  • the rotary plate 17 is rotated so as to prepare another bending unit 12 to make a different type of bend on a new metal bar 11.
  • Fig. 4 shows how, on the same metal bar 11 on which a leading end bend was made in fig. 3, a tail end bend is made with another bending unit 12, so as to make a bend of a different diameter.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif à cintrer (10) et sur un procédé pour une machine à cintrer (15) pour éléments métalliques oblongs (11), incluant une pluralité d'unités de cintrage (12) comportant chacune des broches de contraste (13), un support de cintrage (19) définissant un plan de cintrage (P) sur lequel des éléments métalliques oblongs (11) sont positionnés, et des broches de cintrage (16) montées mobiles autour des broches de contraste associées (13), de façon à cintrer les éléments métalliques oblongs (11) en coopération avec les broches de contraste (13). Le dispositif inclut également un support de mouvement (17) sur lequel sont montées les unités de cintrage (12), chacune des unités de cintrage (12) comportant sa propre broche de contraste (13) présentant une forme différente et des dimensions différentes des broches de contraste (13) des autres unités de cintrage (12), et étant apte à être positionnée de façon sélective par le support de mouvement (17) d'une manière correspondant à une position de cintrage de fonctionnement déterminée.
