A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO CONSISTE NUMA CAIXILHARIA DE ALUMÍNIO PARA FABRICO DE PORTAS OU JANELAS, COM OU SEM CORTE TÉRMICO, A QUAL É APLICADA NUMA ABERTURA DE PORTA OU JANELA DE UMA EDIFICAÇÃO. É CONSTITUÍDA POR, PELO MENOS UM ARO FIXO (1) QUE PODE OU NÃO FICAR INTEGRADO NO PISO NO TETO OU NAS LARGURAS. E FOLHAS (3) FIXAS OU MÓVEIS, AS QUAIS APRESENTAM PRUMOS CENTRAIS (5), E PUXADOR (4). O SISTEMA DE BLOQUEIO (6) DAS FOLHAS (3) ENCONTRA-SE INTEGRADO NOS PERFIS DE ALUMÍNIO DO ARO FIXO (1) E PERMITE ADEQUAR A QUANTIDADE DOS PONTOS DE FECHO AO TAMANHO DAS FOLHAS (3). AS FOLHAS (3), JUNTO AO PISO E JUNTO AO TETO NÃO TEM PERFIS DE ALUMÍNIO VISÍVEIS. NA ZONA DOS PRUMOS (5) E DOS PUXADORES APRESENTA ESPESSURA DE ALUMÍNIO QUE PODE IR DE 1 A 5 MM.

DESCRIÇÃO
"CAIXILHARIA INVISÍVEL PARA PORTAS E JANELAS DE GRANDES ÁREAS"
Domínio técnico da invenção A presente invenção diz respeito caixilharia invisível para portas e janelas de grandes áreas, sem vista de perfis de alumínio junto ao piso e junto ao teto, a qual se encontra dentro da área da engenharia mecânica aplicada à engenharia civil, mais concretamente dos elementos de construção fixo. Acrescenta-se que a invenção enquadra-se no âmbito da Classificação Internacional de Patentes em E06B7/14; E06B03/46; E06B5/20 e E06B7/23. A presente invenção apresenta as seguintes vantagens relativamente ao estado da técnica supracitado: a) Não são visíveis perfis de alumínio no chão nem no teto; b) Nas alturas junto aos prumos (5) apenas se vê de 1 a 5 mm de vista de alumínio; c) Os perfis dos prumos (5) fazem corte térmico; d) Nas alturas junto aos puxadores (4) apenas se vê 1 a 5mm de vista de alumínio; e) Os perfis (2), superiores e inferiores, da folha (3), não são visíveis e são parte estrutural da folha, no perfil inferior (2) caixilharia de alumínio e vidro para fabrico de portas ou janelas, a qual é aplicada numa abertura de uma edificação. A presente invenção é constituída por, pelo menos um aro fixo (1) e por apenas uma ou várias folhas (3) fixas ou móveis, as quais são inseridas no interior do aro fixo (1) e movimentam-se lateralmente em planos paralelos ou perpendiculares. As folhas (3) podem ser movimentadas de forma manual ou motorizada, e podem ser constituídas por painéis de vidro simples, duplo, triplo, ou de outro tipo de material. As folhas (3) apresentam um prumo central (5), como representado na fiqura 2, os quais apresentam perfis (2) com lmm a 5 mm. Na outra extremidade existe a possibilidade de terem um puxador (4) igualmente com 1 a 5 mm de vista de alumínio. Desta forma não são visíveis perfis de alumínio no chão nem no teto. 0 aro fixo (1) é perimetral e é constituído uma moldura rígida de alumínio, preferencialmente retangular ou quadrada. Todos os lados do aro fixo (1) são constituídos pelo mesmo perfil, e são unidos entre si por qualquer maneira conhecida na técnica.
Em qualquer destes casos o perfil de aro fixo (1) é sempre o mesmo a ser usado. A folha (3) apresenta um perfil perimetral (7) que é unido a vidro por um processo de colagem ou outro qualquer conhecido na técnica, este perfil tem a função estrutural e permite encaixar os perfis de puxador (4) e de prumo (5) por clivagem ou por colagem. Este perfil pode ser de alumínio ou poliamida. A folha (3) pode ter espessuras de vidro que vão dos 34 ao 60 mm, sendo para isso apenas necessário substituir o perfil perimetral (7) por outro equivalente.
As folhas (3) podem ser operadas manualmente bem como automaticamente. Os perfis que constituem o aro fixo (1) foram desenvolvidos para ser possível automatizar o movimento das folhas (3) sem ser necessário acrescentar mais perfis ao sistema. O sistema de bloqueio (6) das folhas móveis encontra-se integrado nos perfis de alumínio do aro fixo (1) e permite adequar a quantidade dos pontos de fecho ao tamanho das folhas móveis. O sistema de bloqueio (6) é multiponto, a quantidade de pontos de fecho é ajustada de acordo com a altura e peso das folhas (3).

Claims (4)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES
    1. Caixilharia invisível para portas e janelas de grandes áreas constituída por: a) pelo menos um aro fixo (1) perimetral constituído por uma moldura rígida de alumínio em que todos os lados constituem o mesmo perfil; b) pelo menos uma folha (3), fixa ou móvel, inserida no interior do aro fixo (1) e a qual se movimenta lateralmente em planos paralelos ou perpendiculares; c) sistema de bloqueio (6) das folhas (3) integrado nos perfis de alumínio do aro fixo (1), o qual é multiponto; caracterizada por a folha (3) apresentar: d) um prumo central (5) com perfis (2), superiores e inferiores, com 1 a 5 mm e um perfil perimetral (7) acoplado às folhas (3) e unido a vidro; e) numa das extremidades um puxador (4) com 1 a 5 mm de vista de alumínio.
  2. 2. Caixilharia de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por a folha (3) ser constituída por painéis de vidro simples, duplo, triplo, ou de outro tipo de material.
  3. 3. Caixilharia de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por a folha (3) ter espessuras de vidro entre os 34mm e os 60mm.
  4. 4. Caixilharia de acordo com as reivindicações anteriores caracterizada por o perfil perimetral (7) ser de alumínio ou poliamida.
