- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le procédé de lavage de la vaisselle est exécuté à une température de fonctionnement inférieure à 60 °C, de préférence inférieure à 50 °C.
- Utilisation d'un détergent pour vaisselle en machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes permettant d'améliorer le séchage lors du lavage de la vaisselle en machine.
