Furthermore, it has a receptacle for receiving impurities and a conveying and separating device for lifting the substrate and for separating impurities from the lifted underground and for conveying the impurities in the receptacle.
- a generic beach care and cleaning vehicle on a pickup which is arranged and designed so that it comes into contact with the ground while driving the beach care and cleaning vehicle and lifts off parts of this background. Furthermore, this conveying and separating device has a relative to the frame moving screen belt.
- Generic beach care and cleaning vehicles are from the prior art, including from the DE 101 13 702 A1 , known. They serve the cleaning of beaches, in particular the cleaning of sandy beaches.
- the principle of operation of such generic beach care and cleaning vehicles provides that an upper layer of the substrate, for example sand of a sandy beach, is lifted by the receiver and is guided over a sieve belt.
- This screen belt allows clean sand and smaller stones to fall through while impurities are conveyed through the screen belt and thus reach the receptacle and not back to the beach.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve a generic beach care and cleaning vehicle to the effect that this reliably separates the sand against impurities especially in wet or wet sand and at high working depths and promotes him after taking him back to the beach.
- the conveying and separating device has an arranged between the pickup and the wire crusher, which is designed to break up sand lumps of the recorded surface and / or sand to separate from impurities, the crusher for this purpose at least two driven in the same direction rotating profiled shafts having a parallel axis of rotation, wherein the shafts are arranged and driven so that impurities are conveyed along their upper side to the screen belt.
- a generic beach care and cleaning vehicle can be equipped with its own drive to be self-sufficient. However, it may also be designed as a trailer, which is attached to a tractor, such as a tractor.
- the screen belt provided in a beach care and cleaning vehicle according to the invention is a flexible, flat belt which is guided over at least two rollers arranged at the two opposite ends of the belt and which circulates in order to convey the contaminants in the direction of the receiving container and thereby to deposit the sand through holes provided in the sieve belt, which then directly or indirectly falls back to the beach.
- the rolls mentioned can be designed to produce a vibrating effect, for example as eccentric rolls.
- the pickup of a beach care and cleaning vehicle according to the invention is formed in the simplest case as penetrating and angled lifting surface into the ground of the beach.
- the transducer may additionally have a driven conveyor, for example in the form of a conveyor wheel or a conveyor shaft with spring steel tines.
- the particular feature according to the invention lies in the fact that the shredder, which is designed to break up sand lumps of the recorded substrate, is arranged between the pick-up and the sieve belt.
- This shredder is self-propelled and exerts mechanical forces on the surface lifted by the transducer, which are sufficiently high to break up sand lumps of wet or damp sand.
- the crusher can be designed in such a way that it itself already allows the cleaned sand to be deposited back onto the beach and thus additionally fulfills a screening function.
- the substrate pre-machined by the shredder is supplied in its entirety to the screen belt and that separation of the cleaned substrate from the contaminants takes place only on the screen belt.
- the vehicle is open both in the area of the crusher and in the region of the screen belt on its underside, so that the cleaned ground can immediately fall back onto the beach again.
- the mechanical loading of the substrate is carried out according to the invention via a crusher with at least two rotatably driven and profiled shafts with mutually parallel axes of rotation. These waves over simultaneously or preferably successively a mechanical application of force of the pre-machined substrate.
- a profiled shaft under a profiled shaft is considered a wave deviating from the cylindrical shape waveform.
- a profiled shaft preferably has varying diameters in the axial direction and / or a varying shaping over the circumference, in particular with star-like extensions.
- the shafts may be formed in one piece or consist of several separate components, in particular of a fundamental shaft with deferred star wheels.
- the star wheels may preferably be made of plastic, in particular of polyurethane or polyamide, or of steel, in particular cast steel or wear steel. It is particularly advantageous if the particularly loaded the first shaft facing the transducer is formed with star wheels made of metal, in particular steel, while at least one subsequent and in operation to a lesser extent loaded shaft is made of plastic.
- the two shafts are two profiled shafts driven in the same direction, the shafts being arranged and driven in such a way that impurities are conveyed along their upper side to the sieve belt.
- the mechanical application of force to the substrate to be cleaned is brought about, in particular, by the fact that the various waves successively bring about mechanical impacts on the substrate previously lifted off the sensor and to be cleaned, thereby causing comminution.
- four or more waves arranged one behind the other are used.
- the profiled shafts have radially extended extensions, the extensions being adjacent Shafts in the axial direction of the shafts are arranged offset to one another and are arranged overlapping in a conveying direction orthogonal to the axial direction.
- Such an arrangement which can already be found in so-called star screens in the prior art, enables a particularly advantageous mechanical loading of the conveyed substrate while ensuring that no large impurities can reach the ground between the waves.
- extensions are provided distributed over the circumference, which lead to an approximately star-like cross section of the shaft in the region of the extensions.
