Definitions
- the present invention relates to a door leaf of a sliding gate, wherein a lower part of the door leaf is formed by a lower beam and an upper part of the door leaf by an upper spar, wherein between the lower beam and the upper beam a Torblatthellung is arranged, the lower beam in a modular design of at least a pair of two in a plane parallel to Torblattebene plane interconnected profiles and wherein each of the profiles of a pair are connected to each other by at least one continuous connection profile or by a plurality of profile longitudinally adjoining or spaced connection profile sections.
- the lower beam and the upper beam each consist of a one-piece profile, which, for example, seen in cross-section C- or U-shaped.
- the profiles are also usually Abkantprofile steel or extruded aluminum.
- the profiles that make up the lower beam and the upper beam must be suitably dimensioned in order to safely and permanently absorb the static and dynamic loads occurring during operation of an associated sliding gate. Because door leaves can have very different sizes, a manufacturer of sliding gates or door leaves must manufacture or buy a correspondingly many different profiles, which requires a high manufacturing and logistical effort.
- a door leaf of the type mentioned is from the document NL 1 023 808 C2 known, which shows all the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the task is to create a door leaf of the type specified above, which can be produced as required in terms of male loads and thereby requires a reduced effort manufacturing technology.
- the solution of the door leaf part of the task succeeds according to the invention with a door leaf of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that at least one of the profiles in cross-section is C-shaped and that in a state in which two of these profiles by means of at the upper longitudinal edges attached connecting profile or pair of two parallel connecting profiles are interconnected, the profiles form a rectangular cross-section, below a through slot and inside two upper and two lower roller tracks having Holm.
- a door leaf here at least be the essential supporting function aus basicallyder sub-spar
- the lower beam consists of two interconnected profiles.
- the connecting plane of the interconnected profiles lies in a plane parallel to the door leaf level, wherein a position is included in the Torblattebene.
- differently dimensioned profiles may be used.
- support rollers and / or drive rollers as well as a correspondingly "slim" designed drive unit with motor and gear can be arranged inside the spar or the spars.
- a further advantage of the invention is that the manufacture and joining of two smaller profiles is simpler and less expensive than the production of a one-piece or one-piece large profile corresponding in size to the two smaller interconnected profiles.
- the number of required in practice for the door leaf according to the invention differently dimensioned profiles can thus be kept low, which simplifies the production of the door leaf and makes it cheaper.
- the connecting profiles, by each of which the profiles of a pair are connected to each other, allow a simple and secure connection of the profiles of a pair with each other, without the profiles consuming machining operations or welds are needed.
- the invention proposes that the upper spar consists of modular construction of at least a pair of two in a plane parallel to the Torblattebene plane interconnected profiles.
- end and / or intermediate bars connecting the lower beam and the upper beam in a modular construction each consist of at least one pair of two profiles interconnected in a plane parallel to the door leaf plane.
- the end and / or intermediate rods are included in the cheap modular design.
- the profiles of a pair are identical to each other and are arranged mirror-symmetrically to each other. This achieves a particularly high economic efficiency, since only a few different profiles are needed.
- each of the profiles of a pair are different from each other, for example, if for functional reasons, a non-symmetrical design of the lower spar or the upper spar or the end and / or intermediate rods is necessary. It remains unchanged, however, that in each case the profiles of a pair are connected to each other in a plane parallel to the door leaf level or in the Torblattebene.
- a spar, in particular the most heavily loaded lower beam, of the door leaf may be modularly composed of two or more profile pairs.
- the invention provides that the profiles of adjacent pairs are connected to one another by an arrangement of at least two parallel, continuous connection profiles or by a plurality of adjoining or spaced arrangements in the profile longitudinal direction of at least two parallel connection profile sections, wherein the parallel connection profiles or connection profile sections are clamped or braced against each other transversely to the profile longitudinal direction.
- the profiles it is further preferred for the profiles to have positive or negative undercut edge regions in cross-section at their lateral or longitudinal edges facing each other, and that the connection profile or the connection profile sections have / have complementary, negative or positive undercut edge regions ,
- edge regions in cross-section are preferably positive or negative hook-shaped or hammerhead-shaped.
- a further development preferably provides that the clamping means are formed by clamping screws or rivets and that the connecting profiles or connecting profile sections are provided with prefabricated apertures for the clamping means and / or for filling rods to be attached.
- a particularly favorable ratio of weight to bearing capacity of the profiles of the door leaf can be achieved in that the profiles are extruded profiles, preferably hollow-chamber extruded sections, made of light metal, preferably aluminum.
- the door leaf at least one, preferably latchable or clampable or anklebbares, cover profile, preferably made of plastic, having a longitudinal joint two interconnected pairs of profiles is concealable.
- a cover profile can contribute to improving the visual appearance, for example, in such a way that two pairs of profiles connected to each other outwardly offer the appearance of a one-piece profile.
- the present invention also provides an embodiment in which at least one of the profiles is flat rectangular in cross-section, wherein in the connected state of two of these profiles by means of two attached at the upper and lower longitudinal edges parallel connecting profiles form the profiles a cross-sectionally closed spar or rod.
- a closed spar is preferably used as an upper spar.
- Such a spar can also be used as a lower spar if the carrying rollers and / or drive rollers and a drive unit of the sliding gate are arranged outside the lower beam.
- the spar or bar has seen in cross-section bevelled or rounded outer and / or inner corner regions.
- the door leaf in a concrete, particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided for the door leaf that it can be produced in a modular system of only three differently sized cross-section profiles and a uniform connection profile, wherein the largest profile for forming the lower spar and / or Oberholms is usable wherein the central profile for reinforcing the sub-spar and / or for forming the upper spar and / or for forming the end and / or intermediate rods is usable and wherein the smallest profile for reinforcing the sub-spar and / or to form the upper spar and / or Forming the end and / or intermediate rods is usable.
- advantageously only three differently executed profiles and a uniform connection profile are needed, so a total of only four different profiles. With this very small number of different profiles door leaves can be made over the entire size range required in practice, each with matching static and dynamic load capacity by each of the necessary and suitable profiles are combined.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a door leaf 1 in a perspective view in a first embodiment, which is particularly suitable for smaller door leaves.
- a lower beam 11 forms the main supporting part of the door leaf 1 and consists of two in cross-section C-shaped profiles, the open sides of which are facing each other and which are interconnected along their parallel upper edges.
- Another supporting part of the door leaf 1 forms its upper beam 12, which is also formed of two in cross-section C-shaped, compared to the lower beam 11 smaller profiles, which are also facing each other with their open sides and along both their parallel upper edges are also interconnected along their parallel lower edges.

- the profiles 2.1 are C-shaped in cross-section and face each other with their open sides. Since the profiles 2.1 are connected to one another only at their upper parallel edges, a continuous slot 11.1 remains on the underside of the lower spar 11. This slot 11.1 serves for the passage of support elements, the rollers and drive rollers and possibly also receive a drive unit of the associated sliding gate.
- the two profiles 2.1 form two parallel upper and two parallel lower roller tracks 11.2.
