Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere verflüssigtem Erdgas, bei dem eine Zwischenflüssigkeit zur Wärmeübertragung in einem geschlossenen Kreislauf (2) zirkuliert und dabei einen ersten Wärmetauscher (3) zwischen Umgebungsluft und der Zwischenflüssigkeit durchfließt, damit die Wärme (51) der Umgebungsluft an die Zwischenflüssigkeit abgegeben wird, und einen zweiten Wärmetauscher (5) zwischen der kryogenen Flüssigkeit und der Zwischenflüssigkeit durchfließt, sodass die Wärme (54) der Zwischenflüssigkeit an die kryogenen Flüssigkeit abgegeben wird, wobei die kryogene Flüssigkeit verdampft, wobei die Zwischenflüssigkeit in den zweiten Wärmetauscher (5) geleitet wird, nachdem sie komprimiert (53) wurde und in den ersten Wärmetauscher (3) geleitet wird nachdem sie entspannt (55) wurde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenflüssigkeit im ersten Wärmetauscher (3) einem Phasenwechsel bei nahezu konstanter Temperatur unterzogen wird, wobei die Zwischenflüssigkeit beim Eintritt in den ersten Wärmetauscher (3) in flüssiger Phase und beim Austritt aus dem Wärmetauscher (3) in gasförmiger Phase vorliegt.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit aus den Kühlflüssigkeiten Propan, Kohlendioxid (CO2), R134a, R152a oder R32 ausgewählt ist.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit aus Kohlendioxid (CO2) besteht und diese in einem Ausdehnungsbehälter (6) bei konstantem Wärmeinhalt entspannt (55) wird.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, bei dem das CO2 auf einen bestimmten erhöhten Druck zwischen 80 und 130 bar komprimiert (53) wird, so dass es in einen überkritischen Zustand versetzt wird, und auf einen Druck zwischen 30 und 50 bar entspannt (55) wird.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 3, bei dem das CO2 auf einen mittleren Druck zwischen 40 und 60 bar komprimiert (102) wird, so dass es in einem unterkritischen Zustand versetzt wird, und auf einen Druck zwischen 30 bis 35 bar entspannt (104) wird.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit in einem Sammelbehälter (14) für die Zwischenflüssigkeit gesammelt wird, der in Richtung der Zirkulation (A) zwischen dem ersten Wärmetauscher (3) und dem Kompressor (4) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit in einem Bündel von Rohren (7) des ersten Wärmetauschers (3) zirkuliert, wobei die Rohre (7) in mehreren Reihen angeordnet und mit externen und eventuell mit internen Rippen versehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit in einem ersten Leitungsabschnitt der Rohre (7), welcher ein erstes Volumen bildet, und im zweiten Leitungsabschnitt der Rohre (7), welcher ein zweites, größer als das erste Volumen bildet, zirkuliert, um die Druckverluste der Zwischenflüssigkeit in flüssigem oder gasförmigem Zustand zu begrenzen.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei dem die Umgebungsluft durch mindestens ein Gebläse (8) von oben nach unten um die Rohre (7) des ersten Wärmetauschers (3) umgewälzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem der zweite Wärmetauscher vom Typ mit mit Rippen versehenen (13) Koaxialrohren (11, 12), mit Kalanderrohren oder mit Plattenrohren ist.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit in einem dritten Wärmetauscher (15) zirkuliert, welcher zwischen einem Ausgang des zweiten Wärmetauschers (5) und einem Ausgang des ersten Wärmetauschers (3) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit in einem zweiten geschlossenen Kreislauf (20) zirkuliert und dabei einen vierten Wärmetauscher (21) zwischen Umgebungsluft und der Zwischenflüssigkeit und einen fünften Wärmetauscher (23) zwischen der Zwischenflüssigkeit und der kryogenen Flüssigkeit durchfließt, wobei der vierte (21) und fünfte (23) Wärmetauscher mit dem zweiten Wärmetauscher (5) in Reihe geschaltet sind, um die kryogene Flüssigkeit vorzuwärmen.
- Verfahren zur Verdampfung von kryogenen Flüssigkeiten nach einem vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem die Zwischenflüssigkeit durch einen dritten geschlossenen Kreislauf (30) zirkuliert und dabei einen sechsten Wärmetauscher (31) zwischen Umgebungsluft und der Zwischenflüssigkeit, einen siebten Wärmetauscher (34) zwischen der Zwischenflüssigkeit und der kryogenen Flüssigkeit und eine Turbine (33) durchfließt, welche einen Druckunterschied der Zwischenflüssigkeit zur Stromerzeugung nutzt, wobei der siebte Wärmetauscher (34) mit dem fünften Wärmetauscher (23) in Reihe geschaltet ist, um die kryogene Flüssigkeit vorzuwärmen.
