Claims (10)

  1. Revêtement antiadhésif pour une surface d'un substrat, qui contient au moins un polymère fluoré comme matière synthétique antiadhésive, caractérisé par une structure stratifiée hiérarchique appliquée sur un support microstructuré ayant une rugosité de 2 à 50 µm Ra, comportant au moins une première couche microstructurée avec des microélévations dans la plage de 2 à 50 µm, qui contient ledit au moins un polymère fluoré ainsi qu'une addition de 5 à 30 % en poids de particules organiques ou inorganiques de SiC, Al2SO3, polyamides et/ou PPSO2, et au moins une deuxième couche submicrostructurée, recouvrant celle-ci, dont les élévations sont plus petites que les élévations de la première couche microstructurée.
  2. Revêtement antiadhésif selon la revendication 1, avec un angle de contact avec l'eau CA >= 150°, en particulier en liaison avec une hystérésis de l'angle de contact avec l'eau CAH <= 8° et/ou un angle d'écoulement <= 10°.
  3. Revêtement antiadhésif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, présentant une force de pelage d'un ruban adhésif qui tend vers 0.
  4. Procédé pour produire un revêtement antiadhésif, selon lequel au moins une première couche microstructurée avec des microélévations dans la plage de 2 à 50 µm est appliquée sur un support microstructuré ayant une rugosité de 2 à 50 µm Ra, et une couche submicrostructurée dont les élévations sont plus petites que les élévations de la première couche microstructurée est appliquée sur la première couche, ladite au moins une première couche étant appliquée en appliquant une poudre contenant au moins un polymère fluoré ayant une grosseur de grains dans la plage de 500 nm à 30 µm, qui contient un mélange de SiC, Al2SO3, polyamides et/ou PPSO2 dans une proportion de 5 à 30 % en poids, et en chauffant la poudre de façon à ce qu'elle fonde partiellement sur le support, mais que les grains de poudre conservent sensiblement leur forme, et une deuxième couche sous la forme d'un polymère fluoré finement dispersé ayant une grosseur de grains de 90 à 300 nm étant appliquée sur la première couche, et le revêtement étant chauffé de façon à ce que les particules de la deuxième couche commencent seulement à fondre, de sorte qu'elles se lient à la couche sous-jacente mais conservent sensiblement leur forme.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le support microstructuré est produit par application d'une couche microstructurée sur une surface macrostructurée.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que pour produire la surface macrostructurée, la surface du substrat est sablée.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que pour produire la surface macrostructurée, une couche macrostructurée est appliquée sur le substrat, en particulier par projection à la flamme d'un fil métallique ou d'une poudre métallique, en particulier d'un fil de chrome/nickel ou d'une poudre de chrome/nickel à l'état fondu.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le support microstructuré est produit par application de céramiques d'oxydes, en particulier de TiO2 et/ou Al2O3, sur la surface macrostructurée, de préférence par projection thermique.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le polymère fluoré finement dispersé contient une addition de barbes (ou whiskers), en particulier de barbes de titanate de potassium, de préférence dans une proportion de 10 à 40 % en poids.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'application de la structure stratifiée, une couche de primaire, dont l'épaisseur ne dépasse pas 5 µm, en particulier 1 µm, est appliquée sur le support microstructuré.
