Claims (8)
- Element zum Schutz des menschlichen Körpers gegen Kugeln und/oder Stiche, insbesondere in Form eines Kleidungsstücks, zum Beispiel einer kugelsicheren Weste, bestehend aus einem Stapel von Schichten aus Aramidgewebe, wobei der Stapel von Schichten aus Aramidgewebe eine erste Schicht (1) umfasst, oder einen ersten Unterstapel von ersten Schichten, und einen zweiten Unterstapel von zweiten Schichten, wobei jede zweite Schicht durch eine verbundene Reihe von Verstärkungsfäden verstärkt ist, wobei jeder Faden (3) der mit einer zweiten Schicht verbundenen Reihe von Fäden abwechselnd von der einen Seite der zweiten Schicht zu der anderen Seite der zweiten Schicht verläuft, ohne weder durch die andere oder eine andere zweite Schicht, noch durch eine erste Schicht hindurchzugehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterstapel von zweiten Schichten zwischen der ersten Schicht oder dem Unterstapel von ersten Schichten und der nach außen weisenden Seite des Schutzelements angeordnet ist.
- Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterstapel von zweiten Schichten sich ganz außen im Stapel von Schichten befindet.
- Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Unterstapel zwischen 3 und 5 zweiten Schichten vorgesehen sind.
- Element nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im ersten Unterstapel zwischen 10 und 15 erste Schichten umfasst.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeder zweiten Schicht die Fäden der verbundenen Reihe von Verstärkungsfäden parallel zueinander verlaufen, und vor allem in vertikaler Richtung, so wie sie vorgegeben ist, wenn das Element getragen wird.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewicht einer ersten Schicht zwischen 100 und 400 g/m2 umfasst, vor allem zwischen 200 und 300 g/m2, zum Beispiel ist es gleich ungefähr 232 g/m2.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede zweite Schicht ein Gewicht zwischen 300 und 700 g/m2 hat, vor allem zwischen 400 und 600 g/m2, zum Beispiel gleich 500 g/m2.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsfäden aus PES sind und vorzugsweise einen Titer zwischen 60 und 150 dtex, vor allem zwischen 80 und 130, zum Beispiel 110, haben.
