Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Halten eines Werkstücks in Position für die Wärmebehandlung in einem Schachtofen, bestehend aus:
    - einer Hubsäule (2), die entlang einer ersten Achse (AI) verläuft;
    - mindestens einem sternförmigen Träger (3), der fest an der Hubsäule (2) montiert ist, wobei der sternförmige Träger (3) Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Nabe (31), die auf der Säule (2) montiert ist;
    - mindestens drei Arme (32), die fest mit der Nabe (31) verbunden sind und sich von der Nabe (31) nach außen erstrecken, um einen Stern zu bilden, dadurch
    gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Nabe (31) für jeden Arm (32) einen aus zwei Laschen (341) gebildeten Gabelkopf (34) aufweist, der sich von der Nabe (31) nach außen erstreckt,
    - jeder Arm (32) Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein erstes Ende (324), das dazu bestimmt ist, entlang einer Einsteckachse (A2) in einen Gabelkopf (34) eingesteckt zu werden,
    - erste Sperrmittel (326), die dazu bestimmt sind, zusammen mit zweiten Sperrmitteln (342), die fest mit dem Gabelkopf (34) verbunden ist, das gesamte Spiel zwischen dem Gabelkopf (34) und dem Arm (32) zu beseitigen.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (324) jedes Arms eine hervorstehende Nase (325) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Aussparung (315) mit einer zu der Nase (325) komplementären Form, die zwischen den beiden Laschen (341) des Gabelkopfes (34) ausgebildet ist, eingesteckt zu werden.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Sperrmittel (326) in Form einer Öffnung im Arm (32) und die zweiten Verriegelungsmittel (342) in Form eines Schlitzes an den beiden Laschen (341) des Gabelkopfes (34) ausgebildet sind, wobei der Schlitz und die Löcher dazu bestimmt sind, einander gegenüberzuliegen und von einem Befestigungselement (33) durchquert zu werden.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (33) ein Stift ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an einer der Laschen (341) des Gabelkopfs (34) befestigt zu werden.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift an einer der Laschen (341) mittels eines Rings (35) befestigt ist, der mit der genannten Lasche (341) verschweißt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubsäule (2) mindestens einen Betätigungskeil (4) trägt.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (4) von der Hubsäule (2) abgenommen werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (32) einen I-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (3) vier Arme (32) aufweist, die in regelmäßigen Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei sternförmige Träger (3) aufweist, die entlang der Hubsäule (2) übereinander angeordnet sind.
