Description

The invention relates to a drum screening machine with at least one rotating screen drum, an inlet funnel, a drive and at least one collecting or removal device for the removal of the screened material.

Drum screening machines are known. They are used for example in processing and sorting plants for the separation of materials of different sizes or grain size. Overall, they offer a wide range of applications, for example in the screening and classification of compost, in the processing of residual waste, for landfill dismantling, screening of bark mulch, shredded material, waste wood cut, pruning, tree waste, construction waste, slags, gravel, soils or the like.

In the previously known Trommelsiebanlagen it is to be assessed as a disadvantage that is defined as sieved Good only determined by the size of the openings in the sieve drum Good in its grain size. The sieved material, which is conveyed in the transport direction of the material to be screened at the end of the screen drum from this, has on average even larger amounts of Überkom, so that this Good are sieved again or must be given in total again in a crushing plant to it to get in a certain defined grain size.

For example, the materials leaving the screening drum at the end have grains that can be assigned to about 90 percent of a certain defined size. However, about 10 percent of this good as an oversize grain to, so that a repeated sieving or supplying the entire good of this faction in a crushing plant is necessary. This problem also occurs when stone meshes at the inlet funnel prevent the occurrence of certain sizes. This results in higher labor costs and energy, which can also cause the known Trommelsiebmaschinen be used only in the pre-sorting or only be used in the screening of such good, in which the previously described deviations in grain size are negligible percentage.

In particular, this problem occurs, for example, in trees shredded by means of roller shredders or shredders from deforestation, waste wood, railway sleepers or the like. But also in the residual waste utilization this problem is relevant.

From the publication US 2002/0056668 is a Trommelsiebmaschine according to the preamble of claim 1 is known. The solution presented therein is characterized by increased plant engineering effort and a considerable length.

Based on the above-known prior art, it is an object of the invention to provide a trommel screen available, which no longer has the disadvantages described above.

The object of the invention is achieved by a drum screening machine comprising at least one rotating screen drum at least one drive for the screen drum, an inlet funnel, at least one screen screen and at least one collecting or removal device for collecting or removal of the screened material, which is characterized in that the disc screen is arranged on the inlet funnel of the drum screen, the disc screen screens off a defined grain, in particular an oversize grain. By arranging a disc screen on the inlet funnel of Trommelsiebmaschine the emerging from the screen drum at the end of the drum Good is determined as sieved Good in a defined grain size. The passage width of the Scheibensiebes defined in sufficient accuracy now the largest grain size of the material to be mixed.

In a trommel screen automatically receives another, as defined to be considered, sieved fraction that exits at the end of the sieve drum out of this. The passage of the oversize grain is no longer permitted by the disc screen, as is still the case, for example, in the previously known stones. The invention then provides a tumbler which allows additional defined fractionation of blended material. It is irrelevant whether one, two, or three defined fractions have been provided by the respective drum screen. In each case, an additional fraction, which has been made available to date, has been reached. The technical and procedural costs are reduced and energy saved. In particular, by the arrangement of the disc screen directly on the inlet funnel of Trommelsiebmaschine this advantage is particularly given. Characterized in that the disc screen is arranged on the inlet funnel of Trommelsiebmaschine, the advantage of the invention will be particularly apparent as described above. With a simple but effective technical measure to obtain a drum screen with significantly improved performance characteristics.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a trommel screen, as described above, which is characterized in that the disc screen is designed to fold away or wegschwenkbar. This maintenance and cleaning work is not insignificantly facilitated. For example, blockages in the processing of residual waste can be eliminated very easily after swinging away the screen screen.

According to the invention it has also been found that it is advantageous if the drum screen is characterized by a common drive for the screen drum and the disc screen. The machine or plant technical effort is further reduced. The drive for a screen drum is usually dimensioned so that a disk screen can certainly be driven by means of the drive of the screen drum. In the event that the drive is not sufficiently dimensioned so that it can drive both modules, the use of a larger-sized drive is usually cheaper than the use of two separate drives.

It is furthermore advantageous if at least the drive for the sieve drum of the drum screening machine is designed as a direct drive, preferably as a direct drive by means of a pinion. This saves expenses for transmissions. The speed control is easily controllable on modern drives on this itself.

