Definitions

  • the invention relates to an awning, in particular failure awning, with a winding shaft receiving housing containing two connected by a housing shell, provided with bearings for the winding shaft side parts, on each of which a Einitatikonsole is attached, which can be suspended and secured to an associated mounting plate, for example DE 20 2007 017 761 U1 is known.
  • this object is achieved in that the mounting plates on its side opposite the hanging side have an undercut edge strip and that the Ein psychologykonsolen each carry at least one pivotally mounted, having a locking tooth having snap lever, the associated by an associated spring with its locking tooth behind the undercut edge bar Mounting plate can be latched.
  • the awning can be secured secured by the inventive design of the mounting plates and by the provision of snap levers before screwing the Einitatikonsolen with the mounting plates.
  • the Einitatikonsole is first hung on one side of the mounting plate and then pivoted to the opposite side to the mounting plate, the snap lever can engage with the ratchet behind an associated, undercut edge of the mounting plate to the awning in position on a wall or To keep the ceiling secured. After that can advantageously screwed by means of screws Ein proficiencykonsole with the mounting plate and thus continue to be optimally secured.
  • the snap lever is designed as a two-armed lever having at one end the locking tooth and at the opposite end a system for the associated spring and which is pivotable by means of a handle approach against the action of the spring.
  • the spring can be advantageously designed as a leg spring, resulting in a compact design with relatively strong spring force.
  • the Einitatikonsole has at least one provided next to the snap lever stationary support jaw, which is fixed by at least one associated screw on the undercut skirt of the mounting plate.
  • the stationary jaw next to the snap lever allows a reliable clamping of the Einitatikonsole with the associated mounting plate by means of a stationary jaw cross-bolt.
  • a clamping screw can be provided, which is screwed into an associated threaded bore of the support jaw and can be brought with its front end for engagement with the edge strip.
  • the mounting plate has two mutually opposite, undercut edge strips, one of which is associated with a suspension claw and the other the snap lever of the associated Einitatikonsole.
  • the suspension claw can thus be suspended in an undercut edge strip, wherein the snap lever can be latched behind the other undercut edge strip.
  • the main field of application of the present invention are awnings, in particular failure awnings, for roofing terraces or similar outdoor platforms.
  • the awnings usually connect to a building wall or a building ceiling.
  • the FIG. 1 shows a mounted on a building wall 2 awning 1 in the partially extended state.
  • the awning 1 has an existing metal or plastic housing 3, which is provided with a, across their width, in bearings rotatably mounted, not shown winding shaft.

