Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Compaktierungsaggregat für ein Streckwerk zum Verziehen von Stapelfasern, wobei das Streckwerk Eingangs-, Mittel- und Ausgangswalzenpaare aufweist, die jeweils durch Unterwalzen und Oberwalzen gebildet werden, und die von den Unterwalzen reibschlüssig antreibbaren Oberwalzen in einem schwenkbar gelagerten Pendelträger angeordnet sind, an dem begrenzt drehbar das Compaktierungsaggregat festgelegt ist, das mit Klemmwalzen ausgestattet ist und über ein mechanisches Verdichtungselement mit Führungsansätzen verfügt, wobei die Führungsansätze (14, 16) so ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass sich während des Schließens des Streckwerkes (1) zwischen den Führungsansätzen (14, 16) und einer Ausgangsunterwalze (4u) ein erster Berührungspunkt (17) ergibt, der in Faserlaufrichtung (F) gesehen, hinter einer ersten gedachten Verbindungslinie (18) liegt, die sich beim Aufsetzen der Führungsansätze (14, 16) auf die Ausgangsunterwalze (4u) zwischen der Mittellängsachse (20) einer Ausgangsoberwalze (4o) und der Mittellängsachse (19) der Ausgangsunterwalze (4u) erstreckt und dass das Compaktierungsaggregat (10) während des Schließens des Streckwerkes (1) mit einem in Rotationsrichtung der Ausgangsoberwalze (4o) wirksamen Drehmoment (M) beaufschlagt und schonend in eine Betriebsstellung (II) geschwenkt wird.
