Claims (8)

  1. Abfallsammelvorrichtung (10), umfassend Mittel (22, 24, 26) zum Bewegen eines Abfallbehälters (12) zwischen einer sogenannten Aufnahmeposition und einer sogenannten Entleerungsposition, in der der Behälter (12) so geneigt ist, dass der Abfall in die Sammelvorrichtung (10) fällt, wobei die Sammelvorrichtung außerdem sogenannte Entleerungserkennungsmittel (40), die in der Lage sind, zu erkennen, dass der Behälter (12) in die Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde, und Mittel (44) zur Identifikation des Abfallbehälters umfasst, beispielsweise für die Identifikation durch Radiofrequenzidentifikation vom Typ RFID, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (50) zum Aufzeichnen von Informationen umfasst, die anzeigen, ob der Behälter (12) in die Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde, wobei die Identifikation des Behälters so die Zuordnung der Informationen darüber, ob eine Entleerung stattgefunden hat oder nicht, zu einem bestimmten Behälter oder Eigentümer zum Zwecke der Abrechnung mit dem Eigentümer ermöglicht, wobei die Sammeleinrichtung Warnmittel (50) umfasst, die aktiviert werden, wenn ein Behälter (12) nicht in seine Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Entleerungserkennungsmittel Mittel (40) zur Messung einer für die Position der Bewegungsmittel oder des Behälters (12) charakteristischen Größe (α) umfassen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Entleerungserkennungsmittel Mittel (40) zur Messung der Neigung des Abfallbehälters (12) oder der Bewegungsmittel (22, 24, 26), beispielsweise einen Winkelsensor (40), umfassen, wobei diese Messmittel (40) vorzugsweise in der Bewegung fest mit Mitteln (32) zum Ergreifen des Abfallbehälters (12) verbunden sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Entleerungserkennungsmittel einen Kontaktsensor umfassen, der auf einer Dämpfungsstange (38) des Behälters (12) in der Entleerungsposition angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der die Mittel zur Identifikation des Behälters eine RFID-Antenne umfassen, die in einem Gehäuse (42) untergebracht ist, und die Mittel zur Erkennung der Entleerung in demselben Gehäuse wie die RFID-Antenne (44) untergebracht sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, umfassend Mittel (50) zum Anhalten der Bewegung des Abfallbehälters (12), die in Abhängigkeit von der durch die Identifikationsmittel (44) bereitgestellten Identifikation aktiviert werden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend Mittel (50) zum Messen des Gewichts des Abfallbehälters (12) vor dessen Entleerung.
  8. Verfahren zum Entleeren eines Abfallbehälters (12) in eine Sammelvorrichtung (10), umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Aufnahme des Behälters (12) durch die Sammelvorrichtung (10),
    - Bewegung des Behälters durch die Sammelvorrichtung,
    - Identifikation des Abfallbehälters, beispielsweise durch Radiofrequenz-Identifikation vom Typ RFID,
    - Erkennen, ob der Behälter (12) in die Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Aufzeichnung von Informationen, die anzeigen, ob der Behälter in die Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde,
    - Zuordnung der Informationen, ob eine Entleerung stattgefunden hat oder nicht, zu einem bestimmten Behälter oder seinem Eigentümer zum Zwecke der Abrechnung mit dem Eigentümer, und
    - Aktivierung einer Warnung, wenn ein Behälter (12) nicht in seine Entleerungsposition bewegt wurde.
