Die Knarre 11 bildet einen Kopf 13 aus, der ein umschaltbares Freilaufgesperre besitzt. Der Kopf 13 bildet eine Sechskantabtriebsöffnung 12 aus, in die Sechskantabschnitte 4' der Bits 4 eingesteckt werden können. An den Kopf 13 schließt sich ein verschmälerter Hals 14 an. Der Hals 14 ist materialeinheitlich mit dem ringförmigen Kopf 13 und einem Antriebsarm 15 verbunden, welcher einen wulstartigen Durchmessergrößenabschnitt 15' ausbildet. Die breitesten Abschnitte der Knarre 11 werden vom Kopf 13 und vom Arm 15 ausgebildet. Wegen der gerundeten Schmalseite 5 bildet der Rand 10' an diesen breitesten Stellen, bezogen auf die Breitseitenebene des Gehäuses, Mulden, die als Fingereingriffsmulden verwendet werden können, um das zusätzliche Werkzeug 11 zu fassen und aus der Werkzeugaufnahmeöffnung 10 zu entnehmen bzw. es dort wieder zurückzulegen.The
Das zusätzliche Werkzeug 11 kann in der Werkzeugaufnahmeöffnung von einer Rast gehalten sein. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist aber ein Halteglied 16 in Form eines Schiebers vorgesehen. Zur Führung des Schiebers bildet die Frontseite 7 des Rahmenteils 1 parallel zur Erstreckungsrichtung des Rahmensteges Führungsnuten 18 aus. Die Anordnung der Werkzeugaufnahmeöffnung 11 im Stegabschnitt des Rahmenteiles 1 erweist sich als handhabungstechnisch günstig, da es sich hierbei um die längere Schmalseite handelt. Das Gehäuse kann von einer Hand des Benutzers im Bereich der gegenüberliegenden, die Drehachse 9 ausbildenden Schmalseite gefasst werden. Die Schmalseite 5 entspricht dann der Schauseite des Gehäuses. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung der Werkzeugaufnahmeöffnung 10 vor Kopf der Werkzeugeinsätze 4 ist eine handhabungsgünstige Raumform geschaffen. Die Knarre 11 erweist sich wegen ihrer flachen Bauform als ausgezeichnetes Werkzeug, um in einer Gehäuseschmalwand Aufnahme zu finden. Die Knarre 11 kann ausreichend schmal ausgebildet sein, weil sie eine 1/4"-Sechskantabtriebsöffnung 12 besitzt, in die die Sechskantabschnitte 4' der Werkzeugeinsätze einsetzbar ist. Die Halterung der Werkzeugeinsätze erfolgt mittels einer nicht dargestellten, in der Sechskantabtriebsöffnung 12 vorgesehenen Rast, die mit einer Mehrkanteckaussparung des Sechskantabschnittes 4' zusammenwirkt. Der Schieber 16 ist so gestaltet, dass er nur einen Teilabschnitt und insbesondere nur den Arm 15 der Knarre 11 überfängt. Claims (12)
- Storage device comprising a housing (1, 2) having narrow sides (5, 6) and broad sides (7, 7'), which housing stores a ratchet (11) having a ratchet head (3) which has a freewheel ratchet mechanism and a ratchet arm, and tool attachments (4), in particular screwdriver bits, which can be inserted into an insertion opening (12) in the ratchet head (3), the ratchet (11) being removably located in an opening (10) for receiving tools, a relatively long narrow side (5) being longer than the longitudinal extension of the whole ratchet (11), characterised in that the opening (10) for receiving tools is associated with the relatively long narrow side (5), in which opening the ratchet (11) is located in such a way that the plane of rotation of the freewheel ratchet mechanism lies approximately in the plane of the narrow side, the ratchet arm extending in the extension direction of the narrow side (5) and the insertion opening (12) thereof being accessible so that the drive portions (4') of the tool attachments (4) can be inserted therein, and so the housing (1, 2) can be used as a tool handle.
- Storage device according to claim 1, characterised in that the storage device comprises at least one frame part (1) which forms one of the narrow sides (5, 6) and part of one of the broad sides (7, 7'), and a swivel part (2) which is received in a recess (8) in the frame part (1) in a closed position and is able to swivel about a swivel axis (9) from the closed position into an opened position, in which the tool attachments (4) that are not able to be removed in the closed position can be removed.
- Storage device according to claim 2, characterised by an additional tool (21) which is held in a second opening (20) for receiving tools which is associated with one of the narrow sides (5, 6).
- Storage device according to claim 3, characterised in that the narrow side (5, 6) that forms the first and/or second opening (10, 20) for receiving tools extends in parallel with the pivot axis (9) such that the additional tool (21) which lies in the elongate opening (10, 20) for receiving tools can be removed from the opening (10, 20) for receiving tools in a direction which is transverse to the pivot axis (9).
- Storage device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ratchet (11) is held in the first opening (10) for receiving tools by a holding member (16), in particular a slider, which can be displaced from a holding position into a releasing position.
- Storage device according to claim 5, characterised in that the holding member (16) surrounds the additional tool (11) in the form of a curve in some regions and is fastened to the housing (1, 2) by both ends of said curve.
- Storage device according to any of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that the opening (10, 20) for receiving tools is arranged in the narrow side (5) of the frame part (1) and/or in the narrow side (6) of the pivot part (2).
- Storage device according to any of claims 3 to 7, characterised by nuts (21) which are arranged in the second opening (20) for receiving tools and have different polygonal internal profiles.
- Storage device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the edge (10') of the first opening (10) for receiving tools is adapted to the contour of the ratchet (11).
- Storage device according to any of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that the slider (14) only overlaps some portions of the ratchet (11), in particular one arm (15) of the ratchet (11).
- Storage device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the narrow side (5, 6) extends along a rounded cross-sectional contour line, and so the edge (10') leaves cavities clear by means of which the ratchet (11) can be gripped in order to be removed from the opening (10) for receiving tools.
- Storage device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that an arm (15) of the ratchet (11) comprises a bulge (15') which lies in a catch recess (24) in the holding member (16) when the holding member (16) is in a holding position.
