Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbrennungsanlage mit einem System für einen sicheren Betrieb eines Massenstromsensors in der Verbrennungsanlage mit einer Gaszuführung, einer Luftzuführung, einem Ventilator mit Elektromotor, einem Brenner und einem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zum sicheren Betrieb einer Verbrennungsanlage, die eine Gaszuführung, eine Luftzuführung, einen Ventilator mit Elektromotor, einen Brenner, einen Feuerungsautomat zur Steuerung oder Regelung des Betriebs und einen Massenstromsensor zur Messung des Luftmassenstroms aufweist.
- Der Einsatz von Massenstromsensoren im Bereich von Verbrennungsanlagen ist aus dem Stand der Technik, beispielsweise aus der
DE 10 2004 055 715 oderDE 10 2004 055 716 , bekannt. Hierbei werden Luftmassenstromsensoren in einem elektronischen Verbund bzw. einem System mit konstantem Lambda für vormischende Gasheizgeräte eingesetzt, bei denen das brennbare Gas-Luftgemisch vor dem Ventilator erzeugt und durch den Ventilator gefördert wird. Die Massenstromsensoren sind für die oben genannten System sicherheitsrelevant und müssen deshalb in einem definierten sicheren Zustand gehalten werden. Die Sicherheit richtet sich nach dem Auftreten von Fehlzustandsbedingungen und wird in Klassen gemäß der Norm ENV 14459:2002 eingeteilt. Massenstromsensoren bei Gasheizgeräten haben hierbei die Klasse C einzuhalten. - Prinzipiell kann die Sicherheit von Sensoren durch eine redundante Ausführung erreicht werden. Dabei ist nachteilig, dass mindestens zwei Sensoren für eine Messgröße vorgesehen sind, wodurch insbesondere im Bereich von Großserienproduktionen erhebliche Kosten entstehen. Es ist deshalb ökonomischer, nur einen Sensor vorzusehen und die notwendige Sicherheit mittels einer Überwachung des Sensors zu gewährleisten.
- Allgemeine Verfahren zur Regelung von Heizgeräten mit Konsequenzen beim Ausfall des Luftmassensensors sind in der
DE 101 59 033 a1 und derEP 0 724 122 A1 offenbart. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Systemarchitektur für eine kostenoptimierte Anbindung eines sicheren Massenstromsensors an einen Feuerungsautomaten zu schaffen.
- Die Aufgabe wird durch ein System und ein Verfahren mit den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 und 12 gelöst.
- Die Verbrennungsanlage mit dem System gemäß der Erfindung für einen sicheren Betrieb eines Massenstromsensors in der Verbrennungsanlage, in der der mindestens eine Massenstromsensor mindestens einen auch zur Sicherheitskommunikation dienenden Mikroprozessor aufweist, der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor mit dem mindestens einen Mikroprozessor des Massenstromsensors kommuniziert, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherhetiskommunikation sicherheitsrelevante Abfragen des Massenstromsensors umfasst, um den Massenstromsensor abzusichern, wobei die sicherheitsrelevanten Abtragen regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend durch eine Übermittlung von sicherheitsrelevanten Signalen erfolgen.
- Der Mikroprozessor des Massenstromsensors ist gemäß dem Anspruch 1 "auch" zur Sicherheitskommunikation vorgesehen. Das bedeutet, dass der Mikroprozessor neben seinen in diesem Technikbereich bekannten Aufgaben (Messen des Massenstroms und Kommunizieren des gemessenen Wertes einer Steuer- bzw. Regeleinrichtung) zusätzlich eine Sicherheitskommunikation erledigt, um den Massenstromsensor abzusichern.
- Vorzugsweise, jedoch nicht darauf beschränkt, ist der Massenstromsensor der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Luftmassenstromsensor, der zur Erfassung der der Verbrennungsanlage zugeführten Luftmasse dient. In einem vorteilhaften Aspekt der Erfindung kann der Massenstromsensor einen Mikroprozessor zur Berechnung der Luftmasse aufweisen, der ebenfalls mit dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor kommunizieren kann.
- Ebenfalls ist vorteilhaft, dass das erfindungsgemäße System eine Verbindung zu einem Feuerungsautomaten aufweisen kann. Dabei kann der Feuerungsautomat einen Mikroprozessor enthalten, der in einer möglichen Ausführung gleichzeitig dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor entspricht. Günstig ist es ferner, wenn bei einer alternativen Ausführung der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor in unmittelbarer Nähe des Luftmassenstromsensors angeordnet ist, wobei eine besonders vorteilhafte Lösung das Vorsehen des Kommunikationsmikroprozessors am Ventilator, insbesondere am Motor des Ventilators darstellt. In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung kann der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor ferner einen Sicherheitskernel aufweisen, mittels dem die sicherheitsrelevante Kommunikation gewährleistet wird.
