Abstract
Revestimiento antiadherente para una superficie de un sustrato, que contiene al menos un fluoropolímero como material sintético antiadhesivo, caracterizado por una estructura estratificada jerárquica aplicada sobre un soporte microestructurado que tiene una rugosidad de 2 a 50 μm Ra, con al menos una primera capa microestructurada con microelevaciones en el intervalo de 2 a 50 μm, que contiene el al menos un fluoropolímero, así como un suplemento de 5 a 30% en peso de partículas orgánicas y/o inorgánicas de SiC, Al2SO3, poliamidas y/o PPSO2, y al menos una segunda capa submicroestructurada superpuesta a esta, cuyas elevaciones son más pequeñas que las elevaciones de la primera capa microestructurada.

La superficie producida (véanse la Figura 4 (ampliada 250 veces) y la Figura 4a (ampliada 1.000 veces)) tiene microestructuras con un diámetro del orden de 30 micrómetros, que están a una distancia entre sí en torno a 50 -100 µm y cuya altura es aproximadamente 20 -70 µm. El revestimiento submicrométrico superpuesto tiene estructuras, que están orientadas por las fibras. El diámetro de las fibras es aproximadamente 300 -500 nm, y su longitud aproximadamente 1 -5 µm. El ángulo de contacto con agua del revestimiento así producido es de 175°, y el ángulo de escurrimiento 0°. Los valores característicos de rugosidad de esta estructura superficial son particularmente elevados. Ra se sitúa en aproximadamente 8 µm, Rz = 50 µm y Rmax es igual a 61 µm; RSk = -0,18 y RKu es 3.
En todas las mediciones de ángulo de contacto con agua, ángulo de rodadura e histéresis se realizaron mediciones triples. Para ello, sobre una placa revestida se eligieron tres puntos distribuidos de manera regular.
Para medir el ángulo de contacto se utilizaron gotas de agua con un volumen de 10 µl. Se evaluó con ayuda de un programa informático una toma fotográfica de la gota sobre la superficie. El cálculo del ángulo de contacto se realiza por el método denominado de tangente 1 (o también método de Laplace).
Para determinar el ángulo de rodadura, se dispuso en la placa revestida una gota de agua de 60 µl de volumen. Se inclinó la placa, o todo el aparato, hasta que la gota comenzó a rodar. Este ángulo es el ángulo de rodadura.
Para determinar la histéresis, se dispuso en la placa de ensayo una gota de agua de 60 µl de volumen. Se inclinó la placa hasta un poco menos del ángulo de rodadura. De este modo se forman dos ángulos de contacto distintos. Uno dirigido hacia la pendiente, el otro hacia el lado opuesto. Los ángulos de contacto se determinaron de la manera descrita más arriba, pero para el cálculo se utilizó el procedimiento de tangente 2.
Para determinar los ángulos de contacto con agua, el ángulo de rodadura y la histéresis se utilizó el sistema de análisis de perfil de gota DSA 100 y el software para análisis del perfil de gota "Drop Shape Analysis 3" para Windows 2000/XP versión 1.50, ambos de la empresa Krüss, de Hamburgo, Alemania.
La estructura superficial representada en la Figura 4b se generó en lo esencial del mismo modo que la estructura superficial representada en las Figuras 4 y 4a, con la única diferencia de que a la dispersión de fluoropolímero se añadieron en igual cantidad nanotubos de carbono, en lugar de filamentos de titanato de potasio.
En la Figura 5 se representa esquemáticamente a modo de ejemplo un corte transversal de una superficie revestida según la invención. Sobre un substrato metálico chorreado con arena, que presenta una microestructura con elevaciones de alrededor de 40 µm, se aplica mediante pulverización a la llama una primera capa de material Metco® 36C y sobre el mismo una segunda capa de material Metco 130, y sobre ello una capa de imprimación. Las dos capas pulverizadas a la llama y la capa de imprimación forman un soporte microestructurado, sobre el cual se aplica una estructura jerárquica de una primera capa microestructurada de PFA o FEP, que contiene cargas de PPSO2, y una segunda capa submicroestructurada, superpuesta a esta, de glomérulos individuales de PFA/FEP. En la zona de los máximos de las elevaciones de la microestructura, la capa de Metco 36 tiene un espesor de aproximadamente 40 -80 µm, la capa de Metco 130 tiene un espesor de aproximadamente 30 -80 µm, y la capa de imprimación tiene un espesor de aproximadamente 5 µm. La capa de fluoropolímero microestructurada de la estructura estratificada jerárquica tiene un espesor de 20 -40 µm, y los glomérulos de la capa de fluoropolímero submicroestructurada tienen una altura de aproximadamente 5 µm. Como se puede ver claramente, la capa de fluoropolímero microestructurada no allana la rugosidad de la capa inorgánica microestructurada. Antes bien, la rugosidad de la segunda capa de fluoropolímero microestructurada complementa a la rugosidad de la primera capa inorgánica microestructurada. Así pues, las elevaciones del revestimiento superficial tienen una altura de aproximadamente 50 – 100 µm, y sus máximos está separados aproximadamente 50 -150 µm entre sí. La superficie es aún más rugosa a causa de los glomérulos de la capa de fluoropolímero submicroestructurada.
En la Figura 6 se representa esquemáticamente una estructura estratificada similar a la de la Figura 5. La estructura estratificada se diferencia solamente en la capa submicroestructurada, que se forma con filamentos de titanato de potasio en lugar de glomérulos de PFA/FEP. Aquí, las elevaciones del revestimiento superficial tienen una altura de aproximadamente 50 -130 µm, y sus máximos están separados aproximadamente 50 -150 µm entre sí. La superficie es aún más rugosa debido a los filamentos de titanato de potasio o los nanotubos de carbono de la capa submicroestructurada.
En la micrografía electrónica de barrido que se muestra en la Figura 7, se puede reconocer una estructura de ramilletes que, en el ejemplo representado, se ha preparado con una estructura estratificada sobre un sustrato a base de aluminio. Se puede generar, por ejemplo, mediante la aplicación de una capa de PTFE como capa submicroestructurada sobre una estructura estratificada de soporte microestructurado y primera capa microestructurada. El soporte microestructurado se origina por chorreado con arena (preferiblemente con corindón fino o grueso) de una superficie de aluminio o de una aleación de aluminio, con lo que se forma una superficie de sustrato microestructurada. Se oxida anódicamente la superficie de sustrato, de manera que se crea una capa de anodizado o preferiblemente una capa de anodizado duro.
