Claims (9)
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer bestehend aus einem hohlen Körper, der durch den Zusammenbau von mindestens zwei Bestandteilen gebildet ist, die aus einem oder mehreren geformten Gusswerkstoffen oder Metall stammen, dieser hohle Körper umfassend, einerseits, eine Mischungs-/Verteilungskammer beziehungsweise ein Plenum mit wenigstens einer einer Befestigungsplatte oder ähnlichem zugeordneten Einlassöffnung und, andererseits, mehrere Verrohrungen, die mit dieser Kammer verbunden sind und sich von dieser erstrecken, wobei diese Verrohrungen an ihren freien Enden mit einer Platte ausgestattet sind beziehungsweise eine Platte ausbilden, die zur Befestigung und zum dichten Anschluss an die Zylinderköpfe einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine ausgelegt ist,
das Saugrohr ebenfalls umfassend einen Kreislauf (7, 8) zur Rückgewinnung und Entlüftung von Gasen, insbesondere von ölbeladenen beziehungsweise sogenannten "blow-by" unverbrannten Verbrennungsgasen aus dem Gehäuse, wobei dieser Kreislauf (7, 8) in der Struktur dieses Saugrohrs (1) integriert ist,
dieser integrierte Rückgewinnungs- und Entlüftungskreislauf umfassend einerseits, wenigstens einen ersten Teilabschnitt einer Rückgewinnungsleitung (7) mit einer Einlassöffnung (7') zum Anschluss an eine an einem Zylinderkopf vorhandene Entleerungsöffnung, bei der Montage des Saugrohrs (1) am Motor, und, andererseits, einen zweiten Teilabschnitt einer mit dem oder jedem Rückgewinnungsteil (7) verbundenen Sammlungs- und/oder Entlüftungsleitung (8),
Saugrohr (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreislauf (7, 8) ein getrennter beziehungsweise gesonderter Kreislauf ist, dessen der oder jeder erste Leitungsteil (7) an einer Verrohrung (5) wenigstens teilweise angekoppelt ist, mit welcher sie einen gemeinsamen Wandteil (5') teilt, insbesondere in der Nähe von ihrer Einlassöffnung (7'), und dessen der zweite Leitungsteil (8) an der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3) wenigstens teilweise angekoppelt ist, mit welcher sie einen gemeinsamen Wandteil (3') teilt, wobei die Kreislaufteile (7, 8) aus rohrförmigen Teilabschnitten bestehen, die an den Verrohrungen (5) und der Mischungs- oder Verteilungskammer (3) gebildet sind. - Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder erste Leitungsteil (7) einen proximalen Teil des zweiten Leitungsteils (8) enthält, der an der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3) ankoppelt ist, mit welcher sie einen gemeinsamen Wandteil (3") teilt.
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassöffnung (7') des oder jedes Rückgewinnungsleitungsteils (7) wesentlich in der Anschlussebene der Verrohrungen (5) mit den Zylinderköpfen liegt, bei der Befestigungs- und Anschlussplatte oder beim Befestigungs- und Anschlussflansch (6).
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teilabschnitt der Entlüftungsleitung (8) eine Auslassöffnung (8') umfasst, die einer oder der Förderöffnung (4) der Mischungs- oder Verteilungskammer (3) benachbart angeordnet ist und die in der Anschlussebene dieser Förderöffnung (4) im wesentlichen liegt.
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der integrierte Kreislauf (7, 8) zur Rückgewinnung und Entlüftung von unverbrannten Gasen aus dem Gehäuse mindestens zwei Teilabschnitte von Rückgewinnungsleitungen (7) enthält, die zwei unterschiedlichen Verrohrungen (5) zugeordnet sind.
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilabschnitte der Leitungen zur Rückgewinnung (7) und Entlüftung (8) teilweise einstückig und teilweise durch Zusammenwirkung der Bestandteile (2, 2', 2") ausgebildet sind, aus denen dieses Saugrohr beziehungsweise dieser Einlasskrümmer (1) besteht, wobei diese rohrförmigen Teilabschnitte beziehungsweise Fragmente von rohrförmigen Teilabschnitten mit diesen Bestandteilen (2, 2', 2") einstückig sind.
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem Aufbau aus drei Bestandteilen (2, 2' und 2") in der Form von getrennten einstückigen Gussteilen besteht, nämlich, aus einem ersten Bestandteil (2) umfassend die Verrohrungen (5), einen unteren Teilabschnitt der Wand der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3) und die rohrförmigen Enden der Teilabschnitte der die Einlassöffnungen (7') bildenden Rückgewinnungsleitungen (7), aus einem zweiten Teilabschnitt (2') umfassend den oberen komplementären Teilabschnitt der Wand der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3), den komplementären Teil der Teilabschnitte der Rückgewinnungsleitungen (7), einen unteren Längsteil des Teilabschnitts der Entlüftungsleitung (8) und die Anschlusschnittstelle der Förderöffnung (4), und aus einem dritten Teil (2") bildend den oberen komplementären Längsteil des Entlüftungsteilabschnitts (8).
- Saugrohr oder Einlasskrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem Aufbau aus zwei Bestandteilen (2 und 2') in der Form von getrennten einstückigen Gussteilen besteht, nämlich einerseits, aus einem ersten Bestandteil (2) umfassend die Verrohrungen (5), die Platte (6) zur Befestigung der Verrohrungen (5), einen unteren Teilabschnitt der Wand der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3), untere Teile der Teilabschnitte der Rückgewinnungsleitungen (7) und ihre die Einlassöffnungen (7') bildenden rohrförmigen Enden (7') und, andererseits, aus einem zweiten Teilabschnitt (2') umfassend den unteren komplementären Teilabschnitt der Wand der Mischungs- und Verteilungskammer (3), deren Förderöffnung (4) und ihre Befestigungsplatte (4'), den Teilabschnitt der Entlüftungsleitung (8), die komplementären oberen Teile der Teilabschnitte der Rückgewinnungsleitungen (7).
- Kraftfahrzeug mit Verbrennungskraftmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Fördersystem mit einer Luft- und Brennstoffmischung ein Saugrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 enthält, wobei die Verbrennungskraftmaschine wenigstens eine Öffnung zur Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung umfasst, in der Nähe von wenigstens einer Öffnung zur Zufuhr der Luft- und Brennstoffmischung in einen Zylinderkopf.
