), et
    - dans lesquelles les profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) sont fixés à la plaque de base (4) et/ou à la plaque de recouvrement (5), et
    - dans lesquelles les profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) sont sous forme de rainures, lesquelles s'étendent de la plaque de base (4) à la plaque de recouvrement (5).
  2. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en outre en ce que les profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) sont agencés à un angle (α) par rapport à la ligne médiane longitudinale (L) de la roue de ventilateur.
  3. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en outre en ce que les profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) sont inclinés vers l'intérieur dans la direction du point central (M) de la roue de ventilateur et la plaque de base (4).
  4. Roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en outre en ce que les bords extérieurs (8) sont inclinés selon le même angle (α) par rapport à la ligne médiane longitudinale (L) de la roue de ventilateur.
  5. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en outre en ce que les profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) sont formés avec un écoulement favorable.
  6. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en outre en ce que, observés dans la vue en plan, les profilés de renforcement (10A) présentent la forme d'une pointe de flèche.
  7. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en outre en ce que, observés dans la vue en plan, les profilés de renforcement (10B) présentent la forme d'une gouttelette ou une forme similaire pour soutenir des poutres, dans lesquelles les régions d'extrémité libre (12, 13) des profilés de renforcement (10B) en forme de gouttelettes sont formés de manière à se faire face mutuellement.
  8. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en outre en ce que les profilés de renforcement (10C) sont en forme de U.
  9. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en outre en ce que des évidements d'écoulement (14, 15, 16, 17) qui correspondent à une région d'extrémité (18) des profilés de renforcement (10A, 10B, 10C) reposant sur la plaque de base (4) sont agencés dans la plaque de base (4).
  10. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en outre en ce que les aubes (2, 3) de la roue de ventilateur sont de forme plane.
  11. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en outre en ce que les aubes (2, 3) de la roue de ventilateur sont en forme de cône tronqué.
  12. Roue de ventilateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en outre en ce que les aubes (2, 3) de la roue de ventilateur sont fixées sur la plaque de base (4) à l'aide d'un support (19).