- areas with such extensions alternate with slimmed-off shaft areas, which form recesses into which the star-shaped extensions of adjacent shafts can engage.
- the waves are adjustable with respect to their Rotationsachsenbeabstandung.
- different configurations may be such that in a first configuration only fine-grained sand gets back onto the beach, while in other configurations stones with a diameter of a few millimeters to for example 20 mm can reach the beach through the waves.
- the rotational speed of the shafts is flexibly adjustable, for example between 150 rpm and 500 rpm.
- beach care and cleaning vehicle 10 is a designed as a trailer beach maintenance and cleaning vehicle, which is pulled by a separate tractor, in this case a tractor 8.

Rear side behind the frame 12, a receptacle 20 is provided, which can be raised and pivoted by means of a hydraulic movement device 22 for the purpose of emptying. Along the frame 12 extends front to back a crushing, conveying and separating device 30 of the beach care and cleaning vehicle 10. This is used to pick up contaminated sand from a substrate 2, the separation of the sand of impurities and the transport of impurities in the receptacle 20th ,
- the front end of the crushing, conveying and separating device 30 is formed by the pickup 32.
- This consists of an inclined conveying surface 32a, which penetrates in the manner shown in the ground and thereby lifts an upper layer of the substrate.
- the conveying surface is preferably adjustable in terms of their depth of penetration into the ground.
- the design of the beach care and cleaning vehicle 10 according to the invention is particularly suitable for comparatively large penetration depths.
- the lifting of the ground is supported by a driven feed wheel 32b with spring steel tines 32c.
- the underground conveyed into the beach care and cleaning vehicle 10 by the receiver 32 consists of in Fig. 1 dotted indicated sand lumps 4 and various impurities, which are symbolized by rectangles 6 in the figure.
- the sand consists to a considerable extent of the initially insoluble sand lumps 4.
- a comminutor 34 adjoins the pickup 32, which is also in Fig. 2 is shown again.
- This crusher 34 consists of four mutually parallel rotatably arranged shredder and sieve shafts 34a, which are in the same direction with respect to the Fig. 1 rotate clockwise, wherein for driving these crusher shafts 34a, a drive unit, not shown, for example, a hydraulic motor, is provided.
- the crusher and sieve shafts 34a form together a so-called star screen.
- the last shaft 34a is shifted relative to its installation position to the right, the star rings 34b adjacent shafts 34a are offset from each other so that the waves 34a can be arranged overlapping each other.
- the spacing of the crusher and sieve shafts 34a is not fixed but can be changed by means of a Einstellmechanismusses, not shown, to respond to specific background conditions.
- the star rings 34b are the in Fig. 1 formed on the left first shaft 34a of metal, while the star rings 34b of the subsequent shafts 34a are at least partially formed of plastic.
- the lifted substrate conveyed via the receiver 32 to the shredder 34, essentially consisting of sand lumps 4 and contaminants 6, is further moved by the shredder and screen shafts 34a rotating in the same direction with respect to the FIG. 1 promoted to the right. Due to the star-like projections 34c on the shafts 34a, this results in a variety of mechanical stresses, which leads to a breaking up of the sand lumps 4.
- the impurities 6, for example, beverage cans, cigarette butts, algae, etc. are hardly affected by the crusher and sieve shafts 34a.
- the contaminants 6 can not pass between the shafts 34a back to the subsurface of the beach.
- this is only crushed into individual grains of sand or smaller lumps previous sand lumps 4 possible, find the space between adjacent projections 34 c of the same star wheel 34 b.
- the sand is separated from the impurities on this screen belt and smaller sand lumps are further broken up by the vibrations of the belt 36.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a beach care and cleaning vehicle for cleaning a beach. A generic beach care and cleaning vehicle has a vehicle frame and vehicle wheels. Furthermore, it has a receptacle for receiving impurities and a conveying and separating device for lifting the substrate and for separating impurities from the lifted underground and for conveying the impurities in the receptacle.
The generic beach care and cleaning vehicles currently used have proven to be reliable beach cleaning tools. However, their work result is not completely satisfactory when the substrate is wet, as this leads to larger clumps of sand, which are undesirably conveyed by the sieve belt into the receptacle. The same applies if generic beach care and - cleaning vehicle to be operated with relatively high working depth. Also, this raised surface forms sand lumps that get over the sieve unwanted until in the receptacle. These sand lumps reduce the holding volume of the receptacle for actual contamination and lead to the permanent removal of beach surface.
While it is known to vibrate the screen belt of a generic beach care and cleaning vehicle by means of a vibrator to effect a more reliable separation of contaminants from the uncontaminated sand, the results achieved by such a vibrator are but still in need of improvement. It gets too much sand in spite of shaking device in the receptacle.
