Handelt es sich um eine Polymer-Datenseite, so werden eine Anzahl von Kern- und Overlay-Folien laminiert. Aus dem so entstehenden Bogen werden die Hauptkörper der späteren Einlageblätter ausgeschnitten, vorzugsweise ausgestanzt. In einem darauf folgenden zweiten Laminierschritt wird eine Scharnierfolie auf den Hauptkörper auflaminiert. In dem abschließenden zweiten Trennschritt wird die auflaminierte Scharnierfolie derart zugeschnitten, daß sich das fertige Einlageblatt ergibt. Die Trennfolie wird dann zusammen mit dem abzutrennenden Teil des Einlageblattkörpers von der wenigstens einen Scharnierfolie abgezogen. Es ist jedoch ebenfalls möglich, die Nut als ein Schnitt auszuführen, ohne daß es zu einer wesentlichen Entfernung von Material kommt. Anhand von
Zunächst werden die verschiedenen, das Einlageblatt 1 bildenden Folien mit Hilfe eines Laminierprozesses miteinander verbunden. Symbolisch sind hier eine Kernfolie 3 sowie eine obere und eine untere Overlay-Folie 4 dargestellt. Aus dem so entstehenden Einlageblattbogen 5 wird ein Hauptkörper 6 des späteren Einlageblattes 1 mit Hilfe einer Stanzmaschine ausgestanzt. Dieser Hauptkörper 6 weist noch keinen Scharnierbereich 2 auf. In einem darauf folgenden zweiten Laminierschritt wird eine Scharnierfolie 7 mit Hilfe einer Laminiermaschine auf den Hauptkörper 6 auflaminiert. In Fig. 7 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung 5 dargestellt, bei dem ein an den Hauptkörper 21 angrenzender Abschnittes des Scharnierbereiches 12 als Übergangsbereich 29 derart ausgebildet ist, daß ein Entfernen der Scharnierfolien 17, 18 von dem Einlageblatt 11 zwangsweise mit einer Beschädigung des Einlageblattes 11 verbunden ist. Hierzu 10 verläuft die Seitenkante 26 des Hauptkörpers in dem Übergangsbereich 29 schräg zu der Oberfläche 31 der TPU-Folie 17 in den Scharnierbereich 12 hinein. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß bei dem Fräsen der Trenn-Nut 25 eine abgerundete Fräskante erzeugt wird, welche die Seitenkante 26 des Hauptkörpers 21 bildet. Der Radius der Fräskante beträgt dabei vorzugsweise 1 bis 2 mm. Durch die abgerundete Fräskante kann ein scharfkantiger übergang vermieden werden. Die verschiedenen Bestandteilen der Holderpage lassen sich schwerer wieder voneinander trennen.
