Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtleiste für die Überbrückung von Fugen zwischen zwei Bauelementen, insbesondere zwischen einem Fensterrahmen und einer Putz- und Mauerschicht, bestehend aus einem leistenförmigen Trägerelement aus Kunststoff und einem darauf angebrachten, elastischen Dichtungsband.
- Bei Dichtleisten des Standes der Technik besteht das elastische Dichtungsband in den meisten Fällen aus einem Schaumklebeband mit einer Stärke von etwa 3 mm. Beispiele hierzu zeigen
DE 20 2008 000 916 U1 oderDE 20 2007 000 895 U1 . In der Praxis hat sich herausgestellt, dass derartige, aus geschäumtem Kunststoff hergestellte Dichtungsbänder nur Bewegungen in sehr engen Grenzen aufnehmen können; die Bewegungsaufnahme verschlechtert sich im übrigen mit dem Alter der Schaumklebebänder. Das führt dann dazu, dass die Fuge zwischen den beiden Bauelementen nicht mehr überbrückt wird, so dass sich ein Öffnungsschlitz bildet, was beispielsweise bei Fensterrahmen zu Wärmebrücken führt, weil das Schaumklebeband von der gegenüberliegenden Fläche abreißt. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Dichtleiste der eingangs umrissenen Gattung so auszubilden, dass das elastische Dichtungsband eine erheblich bessere Bewegungsaufnahmefähigkeit hat, so dass die Fuge auch bei größeren Relativbewegungen zwischen den beiden Bauelementen dicht geschlossen bleibt.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass das elastische Dichtungsband vollständig und restlos aus einer Klebstoffmasse, z. B. einem geschäumten Gelklebeband besteht.
- Dabei ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Dichtungsband aus einem Acrylat-Klebstoff besteht.
- Mit der Erfindung wird der Vorteil erzielt, dass ein derartiges Dichtungsband nicht nur eine höhere Elastizität und Flexibilität als bisher verwendete Schaumklebebänder hat, sondern auch mit größeren Dicken bis hin zu 5 mm oder gar mehr hergestellt werden kann. Ein derartiges Dichtungsband ist zwar in der Herstellung etwas teurer als bisherige Schaumklebebänder, was jedoch dadurch wettgemacht wird, dass es durch und durch aus einem Klebstoff besteht, der alterungsbeständig ist und unmittelbar und ohne Zwischenkleberschichten auf dem Trägerelement dauerhaft fixiert werden kann.
- Um zu vermeiden, dass die Dichtleisten aneinander festkleben, z. B. in einer Verpackung, in der mehrere Dichtleisten untergebracht sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Dichtungsband auf wenigstens einer seiner freiliegenden Stirnseiten mit einem nichthaftenden Material beschichtet ist.
- Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Schutzansprüchen und aus der folgenden Beschreibung von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen, die in der Zeichnung dargestellt sind. Es zeigen:

Figur 2 einen Querschnitt durch eine Dichtleiste gemäß der Erfindung und -
Figur 3 eine Variante derFigur 2 . - Die in den
Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte Dichtleiste 10 dient in beiden Fällen für die Überbrückung von Fugen zwischen zwei nicht weiter dargestellten Bauelementen, beispielsweise einem Fensterrahmen und einer Mauerlaibung. - Wie die
Figur 1 zeigt, besteht die bekannte Dichtleiste 10 aus einem Trägerelement 12 aus Kunststoff und einem darauf angebrachten Dichtungsband 14. Das Trägerelement 12 ist hier als eine im Querschnitt U-förmige Profilleiste 24 aus Kunststoff ausgebildet, die mit ihren Schenkeln 16 in ein nicht gezeigtes Wandelement eingeputzt werden kann. - Das elastische Dichtungsband 14 des Standes der Technik ist aus einem Schaumkunststoff 18 hergestellt und mittels einer Kleberschicht 20 auf der Basisfläche des Trägerelementes 12 befestigt. Die nach außen weisende Seite des Dichtungsbandes 14 ist durch ein abziehbares Schutzband 22 abgedeckt.
- Wie
Figur 2 zeigt, hat die Dichtleiste 10 gemäß der Erfindung grundsätzlich einen vergleichbaren Aufbau wie diejenige derFigur 1 . Das Trägerelement 12 ist auch hier im Querschnitt als U-förmige Profilleiste 24 ausgebildet, wobei die Enden der beiden Schenkel 16 ein Tannenbaumprofil 26 haben. An einer Seite der Profilleiste 24 ist eine Dichtlippe 28 angeformt. - Selbstverständlich besteht die Möglichkeit, das Trägerelement 12 in einer anderen Form auszubilden; das Tannenbaumprofil 26 und die Dichtlippe 28 sind nicht Teil der Erfindung.
- Wesentlich für die Erfindung ist, dass das Dichtungsband 14 nicht aus einem Schaumkunststoff hergestellt ist, sondern über die gesamte Dicke, die auch 5 mm oder gar mehr betragen kann, in toto aus einer Klebstoffmasse 30, einem geschäumten Klebstoff oder einem Gelklebeband besteht. Als Klebstoffmasse 30 hat sich ein Acrylat-Klebstoff bewährt.
- Auch bei dem in dieser Weise ausgebildeten Dichtungsband 14 ist die nach außen weisende Oberseite durch ein abziehbares Schutzband 22 abgedeckt. Da das Dichtungsband 14 durch und durch klebende Eigenschaften hat, erübrigt sich die beim Stand der Technik gemäß
Figur 1 erforderliche Kleberschicht 20, weil die Klebstoffmasse 30 unmittelbar haftend auf dem Trägerelement 12 fixiert werden kann. - Das Dichtungsband 14 ist auf seiner freiliegenden Stirnseite 32 mit einem nichthaftenden Material beschichtet, beispielsweise einem Pulver, Papier oder Lack, so dass z. B. in einer Verpackung aneinanderliegende Dichtleisten 10 nicht miteinander verkleben können. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, das nicht haftende Material so zu wählen, dass es nach dem Einbau der Dichtleiste 10 überstrichen werden kann, beispielsweise mit einer Farbe.
- In der Variante der
Figur 3 ist einer der beiden Schenkel 16 der Profilleiste 24 als Einputzschenkel 16' ausgebildet. Bei dem auch hier vollständig aus einer Klebstoffmasse 30 bestehenden Dichtungsband 14 sind beide Stirnseiten 32 mit nichthaftendem Material beschichtet, wobei eine der beiden Stirnseiten eine Schrägfläche 32' ist, die nach außen divergiert.
Claims (7)
- Dichtleiste für die Überbrückung von Fugen zwischen zwei Bauelementen, insbesondere zwischen einem Fensterrahmen und einer Putz- und Mauerschicht, bestehend aus einem leistenförmigen Trägerelement (12) aus Kunststoff und einem darauf angebrachten, elastischen Dichtungsband (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Dichtungsband (14) vollständig aus einer Klebstoffmasse (30) besteht.
- Dichtleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (14) aus einem geschäumten Klebstoff oder Gelklebeband besteht.
- Dichtleiste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (14) aus einem Acrylat-Klebstoff besteht.
- Dichtleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (14) auf wenigstens einer seiner freiliegenden Stirnseiten (32) mit einem nichthaftenden Material beschichtet ist.
- Dichtleiste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nichthaftende Material überstreichbar ist.
- Dichtleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (14) auf seiner vom Trägerelement (12) wegweisenden Oberfläche von einem abziehbaren Schutzband (22) abgedeckt ist.
- Dichtleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerlement (12) aus einer Profilleiste (24) besteht.