- Bezüglich des Aufbaus ist eine bei der Erfindung mögliche Ausführung, dass der Luftmassenstromsensor mit dem Ventilator und dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor als Baueinheit ausgebildet ist, die mit dem Feuerungsautomaten über eine digitale Schnittstelle verbunden sein kann. Die digitale Schnittstelle dient hierbei der sicherheitsrelevanten Sicherheitskommunikation zwischen der Baueinheit aus Luftmassenstromsensor, Ventilator und Kommunikationsmikroprozessor und dem Feuerungsautomaten.
- Ein weiterer vorteilhafter Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, dass der Ventilator mindestens einen Mikroprozessor, beispielsweise einen Regler mit Mikroprozessor, aufweisen kann, der den Antriebsmotor des Ventilators kommutiert.
- Ebenfalls günstig ist, dass der mindestens eine Mikroprozessor des mindestens einen Luftmassenstromsensors und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor eine digitale Verbindung aufweisen können.
- In einer alternativen Ausführung kann der mindestens eine Luftmassenstromsensor mit dem Ventilator und dem den Kommunikationsmikroprozessor umfassenden Feuerungsautomaten als Baueinheit ausgebildet sein.
- Die sicherheitsrelevante Sicherheitskommunikation über die digitale Schnittstelle umfasst die Übermittlung sicherheitsrelevanter Signale, die regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder dauernd als Abfragen erfolgen. Abfragen umfassen beispielsweise Plausibilitätsprüfungen, die z.B. als Rechenaufgaben wie ein Vergleich von Speicherinhalten oder dergleichen ausgeführt werden können.
- Ferner ist durch die Erfindung ein Verfahren bereitgestellt, mit dem ein sicherer Betrieb einer Verbrennungsanlage, insbesondere eines Gasbrenners, mit einer Gaszuführung, einer Luftzuführung, einem Ventilator mit Elektromotor, einem Brenner und einem Feuerungsautomaten zur Steuerung oder Regelung des Betriebs, wobei zumindest in der Luftzuführung mindestens ein Massenstromsensor zur Messung des Luftmassenstroms angeordnet ist, gewährleistet ist. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Luftmassenstromsensor zusätzlich zu dem Luftmassenstromsignal auf Abfragesignale hin oder laufend sicherheitsrelevante Signale liefert. , wobei die Abfragesignale von einem Kommunikationsprozessor ausgegeben werden und die Sicherheitssignale von dem Kommunikationsprozessor verarbeitet werden, wobei der Kommunikationsprozessor in dem Feuerungsautomaten integriert ist und der Kommunikationsprozessor am Motor des Ventilators angeordnet ist, wobei die Abfragen regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend durch eine Übermittlung von sicherheitsrelevanten Signalen erfolgen und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor einen Sicherheitskernel aufweist, und wobei der mindestens eine Mikroprozessor des mindestens einen Luftmassenstromsensors und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor eine digitale Verbindung aufweisen.
- Ferner gelten für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren die oben dargelegten vorteilhaften Ausführungen bezüglich der Systemarchitektur voll umfänglich.
- Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung werden nachstehend gemeinsam mit der Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung anhand der Figuren näher dargestellt. Die Darstellung in den beigefügten Figuren erfolgt beispielhaft und schematisch. Ferner sind nur die für das Verständnis der Erfindung wesentlichen Elemente dargestellt.