The object of the invention is therefore to improve a generic beach care and cleaning vehicle to the effect that this reliably separates the sand against impurities especially in wet or wet sand and at high working depths and promotes him after taking him back to the beach.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the conveying and separating device has an arranged between the pickup and the wire crusher, which is designed to break up sand lumps of the recorded surface and / or sand to separate from impurities, the crusher for this purpose at least two driven in the same direction rotating profiled shafts having a parallel axis of rotation, wherein the shafts are arranged and driven so that impurities are conveyed along their upper side to the screen belt.
A generic beach care and cleaning vehicle can be equipped with its own drive to be self-sufficient. However, it may also be designed as a trailer, which is attached to a tractor, such as a tractor. The screen belt provided in a beach care and cleaning vehicle according to the invention is a flexible, flat belt which is guided over at least two rollers arranged at the two opposite ends of the belt and which circulates in order to convey the contaminants in the direction of the receiving container and thereby to deposit the sand through holes provided in the sieve belt, which then directly or indirectly falls back to the beach. The rolls mentioned can be designed to produce a vibrating effect, for example as eccentric rolls. The pickup of a beach care and cleaning vehicle according to the invention is formed in the simplest case as penetrating and angled lifting surface into the ground of the beach. The transducer may additionally have a driven conveyor, for example in the form of a conveyor wheel or a conveyor shaft with spring steel tines.
The particular feature according to the invention lies in the fact that the shredder, which is designed to break up sand lumps of the recorded substrate, is arranged between the pick-up and the sieve belt. This shredder is self-propelled and exerts mechanical forces on the surface lifted by the transducer, which are sufficiently high to break up sand lumps of wet or damp sand. The crusher can be designed in such a way that it itself already allows the cleaned sand to be deposited back onto the beach and thus additionally fulfills a screening function. However, it can also be designed such that the substrate pre-machined by the shredder is supplied in its entirety to the screen belt and that separation of the cleaned substrate from the contaminants takes place only on the screen belt. Preferably, the vehicle is open both in the area of the crusher and in the region of the screen belt on its underside, so that the cleaned ground can immediately fall back onto the beach again.
The mechanical loading of the substrate is carried out according to the invention via a crusher with at least two rotatably driven and profiled shafts with mutually parallel axes of rotation. These waves over simultaneously or preferably successively a mechanical application of force of the pre-machined substrate.
In this case, under a profiled shaft is considered a wave deviating from the cylindrical shape waveform. Such a profiled shaft preferably has varying diameters in the axial direction and / or a varying shaping over the circumference, in particular with star-like extensions. The shafts may be formed in one piece or consist of several separate components, in particular of a fundamental shaft with deferred star wheels. The star wheels may preferably be made of plastic, in particular of polyurethane or polyamide, or of steel, in particular cast steel or wear steel. It is particularly advantageous if the particularly loaded the first shaft facing the transducer is formed with star wheels made of metal, in particular steel, while at least one subsequent and in operation to a lesser extent loaded shaft is made of plastic.
The two shafts are two profiled shafts driven in the same direction, the shafts being arranged and driven in such a way that impurities are conveyed along their upper side to the sieve belt. As a result of this design, the mechanical application of force to the substrate to be cleaned is brought about, in particular, by the fact that the various waves successively bring about mechanical impacts on the substrate previously lifted off the sensor and to be cleaned, thereby causing comminution. Preferably, four or more waves arranged one behind the other are used.
It is particularly preferred if the profiled shafts have radially extended extensions, the extensions being adjacent Shafts in the axial direction of the shafts are arranged offset to one another and are arranged overlapping in a conveying direction orthogonal to the axial direction. Such an arrangement, which can already be found in so-called star screens in the prior art, enables a particularly advantageous mechanical loading of the conveyed substrate while ensuring that no large impurities can reach the ground between the waves.
Preferably, several extensions are provided distributed over the circumference, which lead to an approximately star-like cross section of the shaft in the region of the extensions. In the axial direction of the shaft, areas with such extensions alternate with slimmed-off shaft areas, which form recesses into which the star-shaped extensions of adjacent shafts can engage.
In order to be able to respond particularly well to different background textures, it is preferably provided that the waves are adjustable with respect to their Rotationsachsenbeabstandung. This makes it possible to use the same shredder in different configurations both for pure fine-grained sand and for beaches where there are also smaller stones in the sand which should not get into the receiving container of the beach care and cleaning vehicle. For example, different configurations may be such that in a first configuration only fine-grained sand gets back onto the beach, while in other configurations stones with a diameter of a few millimeters to for example 20 mm can reach the beach through the waves.
For this purpose, it can also be provided that the rotational speed of the shafts is flexibly adjustable, for example between 150 rpm and 500 rpm.