A development of the invention is characterized in that the disk screen is adapted in size to the size of the inlet funnel. This means that partial adjustments or covers in the filling area are no longer necessary.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the disc screen is arranged in a direction of transport in the direction of the sieve drum sloping angle (α) on the inlet funnel. As a result, the extraction or removal of the excess and in particular its removal is favored. In the same way, this ensures that all grain sizes of the material to be screened through the screen are then passed through the disk screen into the screen drum.

As a further advantage, it has been found according to a development of the trommel screen according to the invention, if at least one adjusting device is provided, by means of which the angle (α) of the disc screen with respect to the inlet funnel is variable. Thus, the angle can be slightly varied according to the respective goods to be screened, whereby a further increased universality of Trommelsiebmaschine is achieved.

The drum screening machine according to the invention is also distinguished by the fact that a conveying device, for example a conveyor belt or a chute, is provided for the removal of the defined excess. Thus, the removal is greatly facilitated. For example, the Überkom of the conveyor belt or the chute, if necessary, then be passed through another conveyor belt again in a crushing plant, before it is then again but crushed again the Trommelsiebmaschine supplied.

It is also advantageous if the conveyor is designed in several parts, in particular angled or wegschwenkbar. Especially in mobile systems, this is a measure that facilitates the transport of the machine.

A further advantage of the drum screening machine according to the invention is specified according to a development in that the conveying direction of the conveying device for the Überkom transported away is opposite to the conveying direction of the screened material. The fractionation of the mixed material is thereby positively influenced.

According to the invention it has also been found that it is advantageous if the conveyor is arranged with respect to the conveying direction of the goods to be screened in front of the inlet funnel. The advantages concerning the transport of such a machine occur here in the same way as described above.

According to a further development of the trommel screen, as described above, it is provided that the screen screen is exchangeable or detachable, so that at least one stone mesh, vibrating screen or the like can be arranged instead of the screen screen. This offers the advantage that the machine can be used in a known manner, if according to the formation of the screenings the use of a screen screen is not required.

It is provided according to a further aspect of the solution that the stone mesh or the vibrating screen is also formed foldable or wegschwenkbar. This also makes it easier to achieve maintenance or the elimination of disturbances.

The object of the invention is also achieved by a disk screen, in particular for a drum screen as described above, consisting of at least two driven, provided with discs waves, the discs on the different waves offset or comb-like interdigitated to each other, which is characterized in that the shafts are exchangeable. The interchangeability of the shafts allows the use of different waves on or on a pulley screen. That's it Also given that different shaft diameters, different disc diameters, different disc spacings on the shaft on a single body of a disc screen are possible. Worn waves are easy to change. Also, the conversion for different tasks is now very easy. By providing differently equipped waves a universal use is given.

An advantageous development of the disk screen described above therefore provides that the number, the size and the distance of the disks from one another to the waves are variable.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a disk screen, which is characterized in that at least one of the discs is designed as a deviating from the circular polygon.

It is further contemplated that the discs are interchangeable, in particular aufsteck- or pushed pushed on the shaft according to a development of the previously described Scheibensiebes. This allows worn discs to be changed very easily. Also discs of different shape and size can be positioned on a shaft.

A further variant of the disc screen according to the invention, as described above, is characterized in that spacers are provided which can be pushed or pushed onto the shaft between the discs and which are held on the shaft by means of a tensioning device. This makes exchanges even more efficient.

It is also advantageous to provide at least one of the discs with at least one nub. The arrangement of nubs leads to a further improvement of the sieving result. In particular, prevents long pieces can pass through the sieve, which are dimensioned, for example, in dimensions so that they could reach edgewise through the sieve. Overall, compliance with a given grain size is even better ensured.

Advantageously, the nub is attached to the circumference of the discs.

It has been found that it is advantageous if the discs have a plurality of holes arranged on the circumference, in each of which a knob is releasably firmly fastened or attachable.

According to the concept of the invention, to ensure highest universality of the trommel screen, it is further provided that the knobs are variable in their number, size and shape, in particular changeable or interchangeable.

The knobs have, for example, a rectangular, square, round or oval cross-section. The shape of the pimples, as mentioned above, is by no means to be understood as limiting. It depends on the respective screening task.

The invention also relates to a trommel screen having a screen screen as previously described.

The invention also provides a treatment plant with at least one drum screening machine as described above and / or at least one disc screen as described above.

The invention will be further described below with reference to embodiments and drawings.

