Claims (5)

  1. Pappschale für Nahrungsmittel, die mit einem Öffnungsrand (8) in Form eines flachen Rings und Abschnitten (4') mit Falten ausgestattet ist, wobei verstärkende, nicht gefaltete Kehlen (6, 9) an dem Rand befestigt vorhanden sind, die seine Form wiedergeben, aus derselben Pappe wie der Behälter hergestellt sind und aus Ansätzen des Rands gebildet sind, die einen einzigen Körper mit der Pappe des Behälters entlang Teilabschnitten (8') der Außenkante des Rands ausbilden, die von Falten frei sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kehlen (6', 9) die gefalteten Abschnitte des Öffnungsrands zumindest teilweise abdecken.
  2. Pappschale für Nahrungsmittel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kehlen auf dem Rand entlang der Teilabschnitte (8') der Außenkante des Rands nach hinten gebogen erscheinen.
  3. Fertigungsverfahren für eine Pappschale (7) für Nahrungsmittel mit einer vorgegebenen Form und mit einem verstärkten Öffnungsrand (8), der die Form eines flachen Rings aufweist, und Abschnitten (4') mit Falten ausgestattet, umfassend die folgenden Phasen:
    - Erhalten einer anfänglichen Bahn aus einer Pappe durch Abstanzen, die gemäß einer Kontur (3) geschnitten ist, welche zum Erhalten der Pappschale (7) mit einer vorgegebenen Form durch Tiefziehen und thermische Verformung geeignet ist;
    - Falten der Abschnitte (4) der anfänglichen Bahn, die für einen anschließenden Tiefziehprozess bestimmt sind;
    - geeignetes Tiefziehen und thermisches Verformen der gefalteten anfänglichen Bahn zum Versehen der Schale mit der vorgegebenen Form,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass
    - Abschnitte (5) der Außenkontur der anfänglichen Bahn, die nicht zum Falten bestimmt sind, wie Ansätze (6; 9) in der Form von Streifen mit einer Breite, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Breite des Rands (8) der Behälteröffnung ist, ausgebildet werden, wobei die Ansätze dazu geeignet sind, durch Biegen an dem Rand (8) am Ende der Tiefzieh- und thermischen Verformungsphasen überdeckt zu werden, sodass sie die gefalteten Abschnitte des Öffnungsrands zumindest teilweise abdecken;
    - nachdem die anfängliche Bahn (2) den Falt-, Tiefzieh- und thermischen Verformungsphasen unterzogen wurde, die Ansätze (6; 9) entlang Linien (8'), die zur Außenkontur des Rands (8) gehören, zurück gebogen werden, bis sie den Rand überlagern, an den sie schließlich geschweißt werden.
  4. Fertigungsverfahren für eine Pappschale nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Abstanzen der anfänglichen Bahn (2) außerdem einen Einschnitt der Bahn in Teilabschnitten entlang der Linien (8') vorsieht, entlang derer die Ansätze in einer anschließenden Phase zurück gebogen werden.
  5. Fertigungsverfahren für eine Pappschale nach Anspruch 3, wobei das abschließende Schweißen der Ansätze (6; 9) an dem Rand (8) des napfartigen Behälters durch Kleben oder thermisches Schweißen erfolgt.
