Fig. 4 ). The rotary latch 6 further comprises two segments 29, wherein a first segment 29, the main catch 7 and a second segment 29, the pre-catch 8 forms. The segments 29 delimit the area of the lock holder receptacle 24 of the rotary latch 6, in which the lock holder 5 can enter or exit the catch 3 through the receptacle 4 of the lock plate 3.

Die Sperrklinke 9 weist ferner eine Sperrklinkenachse 12 auf, auf der die Sperrklinke 9 in die Öffnungsrichtung 25 und in die Schließrichtung 32 drehbar gelagert ist. Zudem weist die Sperrklinke 9 auf der zur Drehfalle 6 abweisenden Seite einen Rasthaken 13 mit einer (tangential hervorstehenden) Rasthakenblockierfläche 18 auf. Die Rasthakenblockierfläche 18 ist so zu dem Rasthaken 13 angeordnet, dass der auf einer Blockierhebelachse 15 drehbar gelagerte Blockierhebel 14 über seinen Blockierschenkel 16 mit der die Rasthakenblockierfläche 18 kontaktierenden Blockierhebelkontaktfläche 19 ein Drehmoment in Schließrichtung 32 der Sperrklinke 9 in die Sperrklinke 9 einleiten kann. Die Drehfalle 6 wird dadurch in eine Öffnungsbewegung 27 versetzt, wobei die abgeschrägte Hauptrast 7 die Sperrklinke 9 in Bezug auf die Sperrklinken-Hauptraststellung 22 um den Winkel (α) 23 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 der Sperrklinke 9 verschwenkt und somit die Hauptrast 7 aus der Sperrklinkenaufnahme 20 des Rastschenkels 10 auftaucht. So ist gewährleistet, dass der Blockierhebel 14 die Sperrklinke 9 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 der Sperrklinke 9 nicht blockiert. Fig. 1). Durch diese Ausgestaltung des Segments 29 mit der Vorrast 8 ist sichergestellt, dass die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel in Schließrichtung 32 federvorgespannte Sperrklinke 9 in Bezug auf die Sperrklinken-Hauptraststellung 22 mit einem Winkel (α) 23 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 verschwenkt ist. Diese Verschwenkung der Sperrklinke 9 um den Winkel (α) 23 gewährleistet auch in dieser Betriebsphase des Kraftfahrzeugschlosses 2, dass der Blockierhebel 14 die Sperrklinke 9 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 nicht blockiert. Dabei gleitet die Außenkontur 35 des Segments 29 mit der Vorrast 8 der Drehfalle 6 aus der Sperrklinkenaufnahmen 20 des Rastschenkels 10 und über die zur Sperrklinkenaufnahme 20 benachbarten Führungsfläche 30 des Rastschenkels 10 der Sperrklinke 9. Die Führungsfläche 30 ist dabei so ausgestaltet, dass die Drehfalle 6 die in Schließrichtung 32 federvorgespannte Sperrklinke 9 in Bezug auf die Sperrklinken-Hauptraststellung 22 um einen Winkel (α) 23 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 auslenkt, der größer als 0° ist. Dadurch ist auch in dieser Betriebsphase des Kraftfahrzeugschlosses 2 gewährleistet, dass der Blockierhebel 14 die Sperrklinke 9 in Öffnungsrichtung 25 nicht blockiert. Claims (7)

  1. Device (1) for a motor vehicle latch (2) comprising at least a catch (6), whereby the catch (6) comprises a catch axis (11), a latch holder mounting (24), a main ratchet (7) and a pre-ratchet (8) and is pivotably accommodated on the catch axis (11), a pawl (9) with a pawl axis (12), a pawl main ratchet position (22), a ratchet leg (10) and a ratchet hook (13) with a ratchet hook blocking surface (18), and a blocking lever (14), which has a blocking lever axis (15), a triggering leg (17) and a blocking leg (16) with a blocking lever contact surface (19), whereby the blocking lever (14) locks the pawl (9) by means of the blocking leg (16) in a pawl main ratchet position (22) by contacting of the blocking lever contact surface (19) with the ratchet hook blocking surface (18) in the opening direction (25) of the pawl (9), whereby the pawl (9) is pivoted away during an opening movement (27) of the catch (6), a closure movement (26) of the catch (6), a pre-ratchet position (40) of the catch (6) and an open position (21) of the catch (6) in relation to the pawl main ratchet position (22) around an angle α (23) from the catch (6), whereby the angle α (23) is always greater than 0°.
  2. Device (1) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the pawl (9) is pre-tensioned by a spring during the closure movement (26) of the catch (6) in the closure direction (32) of the pawl (9) and is relieved in the closure direction (32) of the pawl (9) during the opening movement (27).
  3. Device (1) according to one of the previous patent claims, characterized in that a first incursion depth (28) of the main ratchet (7) of the catch (6) in the closed position (41) of the catch (6) into a pawl mounting (20) of the ratchet leg (10) of the pawl (9) is larger than a second incursion depth (36) of the pre-ratchet (8) of the catch (6) in the pre-ratchet position (40) of the catch (6) into the pawl mounting (20) of the ratchet leg (10).
  4. Device (1) according to one of the previous patent claims, characterized in that the device (1) has a triggering lever (37) with a contact element (39) for the blocking lever (14).
  5. Device (1) according to one of the previous patent claims, characterized in that the catch (6) has two segments (29) which form the latch holder mounting (24), whereby one segment (29) in each instance forms the pre-ratchet (8) and the main ratchet (7).
  6. Device (1) according to one of the previous patent claims, characterized in that the ratchet leg (10) of the pawl (9) is arranged between the catch (6) and the blocking lever (14), and the ratchet leg (10) of the pawl (9) has a guide surface (30) for the catch (6), whereby the guide surface (30) is arranged adjacent to the pawl mounting (20) of the ratchet leg (10).
  7. Motor vehicle (31) having a motor vehicle latch (2) with a device (1) according to one of the previous patent claims to secure a motor vehicle door.