- In
Fig. 1a ist das System für einen sicheren Betrieb eines Massenstromsensors in einer Verbrennungsanlage nach einer ersten Ausführung der Erfindung gezeigt. Der vorzugsweise als Luftmassenstromsensor ausgebildete Massenstromsensor bildet mit dem Ventilator, der über einen Elektromotor betrieben wird, und dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor eine Baueinheit, die über eine digitale Schnittstelle mit einem separat angeordneten Feuerungsautomaten verbindbar ist. Baueinheit im Sinne der Erfindung meint unterschiedliche Komponenten, die auch nur mit Kabeln verbunden sein können. Der Luftmassenstromsensor umfasst einen zur Sicherheitskommunikation dienenden Mikroprozessor µPSensor, der mit einem zur Baueinheit gehörenden Kommunikationsmikroprozessor µPKommunikation kommunizieren kann. Ferner dient der Mikroprozessor µPSensor des Luftmassenstromsensors zur Erfassung und zur Berechnung des aktuellen Luftmassenstroms. Der erfasste Wert wird über eine Steuerungs- bzw. Regelungskommunikation an den Mikroprozessor des Ventilators µPRegler übermittelt, um über die Kommutierung die Drehzahl des Ventilators anzusteuern oder einzuregeln. In der gezeigten Ausführung ist der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor in unmittelbarer Nähe des Luftmassenstromsensors angeordnet., es ist jedoch auch möglich, diesen direkt am Ventilator, insbesondere am Motor des Ventilators anzuordnen (sieheFig. 2 ). Der Ventilator weist neben dem Mikroprozessor µPRegler eine Kommutierung auf, die selbst optional auch mit einem eigenen Mikroprozessor ausgestattet werden kann. Der Mikroprozessor µPRegler steht mit dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor µPkommunikation in Verbindung, wobei durch den Mikroprozessor µPRegler und die Kommutierung der Antriebsmotor des Ventilators kommutiert wird. Der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor µPKommunikation beinhaltet einen Sicherheitskernel, um sowohl die sicherheitsrelevante Kommunikation mit dem Feuerungsautomaten darzustellen als auch durch bestimmte regelmäßige Abfragen (Sicherheitskommunikation) die Sicherheit des Luftmassenstromsensors zu gewährleisten. Für den sicheren Betrieb des Luftmassenstromsensors ist vorgesehen, dass der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor µPKommunikation mit dem Mikroprozessor des Luftmassenstromsensors µPSensor über eine digitale Schnittstelle so kommuniziert, dass sicherheitsrelevante Abfragen an den Massenstromsensor überliefert werden, um somit eine sichere Instanz des Massenstromsensors zu gewährleisten, ohne diesen redundant vorsehen zu müssen. Die sicherheitsrelevanten Abfragen erfolgen erfindungsgemäß regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend und umfassen die Übermittlung sicherheitsrelevanter Signale, wobei beispielsweise Testaufgaben, Plausibilitätsprüfungen oder andere in der Technik bekannte Überprüfungen der Funktionsweise des Massenstromsensors durchzuführen sind. - Der separat zu der Baueinheit angeordnete Feuerungsautomat ist sicher und umfasst einen Mikroprozessor µPFA, der über die digitale Schnittstelle mit der Baueinheit kommuniziert. Der Feuerungsautomat entspricht dem Bereich der sicherheitsrelevanten Verarbeitung der von dem Luftmassenstromsensor und Ventilator gelieferten Signale. Somit ist eine Kommunikation des Kommunikationsmikroprozessors µPKommunikation sowohl zwischen dem Mikroprozessor des Massenstromsensors µPSensor als auch dem Mikroprozessor des Feuerungsautomaten µPFA vorgesehen. Durch das Vorsehen eines zusätzlichen Kommunikationsmikroprozessors wird der Massenstromsensor mittels Sicherheitskommunikation abgesichert.
- In
Fig. 1b ist ein zweite Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Systems nachFig. 1 a dargestellt, wobei der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor direkt am Ventilator und der Massenstromsensor zumindest in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ventilators angeordnet ist. Durch das Vorsehen eines Kommunikationsmikroprozessors wird der Massenstromsensor und der Ventilator mittels Sicherheitskommunikation abgesichert. - In
Fig. 2 ist eine Ausführung der Erfindung dargestellt, bei der der Luftmassenstromsensor mit dem Ventilator und dem Feuerungsautomaten als Baueinheit ausgebildet sind. Die Baueinheit bildet eine Abgrenzung der Sicherheitsrelevanz des Massenstromsignals die auch den Feuerungsautomaten umfasst. Der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor µPKommunikation ist hierbei in dem Feuerungsautomaten integriert, so dass ein bei der Ausführung gemäßFig. 1a und1b benötigter zusätzlicher Mikroprozessor eingespart werden kann. Die sicherheitsrelevante Kommunikation findet innerhalb der Baueinheit statt. Der Sicherheitskernel des Kommunikationsmikroprozessors µPKommunikation übermittelt wie bei der Ausführung gemäßFig. 1 a und 1 b regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend Abfragen in Form von sicherheitsrelevanten Signalen an den Mikroprozessor des Luftmassenstromsensors µPSensor. Auch bei einer solchen Ausführung kann der Ventilator einen Mikroprozessor µPRegler sowie eine Kommutierung mit optionalem eigenen Mikroprozessor aufweisen, mittels derer die Kommutierung des Ventilators geregelt und somit die für das Gasheizgerät benötigte Luftmasse eingestellt wird. - Die Ausführungen gemäß
Fig. 1 a und 1 b des Systems für einen sicheren Betrieb des Massenstromsensors sind für Verbrennungsanlagen vorgesehen, bei denen der Feuerungsautomat als separates Bauteil, beispielsweise von unterschiedlichen Herstellern, vorliegt, wobei das System für einen sicheren Betrieb gemäß der Erfindung einbindbar ist. Somit können beliebige, über einen Mikroprozessor verfügende Feuerungsautomaten mit einer Baueinheit gemäßFig. 1 a und 1 b zur Schaffung eines sicheren Massenstromsensors nachgerüstet werden. Die inFig. 2 dargestellte Ausführung der Erfindung ist eine ganzheitliche Lösung, bei der das System bzw. die Baueinheit Massenstromsensor, Ventilator und Feuerungsautomat aus einer Hand bereitgestellt werden kann, wobei auf einen zusätzlichen Kommunikationsmikroprozessor in direkter Umgebung des Luftmassenstromsensors oder am Ventilator verzichtet werden kann, da der Mikroprozessor des Feuerungsautomaten die Aufgabe zusätzlich übernehmen kann, was wiederum Geld spart.
