Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Hausgeräte, insbesondere Backöfen, die eine anschließbare Befestigungsvorrichtung aufweisen, welche durch die Herstellung einer Verbindung mit der Wand ein Umkippen und/oder eine Veränderung ihrer Position in einer vom Anwender unkontrollierten Weise verhindert.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Wie bekannt ist, werden auf diesem technischen Gebiet verschiedenartig aufgebaute Produkte verwendet, um die Standfestigkeit von Hausgeräten zu erreichen. Um Hausgeräte an der Wand zu befestigen, werden zum Beispiel Schrauben und ähnliche Verbindungsvorrichtungen und feste Verbindungsteile ohne Bewegungsfreiheit verwendet, von denen ein Ende an der Wand und das andere Ende an der Rückseite des Hausgerätes befestigt wird. Jedoch ist die Montage/Demontage dieser Art von Befestigungsprodukten mit großen Schwierigkeiten verbunden, und es ist beispielsweise in dem Fall, wenn das Hausgerät und seine Umgebung gereinigt werden soll, nicht möglich, das Objekt von seiner Stelle zu verrücken.
  • Aus der Druckschrift US 2009/001246 A1 ist eine anti-Kipp-Halterung für einen Backofen bekannt. Diese anti-Kipp-Halterung wird um ein Bein des Backofens angeordnet.
  • Um das Kippen eines Standgerätes zu verhindern, schlägt die Druckschrift US 2005/051 697 A1 eine Halterung vor, welche mittels Nägeln und Schrauben einerseits am Gehäuse des Standgerätes und andererseits an der Wand befestigt ist.
  • Eine Halterung für einen tragbaren Ölerhitzer ist aus der Druckschrift GB 989 288 A bekannt. Diese Halterung weist einen Schließarm auf, dessen jeweilige Enden in zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen rechtwinklig gebogen sind. Somit erstreckt sich in Gebrauchsstellung der Halterung ein Ende vertikal nach unten und das andere Ende vertikal nach oben. Das nach unten abgewinkelte Ende ist mittels eines Montageblechs derart an einer Wand befestigbar, dass der Schließarm in horizontaler Richtung, nämlich um die Längsachse des nach unten abgewinkelten Endes, schwenkbar ist. Das Gehäuse des tragbaren Ölerhitzers hat einen sich parallel zu Rückwand erstreckenden Flansch. Dieser Flansch bildet gemeinsam mit der Gehäuserückwand eine zum Boden des Ölerhitzers hin offene Aufnehmung, in welcher das hakenartig nach oben abgewinkelte Ende des Schließarms anordbar ist. Das hakenartig nach oben abgewinkelte Ende des Schließarms verhindert ein Umkippen des Ölerhitzers, wenn es in der Aufnehmung des Gehäuses angeordnet ist. Der Ölerhitzer kann durch ein senkrechtes Anheben des Ölerhitzers aus der Halterung entnommen werden. Befestigungsvorrichtungen für Hausgeräte, wie sie in der vorliegenden Entwicklung vorgestellt werden, und welche insbesondere für die Verwendung in Wohnungen konstruiert sind, gewährleisten zum Einen eine praktische Aufstellung und sichere Verbindung und bieten ebenso eine Anwendung, bei der, wenn dies gewollt ist, die vorübergehende oder dauerhafte Entfernung auf einfache Weise erfolgen kann.
    • Aufgaben der Erfindung
  • Eine der Aufgaben der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine schließende Befestigungsvorrichtung für Hausgeräte vorzusehen, deren Verwendung einfach ist, und die nur unter der Kontrolle des Anwenders außer Funktion gebracht werden kann.
  • Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Hausgeräte vorzusehen, die eine hohe Sicherheit und die Eigenschaft der Wiedereinsetzbarkeit aufweist.
  • Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Hausgeräte vorzusehen, die an die Wand montiert werden kann, und deren Produktionskosten gering sind.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Erfindung
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung ist offenbart im unabhängigen Anspruch 1. Ein bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist im abhängigen Anspruch 2 dargelegt.
  • Mindestens ein Montageblech, das an der in der Erfindung genannten Wand befestigt werden kann, weist für die Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse einen Schließerarm mit mindestens einem Schließerhaken auf sowie ein Verbindungselement, das das beschriebene Montageblech und den Schließerarm miteinander verbindet und deren Bewegung in verbundenem Zustand gewährleistet.
