Claims (7)

  1. Module auxiliaire, en particulier module de communication (1) avec une tige mobile (2), qui est relié à un commutateur (9) par l'intermédiaire d'une interface, ledit commutateur présentant au moins une pièce de commutation permettant de commuter un contact avec un matériau de contact, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen (4, 5) permettant une mesure de la modification de position (3) de la tige (2) lorsque le contact est fermé, dans lequel le moyen de mesure de la modification de position (3) de la tige comprend un capteur (4) et dans lequel la tige (2) est munie d'un élément (5) pouvant être détecté par le capteur (4) et dans lequel le commutateur (9) présente un processeur (6) permettant une évaluation d'un signal de capteur reçu en provenance du capteur, avec lequel la modification de position (3) de la tige (2), due à une usure du contact, lorsque le contact est fermé peut être déterminée.
  2. Module auxiliaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément est un aimant (5) fixé sur la tige (2).
  3. Module auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le processeur (6) permet une consignation des valeurs de la modification de position (3) et une comparaison desdites valeurs avec des valeurs d'expérience mises en mémoire.
  4. Module auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le commutateur (9) est muni d'une interface de communication (7), qui permet un transfert d'une information déterminée par le processeur (6).
  5. Module auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'interface de communication (7) est prévue pour un raccordement à un bus.
  6. Module auxiliaire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bus est une AS-interface ou IO-Link.
  7. Procédé de surveillance de la durée de vie d'un commutateur (9) avec un module auxiliaire, en particulier un module de communication (1) avec une tige (2) mobile, qui est relié au commutateur (9) par l'intermédiaire d'une interface, ledit commutateur présentant au moins une pièce de commutation permettant une commutation d'un contact avec un matériau de contact, caractérisé en ce que la modification de position (3) de la tige (2), lorsque le contact est fermé, est mesurée grâce au moyen (4, 5), dans lequel la valeur de mesure déterminée pour la modification de position (3) est comparée avec des valeurs mises en mémoire et une information concernant la durée de vie du commutateur en est déduite.
