Während herkömmliche Griffleisten bei dieser Art des Beutels mit einer durchgehend gleich bleibenden Breite versehen waren, mit der der gesamte Bereich zwischen der Konturlinie 9 für den vorangehenden Beutel und Füllraumgrenze 15 als Griffleiste verwendet und dem Beutel 1 somit ohne Abfallecken zugeschlagen wurde, hat der erfindungsgemäße Beutel im Bereich der Griffleiste eine besondere Gestaltung. Diese sieht vor, dass die Trennnaht 8 in den Längsabschnitten beiderseits der Grifföffnung 13 an die Füllraumgrenze herangeführt ist. In Außenbereichen 21 und 22 verläuft die Trennnaht 8 unmittelbar längs der Füllraumgrenze 15. Diese Außenbereiche sind beim Befüllen des Beutels kritischen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Ebenso ist der befüllte Beutel bei Transport und Handhabung in diesen Außenbereichen besonders stark belastet. Dementsprechend ist es wichtig, dass an diesen Längsabschnitten der Füllraumgrenze die Trennnaht mit ihrer höheren Festigkeit zur Verfügung steht. Dies schließt nicht aus, innenseitig zur Trennnaht noch eine Siegelnaht vorzusehen, um insbesondere bei kleinteiligem Füllgut die Füllraumgrenze zu schließen. Ansonsten ist aber der Beutel 1 durchaus in einer herkömmlichen Weise zu fertigen und auch in einer herkömmlichen Weise auf den Abpack-Maschinen zu befüllen. Entscheidender Vorteil ist die höhere Nahtfestigkeit der Trennnaht 8 im Bereich der Füllraumgrenze 15, die auch mit extrem verringerten Folienstärken noch einen für das Befüllen und für den weiteren Transport und die Handhabung robusten Beutel ergibt. Claims (6)

  1. Bag (1) made of thin sealable plastics film, in particular having a film thickness of less than 40 µm, in which a handle strip (12) is attached, at least on one side, to a filling space (16) which is enclosed by two layers of the plastics film, in which handle strip the plastics film is joined along a filling space boundary (15), extends in two layers up to a separation seam (8), as the outer edge, which is produced by means of fusing and cutting, and contains at least one handle opening (13), the filling space (16) being formed between the filling space boundary (15) and an opposite parallel edge (7) and having on one side a filling opening which is transverse thereto and has a double-layer projecting length of the plastics film, characterised in that, in longitudinal portions (21, 22) which do not contain a handle opening (13), some regions of the outer edge, which is formed by the separation seam (8), of the handle strip (12) represent the filling space boundary (15).
  2. Bag (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the handle strip (12) comprises a handle opening (13), arranged more or less in the centre, and tapers off on either side of the handle opening (13) by means of a separation seam (8) which is brought closer to the filling space boundary.
  3. Bag (1) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the handle opening (13) is formed having a separation seam (8) which extends at the filling space boundary (15) towards the filling space (16).
  4. Bag (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the handle opening (13) is tab-shaped and is formed having a separation seam (14) in the shape of an open ring.
  5. Bag (1) according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the projecting length is designed as a handling edge to be provided with pinholes (20).
  6. Bag according to claim 5, characterised in that the projecting length is formed by two layers (edges 5, 6) of plastics film of unequal lengths.
