Description

The present invention relates to a roller blind curtain, in particular a Roman shade consisting of a roller blind, a traction means and arranged at one end of the roller blind winding device, wherein the winding device has an electric motor drive, which is connected to a rechargeable battery and the battery via at least one Voltaic solar cell attached to the roller blind is electrically charged, wherein the electrical connection between the battery and the solar cell consists of electrical conductors.

A generic roller blind curtain is known from WO02 / 41740 A. In this known roller blind the electrical conductors are passed through the folds of the blinds, including perforations must be present in the blind, while the traction means are guided by indicated eyelets and the Faftstellen of the blinds. Due to the perforations but damage to the blind is done.

Such blinds curtains are mounted in window openings or openings and serve to cover the window opening. In this case, it is desirable to enable an electromotive actuation. This electromotive operation requires an electrical power connection in the immediate vicinity of the take-up, which, however, the installation costs are substantially increased. In addition, a subsequent attachment is possible only in those cases where a power connection is available at the installation site.

The present invention is based on the object to enable an independent electrical power supply for electric motor driven roller blinds curtains and to improve the generic roller blind curtain.

According to the invention this is achieved in that on the roller blind at least one Rolloband fixed on one side is present, and the traction means with the roller blind is connected, wherein the Rolloband consists of a fabric band and having at least one electrical conductor, which consists of an electrically conductive yarn and woven into the Rolloband and / or connected to the formed as a fabric band Rolloband traction means comprises an electrical conductor, wherein the traction means consists of a cord of textile material and the electrical conductor consists of electrically conductive Kordelgam.

Conveniently, the attachment of the voltaic solar cell takes place at the opposite end of the winding device of the roller blind. In this case, it is particularly advantageous if the electrical line consists of warp threads woven from electrically conductive yarns in the longitudinal edges of the woven fabric tape.

a view of a Rollobandes used in the invention.

In Fig. 1 an inventive roller blind curtain 1 is shown. This is a Roman blind. This Roman shade consists of a roller blind 2, for example made of textile material and / or plastic. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to design a roller blind according to the invention instead of a roman blind. On the roller blind 2 are in the longitudinal direction X parallel to their longitudinal edges 3 extending according to Fig. 1 sewn several, in particular three Rollobänder 4 in the illustrated embodiment. These roller blinds 4 are preferably made as in Fig. 2 At least one of the roller blinds 4, preferably all sewn-on roller blinds 4, have one or two electrical conductors 6a, 6b. In Fig. 2 It is shown that the electrical conductors 6a, 6b preferably consist of two woven, electrically conductive yarns of known type, wherein the conductive yarns form warp threads of the fabric band 5, which are woven into the longitudinal edges 7 of the fabric band 5. Furthermore, the roller blind 4 each have a traction means 8, which is guided by loops 9 or other attached to the fabric band 5 guide means, such as guide eyelets or the like. This traction means 8 is expediently to a drawstring made of textile material. At one end of the blind sheet 2, a take-up device 11 is attached, which extends over the entire width B of the blind sheet 2. The winding device 11 is formed in a known Roman blind coil technology and has a hollow shaft 12. With this hollow shaft 12, the traction means 8 unilaterally connected, so that by a rotational movement of the hollow shaft in one direction, the traction means 8 can be wound on the hollow shaft 12 and located on the hollow shaft coils. Here, the take-up device 11 opposite end of the roller blind, with the traction means 8 are connected, pulled in the direction of the take-up device 11 out. In the mounted, hanging state of the Roman blind, the lower end of the Roman blind is thus pulled upwards in the direction of the winding device 11, forming the folds of the roller blind 2. At the opposite end of the reeling device 11 of the blind sheet 2, the lower end, the blind sheet 2 has a saddle-type a conclusion 16, in the expediently a stiffening insert is introduced. By a rotational movement of the hollow shaft 12 in the opposite direction to the winding can / can the draw means 8 unwind and move the blind sheet 2 down. The force required for this purpose is generated by the weight of the blind sheet 2, which is why it is advantageous to increase the weight of the blind sheet 2, in particular at the lower end by the stiffening insert, whereby a uniform force is ensured.

According to the invention, an electromotive actuation of the roller blind curtain 1 is provided. For this purpose, an electric motor 13 is advantageously arranged in a known type in the hollow shaft 12 and the rotor of the electric motor 13 is connected to the hollow shaft 12. The electric motor 13 is preferably a low-voltage DC motor and is supplied with a DC voltage of 24 volts, which is generated by a rechargeable battery 14, which is electrically connected to the electric motor 13. The charging of the battery 14 is carried out according to the invention via one or more voltaic solar cells 15, so that a power supply independent of the power supply and installation of the roller blind curtain 1 according to the invention is achieved. According to the invention, the solar cells 15 are expediently fixed on the lower end of the roller blind 2, namely on the side facing outward in the mounted state, so that the solar cells 15 are not covered and the daylight both in the lowered state of the roller blind curtain and are exposed in its raised state. The electrical connection of the preferably series-connected solar cell 15 with the battery 14 via the contained in the blind bands 4 electrical conductors 6a, 6b. For this purpose, it is expedient if the roller blinds 4, like the solar cells 15, are fastened on the outside of the roller blind 2. Instead of a power supply via the Rollobänder 4, it may also be appropriate according to the invention, with the roller belt. 4 connected traction means 8 electrically conductive form by in the traction means 8, an electrical conductor of an example electrically conductive yarn is integrated. The traction means itself can be made, for example, from a cord made of textile material. In this case, the traction means on the one hand electrically connected to the one or more solar cells 15, and the other end is an electrical connection with the battery 14. In order to achieve the best possible visual impression of the roller blind curtain 1 according to the invention, it is expedient if the Fabric tapes 5 of the roller blinds 4 are made of a transparent material. The conductive yarns used to make the electrical conductors 6a, 6b may be, for example, yarns having an outer silver coating. The solar cells 15 are preferably fastened by means of a hook and loop fastener on the lower end of the blind sheet 2, so that an easy assembly and disassembly is possible.
