Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Strahlungsgerät (21), eine Pulverauftragsstation (4) sowie eine damit aufgebaute Anordnung zum Pulverbeschichten von temperatursensiblen Materialien, wie Holzwerkstoffen und MDF-Platten (8) sowie ein Verfahren hierzu. Wesentlich bei der Anordnung und bei dem Verfahren ist es, dass durch die spezielle Geometrie des Strahlungsgeräts (21) bzw. der entsprechenden Arbeitsweise eine gleichmäßige ausreichende, aber kurze Strahlungseinwirkung auf die Oberfläche des zu beschichtenden Substrats (8) ermöglich wird, ohne dass die Kerntemperatur des Substrats über einen kritischen Wert ansteigt. Bei der Anordnung ist hierzu eine Schleifstation (1), eine Beflammstation (2), eine Lackierstation (3), eine Pulverauftragsstation (4), ein Strahlungsgerät (5) und ein Aushärte/Vernetzungsbereich (6) vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise kontinuierlich durchlaufen werden können. Das Strahlungsgerät (21) zeichnet sich hierbei dadurch aus, dass die Strahler ring- oder kreisförmig bzw. bewegbar angeordnet sind, während bei der Pulverauftragsstation (4) Ableitelemente vorgesehen sind, die zu einer Glättung des elektrischen Feldes an der Oberfläche der Substrate dienen und somit Pulverkonzentrationen an Kanten u. dgl. vermeidet.