  • Das Verbindungselement ist ein Drehgelenk.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist das Montageblech für die Montage der Befestigungsvorrichtung an der Wand mindestens eine Montagebohrung auf.

    Genaue Beschreibung der Erfindung
  • Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine schließende Befestigungsvorrichtung vorgestellt, mit der ein Hausgerät (20), insbesondere das Gehäuse (7) eines Backofens (30), durch Befestigen an der Wand montiert und zwischen der Wand (8) und diesem Hausgerät (20) und seinem Gehäuse (7) eine Verbindung hergestellt wird, die nur auf Wunsch des Anwenders gelöst werden kann.
  • Figur 2 zeigt zusammen mit einer Wand (8) und einem Gehäuse eines Hausgeräts (20) für die Verbindungsherstellung zwischen diesen (7 und 8) eine an der Wand (8) montierte Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) und eine an der Rückseite des Gehäuses (7) montierte Schließeraufnahme (6) für die Verbindungsherstellung mit dieser Befestigungsvorrichtung (9). Wie in der Zeichnung zu sehen ist, wird der Befestigungsvorgang ausgeführt, indem eine im Aufbau der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) und im Aufbau des Schließerarms (3) befindliche Klaue oder ein klauenförmiger Clip eines Schließerhakens (11) mit ausragender Form in eine Schließeraufnahme (6) mit aufnehmender Gegenform eingehakt wird.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9), die in Figur 3 in montiertem Zustand und in Figur 4 in demontiertem Zustand gezeigt wird, besteht aus den drei als Montageblech (1), Verbindungselement (2) und Schließerarm (3) bezeichneten Hauptteilen. Das Verbindungselement (2) der Erfindung ist in der Art eines Drehbewegungen ausführenden Lagerelements ausgeführt. Das Verbindungselement (2) ist in den beigefügten Zeichnungen in der Art eines Stifts ausgeführt, der das Montageblech (1) und den Schließerarm (3) miteinander in Verbindung bringt und in verbundenem Zustand ihre Bewegung gewährleistet. Das Montageblech (1) und der Schließerarm (3) werden, bevor die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) an die Wand (8) montiert wird, mit Hilfe des Stifts (2) in der Weise zusammengefügt, dass sie sich nachher nicht wieder voneinander lösen können. Das Montageblech (1), das Teil des Aufbaus der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) ist, welche in Figur 5 in montiertem Zustand in der Draufsicht und in Figur 6 in der Seitenansicht gezeigt wird, weist bevorzugt eine "L"-förmige Bauform mit zwei konkreten Flächen auf. Bei der Erfindung kann eine Befestigungsvorrichtung hergestellt werden, die ein Montageblech (1) in "I"-, "T"- und verschiedenen anderen Formen aufweist. Einem der Arme des Montageblechs (1) in "L"-ähnlicher Form entspricht die Fläche, die an der Wand (8) befestigt wird, und auf dieser Fläche befinden sich eine oder mehrere Montagebohrungen (5). Die andere Fläche des Montageblechs (1) ist diejenige, die mit Hilfe eines auszuwählenden Verbindungselements, wie dem Stift oder Drehgelenk, mit dem Schließerarm (3) verbunden wird. Der Schließerarm (3) kann auf dem Montageblech (1) kreisförmige Drehbewegungen ausführen.
  • Figur 7 zeigt die Seitenansicht der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) in dem Aufbauzustand, in dem die Schließfunktion ausgeführt ist. Hier befindet sich eine Bohrung (12), in das das Verbindungselement (2), das den Schließerarm (3) und das Montageblech (1) miteinander verbindet, eingesetzt wird, und das auf dem Schließerarm (3) bevorzugt an dem vom Schließerhaken (11) entfernten Ende liegt. Infolgedessen neigt der Schwerpunkt dazu, sich solange im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen, bis der Schließerarm (3), der sich zwischen dieser Bohrung (12) und dem Schließerhaken (11) befindet, die senkrechte Position erreicht. Jedoch ist das erste Begrenzerteil (4) in der Weise auf dem Montageblech (1) angebracht, dass es diese Bewegung des Schließerarms (3) nur teilweise ermöglicht. Und in ähnlicher Weise schränkt das auf dem Montageblech (1) befindliche zweite Begrenzerteil (10) die Bewegung des Hakens (11) in entgegengesetzter Richtung ein. Figur 8 zeigt die Begrenzungsposition dieser Bewegung.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform befindet sich das Verbindungselement, das das Montageblech und den Schließerarm miteinander in Verbindung bringt, und ihre Bewegung in verbundenem Zustand gewährleistet, dauerhaft unter einer Federlast, was jedoch nicht ein Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung ist. Gemäß einem weiteren Beispiel, das nicht ein Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, wird zwischen das Montageblech (1) und den Schließerarm (3) eine geeignete Feder (in den Figuren nicht gezeigt) eingefügt. Die Feder belastet den Schließerhaken (11), indem sie auf ihn in entgegengesetztem Uhrzeigersinn Kraft ausübt, und schiebt den Schließerhaken (11), wenn die Kraft aufgehoben wird, so weit im Uhrzeigersinn, wie es das erste Begrenzerteil (4) erlaubt.
  • Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist der Aufbau der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) in folgender Weise: das Montageblech (1) und der Schließerarm (3) werden mit Hilfe eines Verbindungselements (2) in der Form eines Drehgelenks miteinander verbunden. Danach wird die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) in der Weise an die Wand (8) montiert, dass sich der Schließerhaken (11) auf gleicher Höhe mit der Schließeraufnahme (6) befindet. Figur 6 zeigt die Position der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) in diesem Zustand. Wenn das Gehäuse (7), auf dessen Rückseite sich die Schließeraufnahme (6) befindet, in Richtung Wand (8) geschoben wird, bewegt sich der Schließerarm (3), der sich auf der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) befindet, durch die von der Schließeraufnahme ausgeübte Kraft so weit in entgegengesetztem Uhrzeigersinn, bis er vom zweiten Begrenzerteil (10) aufgehalten wird. Figur 7 zeigt die Position der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) in diesem Zustand. Die Schließeraufnahme (6) passiert aufgrund der Kraft, die in Richtung Wand und Gehäuse (7) ausgeübt wird, das Ende des Schließerhakens (11), und die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) nimmt von Neuem die in Figur 6 gezeigte Position ein. In diesem Zustand ist die Position des Gehäuses (7) fest und die Möglichkeit des Umkippens vollständig aufgehoben. Wenn der Anwender das zuvor befestigte Gehäuse (7) von der Stelle bewegen will, kann er die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) auf einfache Weise außer Funktion setzen, indem er mit Hilfe eines Stabes den Schließerarm (3) und infolgedessen den Schließerhaken (11) hochhebt, und den Haken (11) aus der Schließeraufnahme (6) befreit.
  • Das Hausgerät (20) mit Gehäuse (7) kann ein Backofen (30), ein Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine oder eine Spülmaschine sein. Um ein Beispiel zu geben, kann angeführt werden, dass aufgrund des Gewichts eines schweren Gegenstands, der auf den vorderen Teil eines Backofens gestellt wird, dieser dazu neigen wird, nach vorne umzukippen. Claims (2)

  1. Hausgerät (20), insbesondere ein Backofen (30), mit einem Gehäuse (7) und einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (9), welche mit einer Seite mit einer Wand (8) und mit der anderen Seite mit dem Gehäuse (7) verbunden ist, um das Umkippen des Gehäuses (7) zu verhindern, wobei
    - die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) mindestens ein Montageblech (1) aufweist, das an die Wand (8) befestigt werden kann, und
    - wobei das Hausgerät (20) eine an der Rückseite des Gehäuses (7) montierte Schließeraufnahme (6) für die Verbindungsherstellung mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) aufweist, wobei
    - die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) einen Schließerarm (3) für eine Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse (7) aufweist,
    - die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) ein Verbindungselement (2) aufweist, das das Montageblech (1) und den Schließerarm (3) miteinander in Verbindung bringt und deren Bewegung in verbundenem Zustand gewährleistet, wobei das Verbindungselement (2) ein Drehgelenk ist, das in eine auf dem Schließerarm (3) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) angeordnete Bohrung (12) eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Schließerarm (3) mindestens einen Schließerhaken (11) für die Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse (7) aufweist,
    - mindestens ein erstes Begrenzerteil (4) vorhanden ist, das die im Uhrzeigersinn stattfindende Drehbewegung des Schließerarms (3) auf eine vorbestimmte Position begrenzt und
    - mindestens ein zweites Begrenzerteil (10) vorhanden ist, das die Drehung des Schließerarms (3) in entgegengesetztem Uhrzeigersinn begrenzt.
  2. Hausgerät (20) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf dem Montageblech (1) für die Montage der Befestigungsvorrichtung (9) an der Wand (8) mindestens eine Montagebohrung (5) aufweist.