  • the awning 1 furthermore has a support tube (not shown) between the two side parts 5, on which articulated arms 10, which are preferably running away from the building wall 2 with a gradient, are mounted.
  • the articulated arms 10 are centrally provided with a hinge 11 with a vertical axis and provided at its end facing away from the building with another joint 12 and hereby articulated to a failure tube 13.
  • Above the articulated arms 11 is the awning fabric 4, which is attached on the one hand to the winding shaft and on the other hand on the failure tube 13.
  • the Ein yogakonsole 9 is attached directly to the side part 5.
  • the suspension bracket 9 may be formed as the side part 5 adapted in its shape, having a sufficient thickness plate, which may be made of metal or plastic and with suitable Recesses for adjustable recording of the associated side part is provided.
  • the suspension bracket 9 is laterally covered by laterally projecting projections 14 of the side part 5, which protects against contamination and ensures an aesthetic appearance.
  • the suspension console 9 is designed such that it can be suspended from the mounting plate 7 at least on one side.
  • the mounting plate 7 has for fixing the Ein knowledgekonsole 9 two parallel to the winding shaft of the awning 1, opposing undercut edge strips 15.
  • the Ein psychologykonsole 9 has for hooking on the mounting plate 7 a suspension claw 16 which engages the hanging operation with its front portion behind the designated undercut edge strip 15 of the mounting plate 7 to set the Ein psychologykonsole 9 in this section on the mounting plate 7.
  • the support jaws 17 are fixed by at least one associated screw 18 on the undercut edge strip 15.
  • the screw 18 may be formed as a clamping screw which is screwed into an associated threaded bore 19 of the support jaw 17.
  • the screw 18 can be brought to its front end for engagement with the associated undercut skirt 15, as in FIG. 4 is shown.
  • the undercut edge strip 15 has a groove 20 into which the front end of the screw 18 engages. In this way, a sufficient assurance of the support jaws 17 and thus the Einitatikonsole 9 are made possible on the mounting plate 7.
  • the Einberichtkonsole 9 has a pivotally mounted snap lever 21 which in the associated undercut edge strip 15 of the mounting plate 7 can be latched.
  • the snap lever 21 is flanked by the two stationary support jaws 17, as in FIG FIG. 2 is shown.
  • the snap lever 21 has a latching tooth 22, which, as from FIG. 4 can be seen, in the locked state of the snap lever 21 behind the undercut edge strip 15 engages.
  • the one inclined, the undercut defining surface 23 facing surface 24 of the ratchet tooth 22 is in the assembled state according to FIG. 4 on this inclined surface 23 of the undercut skirt 15 then.
  • the snap lever 21 is associated with a spring 25 which is integrated in the Einticiankonsole 9 and the automatic engagement of the locking tooth 22 behind the undercut edge strip 15 allows.
  • the spring 25 is designed as a leg spring, the leg 21a associated with the snap lever 21 rests at least partially flat against a contact surface 26 of the snap lever 21.
  • the spring 25 has a second leg 25b which abuts against a contact surface 27 of the suspension console 9 which faces the latter.
  • the snap lever 21 also has a stop surface 28 which bears flat against a, this opposite counter-stop 29 of the Einitatikonsole 9 to hold the snap lever 21 against the spring action in position.
  • the contact surface 26 and the abutment surface 28 of the snap lever 21 are located at one, the latching tooth 22 opposite end of the two-armed snap lever 21, as in the Figures 3 . 4 and 5 shown.
  • FIG. 5 show the mounting of the Ein knowledgekonsole 9 on the mounting plate 7, wherein the FIG. 5 dismantling the Ein von suprakonsole 9 represents from the mounting plate.
  • the position according to FIG. 5 also arises when swinging between the states according to FIG. 3 and 4 ,
  • FIG. 4 shows as the first as the hanging of the suspension claw 16 of the Einberichtkonsole 9 behind one of the two undercut edge strips 15 of the mounting plate 7 is made.
  • the two, in FIG. 1 shown mounting plates 7 by means of the screw 8 so on the attached building wall 2 attached that the undercut edge strips 15 are in plan view respectively top and bottom. Due to the symmetry of the mounting plates 7 need not be paid to the correct assignment of the edge strips 15 to the top or bottom edge during assembly.
  • the awning 1 is raised with its two provided laterally in the side panels 5 Ein proficiencykonsolen 9 on the upper undercut edge strips 15 of the mounting plates 7 and hung the Ein cognitiveklauen 16 behind the undercut edge strips 15, so that the Ein cognitivekonsolen 9 connected on one side with the mounting plates 7 are.
  • the awning 1 is subsequently pivoted in the direction of the mounting plates 7 until the stationary support jaws 17 bear against the outer surfaces of the two associated undercut edge strips 15, as in FIG FIG. 4 it can be seen, for reasons of clarity, only a support jaw 17 is shown, which is also still behind the snap lever 21.
  • the two snap-action lever 21 By creating the support jaws 17 on these outer surfaces simultaneously snap the two snap-action lever 21 by means of their locking teeth 22 behind the designated undercut edge strips 15 of the mounting plates 7.
  • the locking teeth 22 associated surfaces 24 to the corresponding surfaces 23 of undercut edge strips 15, the abutment surfaces 26 on the corresponding legs 25a of the springs 25 and the abutment surfaces 28 on the counter-stops 29 at.

  • the awning 1 is fixed to the building wall 2, so that further supporting the awning 1 by a person for the subsequent secure connection of the Einschkonsolen 9 with the mounting plates 7 is not necessary.
  • the person installing the awning 1 can therefore move freely to receive the screws 18 and to screw them into the threaded bores 19 of the support jaws 17 and bring them into engagement with the edge strips 15, as shown FIG. 4 is apparent.
  • FIG. 5 shows this process.
  • the screws 18 are partially unscrewed from the threaded holes 19 of the support jaws 17.
  • the snap lever 21 must be brought out of engagement with the undercut edge strips 15.
  • the two snap levers 21 each have a handle extension 30 so that the release of the locking teeth from the undercuts of the edge strips 15 can be done easily and quickly.
  • the handle extension 30 is thereby actuated by hand and pressed so far against the spring force of the spring 25 upwards or backwards, that the locking tooth 22 is disengaged from the undercut edge strip 15.
  • the snap lever 21 is thus pivotally mounted against the turn of the spring 25.
  • an upper in the snapped state of the snap lever 21 is not guided on the leg 25a of the spring 25 adjacent section 31 along the leg 25a in the direction of mounting plate 7 against the spring force simultaneously, whereby the spring force of the spring 25 can be overcome in the simplest way.
  • the awning 1 is raised accordingly, so that the two Ein mentalklauen 16 of the Ein aptitudekonsolen 9 also come out of engagement with the associated undercut edge strips 15 and the awning 1 is completely removable from the building wall 2.
  • FIGS. 6 and 7 show an alternative attachment of the awning 1 to a building.
  • the awning 1 is not like the FIGS. 1 to 5 attached to a vertical building wall 2 but on a horizontal building ceiling 200.
  • the mounting plates 7 are thus not fastened to a building wall, but to the building ceiling 200 by means of the screw 8.
  • the other components correspond to the components of the awning 1 according to the FIGS. 1 to 5 and therefore have the same reference numerals.
  • the Eintician 900 is here compared to the above embodiment in its mounting plate 7 facing portion pivoted by approximately 90 ° trained, like that FIGS. 6 and 7 in comparison to the FIGS. 3 to 5 demonstrate. It also has the Einticianklaue 16, the stationary support jaws 17 and the snap lever 21.
