Definitions

  • the invention relates to a retaining profile and a sealing profile for plate-shaped modules, preferably roof modules, as well as a multi-part frame comprising the holding profile and the sealing profile.
  • the invention is concerned with modular roof mounting systems for photovoltaic systems.
  • Roof mounting systems for photovoltaic (PV) are roughly subdivided into rooftop, in-roof, complete roof and flat roof systems. So far Rooftop systems dominate with a market share of 60-70%, because such systems are historically preferred, there are few problems with the tightness, good ventilation and cooling of the modules and thus high yields are guaranteed, and because no good alternatives on the Market are available. Rooftop systems have certain disadvantages. So a stable frame and a stable mounting system to absorb forces necessary, which requires a high material usage. The variety of components requires a complex assembly. In addition, rooftop systems are visually less appealing. The disadvantages mentioned above result in relatively high costs (material and working time) and a low cost-cutting potential.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the assembly of plate-shaped modules of a modular mounting system considerably.
  • the holding profile for plate-shaped modules preferably roof modules, provided according to claim 1, wherein the holding profile has a one-piece, at least partially flexible profile body made of plastic, which is designed to two adjacent Hold modules on a support structure, preferably a roof substructure, in an overlapping state, so that the profile body extends in sections between the modules.
  • the holding profile forms the central element for mounting the plate-shaped modules.
  • the retaining profile according to the invention enables easy mounting on the support structure, for example by attachment by means of wood screws on the roof battens of the roof substructure, secure fixation of the modules on the support profile, and a slip-off protection and protection against snow loads and gusts.
  • the holding profile causes an intelligent water flow through shingling or overlapping of the modules. Due to the one-piece design of the profile body optimum tightness is guaranteed.
  • the term "one-piece profile body" is to be understood as meaning that a profile body with cohesively connected sections, in particular a profile body with coextruded sections made of different plastics, is also grasped.
  • the modules can be mounted without tools and individual modules in the middle be easily replaced from a module field.
  • plastic is usually easy to process and does not corrode. A punctiform loading of the modules is avoided and a simple roof connection is made possible.
  • the flexibility of the profile body allows relatively large manufacturing and installation tolerances, so that plate-shaped modules of different thickness can be mounted with one and the same holding profile.
  • the term "at least partially flexible plastic profile body” is understood to mean that the profile body has at least one flexible section but does not have to be completely flexible.
  • the preferred material for the profile body is acrylonitrile / styrene / acrylic ester (ASA). This material is extrudable, weatherproof, chemical and UV resistant.

  • a leg of the s-shaped holding portion has a flexible tab.
  • a module can also be introduced transversely to the insertion direction into the associated module receptacle of the profile body, e.g. locked, are what is particularly desirable under the aspect of "tool-free installation".
  • the retaining profile has an anti-theft device, which allows a single insertion of a module and blocks further insertion of the module. This can prevent a module held between two holding profiles from being stolen.
  • Another aspect of the present invention relates to a sealing profile for plate-shaped modules, preferably roof modules, wherein the sealing profile is designed to hold two adjacent modules lying in a plane sealingly, so that the sealing profile extends in sections between the modules.
  • the sealing profile has a one-piece, at least partially flexible profile body made of plastic, which is designed to seal two adjacent modules lying in a plane, so that the profile body extends in sections between the modules.
  • the one-piece profile body allows a very fast installation with high stability. It ensures a high degree of tightness. Overall, a simple side connection (verge) can be accomplished.
  • the profile body is substantially H-shaped and defines two substantially U-shaped module receptacles.
  • the designations H-shaped and U-shaped refer to the preferred cross-sectional shape of the profile body. Due to the H-shaped cross-sectional shape, two module receptacles can be implemented whose insertion directions are aligned in a plane substantially opposite to each other, which favors a simple and systematic construction of the modular mounting system while allowing a simple roof connection on the side.
  • the sealing profile has two one-piece and at least partially flexible profile body made of plastic, which are connectable to keep two adjacent modules lying in a plane sealingly, so that the profile body sections extend between the modules.
