Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Warmformwerkzeugs (1) und ein Warmformwerkzeug (1) zur Warmformung von Blechbauteilen (2) mit mindestens einem gekühlten Ober- und einem Unterwerkzeug (3, 4). Das Ober- bzw. das Unterwerkzeug (3, 4) weist dabei einen Grundkörper (6) auf, der mit einem Formbelag (7) ausgebildet ist. Der Grundkörper (6) besteht vorzugsweise aus einer Aluminiumlegierung, der Formbelag (7) vorzugsweise aus einem Werkzeugstahl. Der Formbelag (7) ist vorzugsweise als Verschleißschutzblech (9) oder Flammspritzschicht (18) auf den Grundkörper (6) aufgebracht und ermöglicht durch eine möglichst geringe Dicke einen besonders guten Wärmeübergang (W) von dem Blechbauteil (2) in das Ober- bzw. Unterwerkzeug (3, 4). Um die Kapazität der Wärmeabfuhr zu erhöhen, ist der jeweilige Grundkörper (6) des Ober- bzw. Unterwerkzeugs (3, 4) mit Kühlkanälen (5) versehen. Die Kühlkanäle (5) dienen der Strömungslenkung eines Wärme abführenden Fluids.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoforming tool (1) and a thermoforming tool (1) for thermoforming of sheet metal components (2) with at least one cooled upper and one lower tool (3, 4). The upper and the lower tool (3, 4) in this case has a base body (6), which is formed with a mold covering (7). The main body (6) is preferably made of an aluminum alloy, the mold surface (7) preferably made of a tool steel. The mold covering (7) is preferably applied as wear protection plate (9) or flame sprayed layer (18) on the base body (6) and allows by a very small thickness a particularly good heat transfer (W) of the sheet metal component (2) in the upper or Lower tool (3, 4). In order to increase the capacity of the heat dissipation, the respective base body (6) of the upper and lower tool (3, 4) with cooling channels (5) is provided. The cooling channels (5) serve for the flow guidance of a heat dissipating fluid.
