Claims (26)

  1. Vorrichtung (26, 26', 26") zur Bedienung einer Gießhülse (16) für Flüssigmetallschmelzen, die Mittel (28, 30, 30') zur Fixierung der Hülse unterhalb eines Regulierungsventils (14) für den Abguss des Flüssigmetalls enthält, wobei dieses Ventil unter Einwirkung von Antriebsmittel (20) eine geöffnete und eine geschlossene Stellung einnehmen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungsvorrichtung (26, 26', 26") Mittel (32, 34, 80) zur Halterung an den Antriebsmitteln (20) des Ventils enthält.
  2. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Halterungsmittel (32, 34, 80) so angeordnet sind, dass die Bedienungsvorrichtung (26, 26', 26") der Bewegung, die durch die Antriebsmittel (20) auf das Ventil vorgegeben wird, folgt.
  3. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend zusätzliche Mittel (36-50, 84, 86) zum Antrieb der Mittel (28, 30, 30') zur Fixierung der Hülse (16).
  4. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Antriebsmittel (36-50) der Fixierungsmittel (28, 30, 30') einen Rotationsmotor (36) umfassen.
  5. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Antriebsmittel (84, 86) der Fixierungsmittel (28, 30, 30') zwei hydraulische Hebeböcke (84, 86) umfassen.
  6. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei der die Antriebsmittel (20) des Ventils (14) einen Hydraulikzylinder (22) und einen in diesen Zylinder verschiebbaren Bolzen (24) enthalten und die Antriebsmittel (36-50, 84, 86) der Fixierungsmittel (28, 30, 30') von einem den Zylinder (22) umschließenden Stück (80, 80') gesteuert werden, wobei sie sich mit dem Bolzen (24) bewegen.
  7. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Mittel (28, 30, 30') zur Fixierung der Hülse eine Abgussstellung und eine Wartestellung einnehmen können, wobei die Bewegung zwischen diesen beiden Stellungen etwa in U-Form verläuft.
  8. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Mittel (28, 30, 30') zur Fixierung der Hülse Mittel (30, 30') zum Greifen der Hülse umfassen, zum Beispiel in Form eines Löffels, der mit einem Schlitz zur Aufnahme der Hülse ausgestattet ist.
  9. Bedienungsvorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Mittel (28, 30, 30') zur Fixierung der Hülse Mittel zur Freigabe der Hülse (16) und des Ventils (14) umfassen, zum Beispiel Zapfen (63).
  10. Gießhülse (16) für das Abfließen von Flüssigmetall durch eine Gießpfanne in ein Metallverteilergefäß, wobei die Hülse eine Längsachse (134), sowie an einem Ende einen Hülsengreifkopf (56d, 56e) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende des Greifkopfes (56d, 56e) spindelförmig ist.
  11. Gießhülse (16) nach Anspruch 10, die einen Greifkopf (56e) in halbzylindrischer Form enthält.
  12. Gießhülse (16) nach Anspruch 10, die einen Greifkopf (56d) in Form einer gebogenen Spindel enthält.
  13. Hülse (16) für das Abfließen von Flüssigmetall durch eine Gießpfanne (12) in ein Metallverteilergefäß (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse Mittel (66-72) zur vorübergehenden Halterung der Gießhülse (16) über ein Ventil (14) zur Regulierung des Gusses enthält.
  14. Hülse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die vorübergehende Halterung durch einen Bajonettverschluss sichergestellt wird.
  15. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 14, bei der die Hülse (16) ein oberes Ende (54) umfasst und die Mittel zur vorübergehenden Halterung (66-72) Mittel (72) zur Aufnahme eines Rotationsbauteils (66) umfassen, die angeordnet sind, um über diesem Ende rotierend montiert zu werden und um mit dem Ventil (14) zusammenzuwirken.
  16. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, die zusätzlich Mittel (58) zur Winkelausrichtung der Hülse (16) nach der vertikalen Achse der Hülse umfasst.
  17. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, umfasend Mittel (62) zur Freigabe der Hülse außerhalb einer Gussöffnung (18), zum Beispiel einen Kragen (62) oder Gehäuse (136) am oberen Hülsenende (54).
  18. Hülse gemäß Anspruch 17, deren Greifkopf (56a, 56b, 56c, 56d, 56e) Seitenwände, die mit zwei Gehäusen (136) ausgestattet sind, von denen jedes Seitenwände (138a, 138 b) umfasst, und eine untere Wand (140) umfasst.
  19. Anordnung einer Hülse (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18 und einer Bedienungsvorrichtung (26, 26', 26") nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
  20. Vorrichtung zum Antrieb (100) eines Ventils (14) zur Regulierung des Flüssigmetallgusses, die einen ersten Kolben (104) umfasst, der es ermöglicht, das Ventil zwischen einer geöffneten und einer geschlossenen Stellung zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zweiten Kolben (120) zur Fixierung der Antriebsvorrichtung (100) relativ zum Ventil (14) umfasst.
  21. Antriebsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, die dazu bestimmt ist, in einem mit dem Ventil (14) kraftschlüssig verbundenen Gehäuse (118) aufgenommen zu werden, gegebenenfalls durch eine Zwischenpfanne (12), auf der das Ventil angebracht ist, wobei der zweite Kolben (120) so angeordnet ist, dass er derart auf eine Wand (122) des Gehäuses drückt, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (100) im Gehäuse (118) durch eine Klemme verriegelt wird.
  22. Antriebsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem der zweite Kolben (120) einen Kolbenkopf und ein gegenüberliegendes Endstück enthält, das dazu bestimmt ist, einen Keil zwischen der Antriebsvorrichtung (100) und der Gehäusewand (122) infolge der Bewegung des zweiten Kolbens (120) zu bilden.
  23. Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, die zwei Hydraulikkammern (110, 112) umfasst, von denen eine Kammer einerseits von dem ersten Hydraulikkolben (104) und andererseits von dem zweiten Hydraulikkolben (120) eingegrenzt wird.
  24. Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, bei der der zweite Kolben (120) von einem starren Bolzen (24), der vom ersten Kolben (104) angetrieben wird, durchdrungen wird.
  25. Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, bei der eine Federscheibe (123) um den Bolzen (24, 106) herum unter dem Kopf des ersten Kolbens (104) angeordnet ist.
  26. Anordnung einer Bedienungsvorrichtung (26, 26', 26") nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und einer Antriebsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 25.
