Description

Sie sind unter dem Gesichtspunkt des Umweltschutzes äußerst bedenklich, da sie laut sind und zum Betrieb einen hohen Energiebedarf erfordern; auch ist bei der Zerkleinerung der Kunststoffstreifen eine hohe Staubentwicklung festzustellen. Derartiger Staub kann nicht verarbeitet werden, sondern muß als nichtverwertbarer Abfall behandelt werden und belastet somit die Mülldeponien. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Nachteil besteht darin, daß mit einer derartigen Schneidmühle keine vorher bestimmbare einheitliche Größe der Schaumstoffstücke, seien es Stäbchen oder Würfel, erzeugt werden kann. Die Achse 11, die durch den Motor 15 angetrieben wird, ist von der Achse 9 in einem Langloch 16 längsverschieblich gehalten, so daß der Abstand zwischen den beiden Achsen 10 und 11 veränderbar ist.
