Claims (17)

  1. A tank container for the dispensing of fuel, consisting of
    - a lockable standard steel container,
    - a single-walled or multi-walled storage tank (1), which is mounted within the steel container,
    - a separating wall (20) that is tightly welded to the two lateral outside walls and the floor plate of the steel container but open towards the top, the height of which is selected so that it forms a collection room (4) for 100% of the storage tank content with the inner walls of the steel container, wherein the storage tank (1) is located within this collection room (4),
    - a fuel pump (5) that is mounted on a plinth in the collection room (4),
    - a lockable operating region (23) that is located outside the collection room (4) but still within the steel container,
    - safety and remote monitoring devices, which guarantee a permanent remote monitoring of the filling and dispensing quantities and of the proper tightness of the device.
  2. The tank container according to Claim 1, wherein a probe of an oil-water warning device in the collection room (4) monitors the storage tank (1) for leakage and upon occurrence of a leakage automatically interrupts the refilling and refuelling with the help of a switching-off function.
  3. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein on the floor of the operating region a collection room (8) covered with a grille is installed, in which at least one probe of an oil-water warning device is installed.
  4. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein both for the filling as well as for the refuelling double-walled hoses (3, and 19 respectively) are installed, which are equipped with a warning system, wherein a monitoring circuit automatically switches off the filling or refuelling operation when the warning system detects a leak in a double-walled hose (3, and 19 respectively).
  5. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a filling level measuring device measures the filling level of the storage tank (1) and displays said filling level on a display in the operating region (23).
  6. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a limit value pickup monitors the filling of the storage tank (1), and as soon as the storage tank (1) has been filled to a predefined volume, an associated limit value pickup circuit stops the filling operation automatically.
  7. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein on the filling hose (3) for the storage tank (1) a tear-off coupling (2) is mounted.
  8. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein on the filling line (21) a ball cock and a non-return valve are installed.
  9. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a limit value pickup circuit in the fuel pump (5) automatically interrupts the refuelling operation when the tank to be refuelled has been adequately filled.
  10. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a dead man's circuit allows the refuelling operation only for as long as a dead man's push button (15) attached to the pump hose (19) is pressed.
  11. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein between nozzle valve and double-walled pump hose (19) a tear-off coupling (24) is installed.
  12. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, with a self-blocking nozzle valve or a filled-hose dry coupling.
  13. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a fault reporting module receives and processes the messages of the safety and monitoring devices.
  14. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein an automatic fuelling device (6) captures the fuelling data and releases the fuel pump only for authorised customers.
  15. The tank container according to Claim 14, wherein a transponder reading device in the automatic fuelling device (6) checks if a transponder is present that has an identification that authorises the release of the fuel pump.
  16. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein a data remote transmission transmits the messages of the fault reporting module, the operating status and the filling and dispensing quantities determined by the filling probe to a central monitoring station.
  17. The tank container according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein collection troughs (9) for binding drip quantities are installed at the interface vehicle tank - nozzle valve.