The Fig. 1 shows a section through an embodiment of a drum screen according to the invention. The reference numeral 1 denotes the Trommelsiebmaschine as a whole. On the left side of the illustration, the screen drum 2 is arranged. The arrow with the reference symbol A inside the screen drum 2 designates the transport direction of the material to be screened within the screen drum. At the end of the screen drum 2 is below a first collecting and removal device 6/1 for the off or sieved Good, which passes through the openings of the screen drum 2 in an unspecified collection space. About a conveyor belt as part of the collection and removal device 6/1, the sieved Good transported away from the Trommelsiebmaschine.

At the end of the screening drum 2, a further collecting and removal device 6/2 is arranged. During the sieving process, this is lowered or folded down so that the goods guided backwards within the screening drum 2 can exit there and can also be transported away by means of the device, for example a conveyor belt. The sieved Good, which is discharged in the transport direction A of the goods to be screened at the end of the screen drum 2, has according to the prior art, on average, even larger amounts of oversize, so that this Good be screened again or once again in a total Crushing plant must be given in order to obtain it in a certain defined grain size.

'This problem is solved according to the invention by the arrangement of an additional Scheibensiebes 5 on or before the Trommelsiebmaschine 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the disk screen 5 is arranged on the inlet funnel 4. The discs screen 5 is arranged in a respect to the transport direction sloping angle α on the inlet funnel 4. The angle α is different in accordance with the respective Siebaufgabe or adjustable. '

The material to be screened is first passed, according to the invention, over the disc screen 5, from which the granulation determined by the setting of the disc screen 5 passes into the inlet funnel 4 and then into the screening drum 2. The sieve drum 2 has openings which may be defined, for example, according to the undersize for the screenings. This undersize is then collected by the collection and removal device 6/1 and transported away. The now determined by the setting of the Scheibensiebes 5 and the size of the openings of the screen drum 2 reaches the end of the screen drum 2 and then exits there from this on the collection and removal device 6/2.

The oversize, which does not pass through the screen drum, is conveyed by the screen screen 5 on a conveyor 6/3, which promotes in a conveying direction B, which is opposite to the conveying direction A of the goods to be screened in the screening drum 2. The conveyor 6/3 is in the illustration according to the Fig. 1 shown in an angled position for the transport of the drum screen 1.

Thus, with a drum screening machine 1 according to the embodiment described above, two defined fractions of the mixed material for immediate use or further processing and the oversize, which is optionally again supply a crushing device.
Reference numeral 3 denotes the drive which is used both for driving the screen drum 2 and for driving the screen screen 5.

The Fig. 2a and 2b show an embodiment of a Scheibensiebes 5 according to the invention. In this case, several shafts 7 are arranged one behind the other in the conveying direction C. The located in the conveying direction C second shaft 7 is provided with a square which is connected to the drive, for example via a transmission. The individual shafts 7 are coupled with each other, so that the drive can take place via a single shaft 7. On the shafts 7 discs 8 are arranged. These can both fixed, for example, welded, and releasably fixed on the shaft 7, for example by means of a clamping device arranged be. The size of the discs 8, their number and their distance from each other can be varied according to the particular Siebaufgabe. Therefore, it is advantageous if the shafts 7 are formed exchangeable or exchangeable. The discs' 8 are mounted on the various shafts 7 so that the discs 8 are arranged offset or comb-like intermeshing. The distance of the discs 8 with each other, or the resulting spaces between the discs 8 define the grain size or the largest dimension of the material to be screened.

The Fig. 3a shows a side view through an embodiment of a shaft 7 for a pulley 5. The reference numeral 7 denotes the shaft. On the shaft 7 spacers 11 and discs 8 are arranged alternately. The shaft 7 is fixed by means of a bearing body 13 on or on the base frame or base body (not shown in the figure) of the disc screen 5. The bearing body has openings which are provided for fastening the shaft, for example by means of screws on the base body or base frame. An unspecified clamping device holds the discs 8 and the spacers 11 on the shaft. 7

In the FIG. 3b is the front view of the illustration after the Fig. 3a , Here holes 10 are designated to serve the recording or attachment of nubs 9. The holes 10 are arranged on the circumference of the disc 8.

In the Fig. 4a and 4b an embodiment of a nub 9 is shown. In the nub 9 while a recess 12 or recess is provided, in which there may be an unillustrated fastener. The reference numeral 15 denotes the bore through which the fastening means, not shown, is guided when the knob 9 is connected through the bore 10 with the disc 8.
