Claims (9)

  1. Espagnolette fitting (3) for a window, French door or the like having a casement (2) being pivotable in a frame (1), wherein the casement (2) is latchable in the frame (1) in a locking position, the casement (2) is rotatable by the frame (1) in a rotating position around a vertical axis of rotation (5) and in a tilted position tiltable around a horizontal tilting axis (4) and wherein the casement (2) is moveable into a gap ventilation position in which the casement (2) is distant from the frame (1) by a gap's length, with a drive equipment (11) for driving a longitudinally shiftable espagnolette (10), with locking pins (17 - 20) arranged on the espagnolette (10) and with several locking plates (13 - 16), arranged distributed over the frame (1), for receiving said locking pins (17 - 20) in the provided positions,
    with an opening (23, 33), respectively, in the locking plates (13 - 16) for moving the respective locking pin (17 - 20) in and out and with two stopping edges (21, 22, 31, 32) of the locking plates (13 - 16) for engaging behind the respective locking pin (17 - 20) in different positions of the espagnolette (10), wherein in at least one of the locking plates (13, 14) a slider (24, 34) is shiftably arranged parallel to the direction of movement of the locking pin (17, 18) in the position of the casement (2) being in the frame (1), characterized in that the slider (24) has a stopping edge (25, 35), which blocks or unblocks, depending on a switching sequence of the drive equipment (11), the opening (23, 33) in the locking plate (13, 14) so that the espagnolette fitting has two switching positions in the position, in which the locking pin (17, 18) arranged on the espagnolette (10) is at the opening (23, 33) in the locking plate (13, 14).
  2. Espagnolette fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the slider (24, 34) has two control edges (27, 28, 37, 38) arranged orthogonally to the stopping edge (25, 35) and extending into the range of movement of the locking pin (17, 18), and an opening (26, 36), for inserting the locking pin (17, 18), between one of the control edges (27, 28, 37, 38) and the stopping edge (25, 35).
  3. Espagnolette fitting according to claim 2, characterized in that the distance of the control edges (27, 28, 37, 38) corresponds to the lost motion of the locking pin (17, 18) between two neighboring positions.
  4. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the gap ventilation position is arranged in the one end position and the locking position in the other end position of the espagnolette (10) and in that the tilted position and the rotating position are arranged on the same center position of the espagnolette (10).
  5. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stopping edges (21, 22, 31, 32) of the locking plate (13, 14) are offset to one another and in that the opening (23, 33) is arranged in the locking plate (13, 14) between the stopping edges (21, 22, 31, 32).
  6. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stopping edges (21, 22, 31, 32) of the locking plate (13, 14) engage behind a radial enlargement (29, 39) arranged on the free end of the locking pin (17, 18).
  7. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking plate (13) having the slider (24) is arranged on a hinge arm (7) retaining the casement (2) in the tilted position.
  8. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a second locking plate (14), having the slider (34), is arranged on a side of the frame (11) having the tilting axis (4).
  9. Espagnolette fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking plates (15, 16) on the side of the frame (1) having the axis of rotation (5) of the rotating position and/or on the side of the frame (1) opposite the axis of rotation (5) are built identical to the second locking plate (14), however, without slider.
