Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a connecting bow basket according to the preamble of
There are also connecting bow baskets known in which the problem described the risk of injury in longitudinally stable legs is to be repaired by the ends of the free legs are provided with a U-shaped hook. One of the disadvantages of this embodiment of the clip-on baskets is that the baskets interlock with one another by the bent ends both during stacking and unstacking of the baskets before or after transport. Furthermore, other reinforcing steel connecting reinforcements caught in their positioning and laying in the final hook. In addition, it is disadvantageous that the tail of a concrete vibrator can get caught in the built-in terminal bow baskets. A further disadvantage is that in the production of hook-mounted connecting bracket baskets with respect to the connecting bracket baskets without hooks an additional step is necessary.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to propose a connecting bow basket which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the connecting bow basket should be inexpensive to produce and enable safe and efficient installation on construction sites.
The object of the invention is achieved by a connecting bow basket with a plurality of spaced apart and parallel to each other, U-shaped bent, two legs and a cross bar having brackets, which are connected to at least three mutually parallel spaced longitudinal bars, wherein a first and a second longitudinal bar is connected to the one legs of the bracket, wherein a third longitudinal bar is connected to the respective other legs of the bracket, wherein the first and the third longitudinal bar are each arranged in the region of a corresponding free leg end of a bracket.
One of the advantages of the invention is that there are no protruding or protruding rods of the connecting rod cage, which could constitute a risk of injury. As a result, the handling and assembly of the inventive connecting bracket baskets can be done safely and accident hazards are reduced. This is the Connecting bow basket according to the invention is suitable for fulfilling the regulations and recommendations relating to occupational safety in the construction industry.
It is a further advantage of the invention that such a connecting bar basket is inexpensive to produce and at the same time the stackability of several baskets is granted to a transport unit, which is achieved in particular by means of the second longitudinal bar. The handling on the construction site and the laying of the ironing baskets for the purpose of connecting reinforcement are facilitated with the connecting rod basket according to the invention. Disturbing end hooks on the connecting bow baskets are not present, to which, for example, the tail of a Betonvirbrators could catch when vibrating the poured concrete.
It is another advantage of the invention that by means of the asymmetrical arrangement of the longitudinal bars a sufficient torsional stiffness for transporting and handling the connecting bow basket is achieved. In addition, a high flexibility of the terminal basket during installation, for example. In the juxtaposition of two inventive terminal baskets, guaranteed, since the one leg of a strap is always without longitudinal stabilizer.
In one embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal bars of the connecting bow basket are permanently connected to the brackets. One of the advantages of the invention is that, in particular in the production of the baskets, a uniform connection technique can be selected. For example, all longitudinal bars with known welding technique on the previously elongated and later bent to ironing Welded steel rods, so that in each case a solid and permanent connection is realized. The bending is usually carried out in such a way that the longitudinal bars are arranged on the inside of the connecting bar basket. Internal lying in this context means that each bracket defines an inner region lying between the respective leg, wherein each longitudinal bar is arranged in said inner region and connected to the respective leg. In principle, as required, the bending can also take place in such a way that the bars are located outside.
In another embodiment of the invention, the crosspiece of the connecting bow basket is formed without a tie bar. One of the advantages of the invention is that a connecting bow basket for the purpose of connection in another bracket basket and / or in a reinforcing mesh and / or other, for example, consisting of several individual reinforcements reinforcements is feasible. So there are no disturbing longitudinal bars available that would have to be manually knocked off or removed in advance or would cause a threading of the hanger basket by itself.
In a further embodiment variant of the invention, the legs of the connecting bow basket have the length L, wherein the second longitudinal bar is fastened by the free ends of the bow approximately half the length L on the legs. One of the advantages of the invention is that when the second longitudinal bar is arranged at approximately half the leg length, on the one hand, a stable connecting bow basket can be realized, so that the bars are held together sufficiently rigidly. On the other hand, this arrangement allows the connecting bar basket to be flexible can be used, for example. When inserting the basket in the mesh of a reinforcing mesh, in other, consisting of individual reinforcing bars reinforcements or in other ironing baskets.
In another embodiment variant of the invention, the second longitudinal bar is arranged in the free end of the leg close to the third of the entire length L of the leg.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first and the third longitudinal bar of the connecting bar basket are each spaced at a distance h from the corresponding free leg ends of a stirrup. One of the advantages of the invention is that by this arrangement, the requirements for safety in construction are met. Since there are no protruding or protruding free ends of temples of a yoke cage, the risk of injury is minimal.
In another embodiment variant of the invention, the first and the third longitudinal bar of the connecting bar basket are respectively arranged on the corresponding free leg end of a stirrup. One of the advantages of the invention is that the longitudinal bars can also be connected to the end faces of the leg ends of the bracket, for example by welding or gluing.
In a further embodiment variant of the invention, the second longitudinal bar of the connecting bar basket is arranged between the free leg end of a stirrup and the leg end connected to the transverse bar. Advantageously, different needs can be met or demanded the follower bow basket can be fulfilled by arranging the second longitudinal bar closer to the crosspiece or closer to the free end of a respective leg. Thus, on the one hand a connecting bracket basket can be realized, which has sufficient stability, which is particularly characterized when handling and laying. On the other hand, the second longitudinal bar can be arranged so that the flexibility in laying the basket and connecting with other reinforcing elements is granted.
In an embodiment variant of the invention, the second longitudinal bar of the connecting bar basket is arranged on the corresponding leg of a stirrup at least one stirrup width b at a distance from the transverse bar of a stirrup. One of the advantages of the invention is that a stable and torsion-resistant basket can be realized, which allows the necessary freedom for installation in armor nets, other terminal cage baskets or other reinforcements consisting of individual bars.