Claims (12)
- Verbrennungsanlage mit einem System für einen sicheren Betrieb mindestens eines Massenstromsensors in der Verbrennungsanlage, mit einer Gaszuführung, einer Luftzuführung, einem Ventilator mit Elektromotor, einem Brenner und einem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor,- wobei der mindestens eine Massenstromsensor mindestens einen zur Sicherheitskommunikation dienenden Mikroprozessor aufweist,- der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor mit dem mindestens einen Mikroprozessor des mindestens einen Massenstromsensors kommuniziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Sicherheitskommunikation sicherheitsrelevante Abfragen des mindestens einen Massenstromsensors umfasst, um den mindestens einen Massenstromsensor abzusichern, wobei die sicherheitsrelevanten Abfragen regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend durch eine Übermittlung von sicherheitsrelevanten Signalen erfolgen.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Massenstromsensor als Luftmassenstromsensor ausgebildet ist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mikroprozessor zur Berechnung der Luftmasse dient.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbrennungsanlage mit einem Feuerungsautomaten vorgeschen ist und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor in dem Feuerungsautomaten integriert ist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor in unmittelbarer Nähe des Luftmassenstromsensors angeordnet ist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach der Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor am Ventilator, insbesondere am Motor des Ventilators angeordnet ist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor einen Sicherheitskernel aufweist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Luftmassenstromsensor mit dem Ventilator und dem Kommunikationsmikroprozessor als Baueinheit ausgebildet ist.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilator mindestens einen Regler mit Mikroprozessor aufweist, der den Antriebsmotor des Ventilators kommutiert.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach einem der varigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Mikroprozessor des mindestens einen Luftmassenstromsensors und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor eine digitale Verbindung aufweisen.
- Verbrennungsanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Luftmassenstromsensor mit dem Ventilator und dem den Kommunikationsmikroprozessor umfassenden Feuerungsautomaten als Baueinheit ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum sicheren Betrieb einer Verbrennungsanlage, insbesondere eines Gasbrenners, mit einer Gaszuführung, einer Luftzuführung, einem Ventilator mit Elektromotor, einem Brenner und einem Feuerungsautomat zur Steuerung oder Regelung des Betriebs, wobei zumindest in der Luftzuführung mindestens ein Massenstromsensor zur Messung des Luftmassenstroms angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftmassenstromsensor zusätzlich zu dem Luftmassenstromsignal auf Abfragesignale hin sicherheitsrelevante Signale liefert, wobei die Abfragesignale von einem Kommunikationsprozessor ausgegeben werden und die Sicherheitssignale von dem Kommunikationsprozessor verarbeitet werden, wobei der Kommunikationsprozessor in dem Feuerungsautomaten integriert ist und der Kommunikationsprozessor am Motor des Ventilators angeordnet ist, wobei die Abfragen regelmäßig in definierten Zeitabständen oder laufend durch eine Übermittlung von sicherheitsrelevanten Signalen erfolgen und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor einen Sicherheitskernel aufweist, und wobei der mindestens eine Mikroprozessor des mindestens einen Luftmassenstromsensors und der Kommunikationsmikroprozessor eine digitale Verbindung aufweisen.
