Claims (7)

  1. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres à panneaux coulissants, composé par un encadrement fixe, à placer sur une baie dans un bâtiment, et un ou plusieurs encadrements mobiles, pour être montés sur un ou plusieurs vitrages simples ou doubles composant un ou plusieurs panneaux coulissants, pouvant être déplacés par glissement latéral, dans des plans parallèles, ledit encadrement mobile (4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18) des panneaux coulissants est supporté par des glissières au moyen d'une piste de roulements (15), agencée dans leur partie inférieure sur une pluralité de roulements (17) de support, monté sur des profilés porte roulements (14), aménagées dans des cavités de la partie inférieure de l'encadrement fixe (1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18), l'encadrement mobile est formé par un encadrement composé de quatre parties rigides, les parties supérieure et inférieure étant constituées par des éléments profilés identiques (13) et l'une des parties latérales étant constituée par des profilés (4, 5, 11, 12) et l'autre des parties latérales étant constituée par des profilés (8, 9, 10) et les éléments profilés (13) du panneau inférieur/supérieur qui composent lesdites parties supérieure et inférieure de l'élément profilé mobile de l'encadrement mobile sont en forme de U, la paroi inférieure de ces éléments profilés (13) (avec la partie fermé du U vers le bas) le deux surfaces évidées et symétriques comportant une partie dirigée vers le bas associée à un plan moyen du U, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces définissent un angle qui varie entre 166 et 174°, de préférence, entre 168 et 174°, et plus préférablement de 174°, le prolongement desdites deux surfaces en section transversale dudit profilé en U présentant une forme en V dont le sommet de l'intersection est dirigé vers le bas, entre lesdites deux surfaces évidées étant agencé un évidement de retenue et, lorsque ledit profilé (13) est disposé dans la partie inférieure dudit panneau coulissant, dans chacune desdites surfaces évidées est fixée une piste de roulements (15) et dans l'une des parties latérales fixes de l'élément profilé est composée de deux profilés de traction (4) et deux profilés de traction de panneau (5), les profilés de traction (4) étant unies entre eux par rivetage d'un profilé de liaison de traction (12) et les profilés de traction de panneau (5) étant unies entre eux par rivetage d'une plaque de traction reliant le profilé (11).
  2. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissants selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé porte roulements (14), présentant une paroi horizontale et deux paires de parois inclinées associées à la paroi horizontale, une pluralité de paires de roulements (17) est fixée dans lesdites parois inclinées du profilé porte roulements (14), lesdits roulements (17), qui composent chacune desdites paires de roulements, étant disposées côte à côte dans la direction en coupe transversale du profilé, sous ladite paroi horizontale du profilé porte roulements (14), lesdites parois inclinées formant, en ce qui concerne le profilé porte roulements (14) de la paroi horizontale un angle que varie entre 7 et 3°, de préférence, entre 6 et 3° et plus préférablement de 3°, lesdits axes des roulements formant également les mêmes angles par rapport à la paroi horizontale du dit profilé porte roulements (14), ainsi que les pistes respectives desdits roulements (17), chaque roulement (17) étant espacé des parois inclinées, entre lesquelles est monté, par des rondelles d'écartement (16) et le montage de chaque roulement (17) étant effectué de façon à ce que ses pistes fassent saillie à l'extérieur de la paroi profilée horizontale du profilé porte roulements (14), le partie inférieure mobile reposant au moyen de pistes de roulements (15), sur lesdites paires de roulements (17).
  3. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissants selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les profilés porte roulements (14) sont agencés dans les cavités de la partie inférieure de l'encadrement fixe, fixés par clipsage sur lesdits profilés en matière synthétique (7), qui se trouvent parfaitement retenus et en buté entre eux.
  4. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissants selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'autre des parties latérales de l'encadrement mobile est constitué par un profilé de recouvrement central (8) et une profilé de panneau de recouvrement central (9), les uns unis aux autres par clipsage, la pièce interne en forme de L du profilé de recouvrement central (8) est couvert par un profilé central (10) riveté.
  5. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissants selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement longitudinal entre les paires de roulements (17), est défini par le poids des panneaux coulissants qui sont supportés par eux, et qui varie entre 10 et 25 cm.
  6. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissants selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les roulements (17) sont des roulements à billes, en acier inoxydable, autolubrifiant et enveloppé.
  7. Un cadre pour portes ou fenêtres avec des panneaux coulissant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie inférieur de l'encadrement fixe les profilés externes et internes (1, 3) ainsi qu'un profilé de liaison (7) définissent trois espaces de rétention d'eau et de drainage, qui peut fonctionner comme un réservoir régulateur, avec une capacité de 3 litres d'eau par mètre linéaire de l'encadrement fixe, le drainage de l'eau étant assurée par un ensemble de forage exécuté dans ledit profilé de liaison et dans les autres profilés qui composent l'encadrement fixe.
