Claims (14)
- Druckknopf für ein Spendersystem eines unter Druck stehenden Produktes, wobei der besagte Druckknopf ein Betätigungsgehäuse (14) umfasst, das eine Öffnung (17) zum Ausgeben des Produktes, eine Düsennadel (18) zum Verschließen der Ausgabeöffnung (17) und eine Muffe (15) mit einem Montageschacht (16) für besagten Druckknopf auf einem Rohr (10) zum Zuführen des unter Druck stehenden Produktes umfasst, wobei das besagte Gehäuse zwischen einer oberen Stellung und einer unteren Stellung gleitend um die besagte Muffe montiert wird, und zwischen ihnen einen Freiraum (19) zur Zuführung des Produktes vom besagten Montageschacht zur besagten Ausgabeöffnung bildet, und die besagte Düsennadel über eine umkehrbare Verschiebevorrichtung der besagten Düsennadel zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Ausgabestellung - wenn das Gehäuse jeweils in der oberen oder in der unteren Stellung ist- zwischen dem Gehäuse (14) und der Muffe (15) montiert wird, und der besagte Druckknopf darüber hinaus zumindest eine elastische Rückholvorrichtung des Gehäuses (14) in die obere Stellung umfasst, und der besagte Druckknopf dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er einen Ring (35) umfasst, der fest mit der Muffe (15) verbunden ist, und einen Ring (36), der fest mit dem Gehäuse (14) verbunden ist, und die besagten Ringe durch die besagte elastische Rückholvorrichtung des Gehäuses (14) in die obere Stellung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Rückholvorrichtung zumindest eine Lasche (37) zur Verbindung der Ringe (35, 36) umfasst, und die besagte Lasche beim Verschieben des Gehäuses (14) gegenüber der Muffe (15) zwischen einem stabilen Zustand und einem zusammengedrückten Zustand verformt wird.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (37) aus einem Material mit Formgedächtnis gefertigt ist.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringe (35, 36) und die elastische Rückholvorrichtung in eine Vorrichtung (38) integriert sind, und die besagten Ringe jeweils an der Muffe (15) und am Gehäuse (14) befestigt sind.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsennadel (18) einen Arm umfasst, dessen vorderes Ende mit einem Verschlusskopf (23) versehen ist, und das hintere Ende des besagten Armes über eine umkehrbare Schiebevorrichtung der Muffe (15) zugeordnet ist.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umkehrbare Schiebevorrichtung der Düsennadel (18) eine Zunge (28) umfasst, die mit einem Scharnier (29) auf der Muffe (15) montiert ist, und die Düsennadel (18) fest mit der besagten Zunge verbunden ist, und die besagte Vorrichtung darüber hinaus einen Haken (31) umfasst, der fest mit dem Gehäuse (14) verbunden ist, um die Bewegung der besagten Zunge um das besagte Scharnier beim Verschieben des besagten Gehäuses zu betätigen.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (28) eine Achse (32) umfasst, die beweglich in einer Gleitschiene (33) des Hakens (31) montiert ist, und die Düsennadel (18) zumindest eine Überbrückung (34) zur Befestigung auf der besagten Achse umfasst.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (17) mit einer Düse (24) versehen ist, in der das Ende der Düsennadel (18) zwischen deren Schließ- und Ausgabestellungen montiert ist.
- Spendersystem für ein unter Druck stehendes Produkt, umfassend eine Pumpe, die von einem Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 betätigt wird, und die besagte Pumpe ein Rohr (10) zum Zuführen des unter Druck stehenden Produktes umfasst, auf dem der Montageschacht (16) des besagten Druckknopfes befestigt ist.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zuführungsrohr (10) durch die Muffe (15) auf einem Hubweg zum Spenden/ Ansaugen des Produktes verschoben werden kann, und die besagte Bewegung durch eine elastische Rückholvorrichtung unter Spannung gehalten wird.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die elastische Rückholvorrichtung des Zuführungsrohres (10) ausgeübte Kraft größer ist, als die Kraft, die von der elastischen Rückholvorrichtung des Gehäuses (14) ausgeübt wird.
- Spendersystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine zweite elastische Rückholvorrichtung (40) des Gehäuses (14) in die obere Stellung umfasst.
- Spendersystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Bundring (3) umfasst, auf dem die Pumpe montiert ist.
- Flacon, der ein unter Druck stehendes Produkt zum Spenden enthält, wobei der besagte Flacon einen Ring (2) umfasst, auf dem der Bundring (3) eines Spendersystems nach Anspruch 13 so zugeordnet ist, dass die Pumpe mit dem Produkt in Verbindung gebracht wird, um die Zuführung des Produktes aus dem Zuführungsrohr (10) zur Ausgabeöffnung (17) zu ermöglichen.
