In dem abschließenden zweiten Trennschritt wird die auflaminierte Scharnierfolie derart zugeschnitten, daß sich das fertige Einlageblatt ergibt. Der Radius der Fräskante beträgt dabei vorzugsweise 1 bis 2 mm. Durch die abgerundete Fräskante kann ein scharfkantiger übergang vermieden werden. Die verschiedenen Bestandteilen der Holderpage lassen sich schwerer wieder voneinander trennen.
