Einen wesentlichen Bestandteil derartiger Umformsysteme bilden Mehrstösel-Transfersysteme wie z.B. Pressenstraßen, bei welchen im Rahmen mehrerer Arbeitsschritte unverformte Blechplatinen in entsprechende Werkstücke umgeformt werden. Die Blechplatinen werden hierbei von ihrem unverformten Rohzustand ausgehend nacheinander in einzelne Pressenmodule eingelegt, in welchen die einzelnen Umformungs- bzw. sonstige Bearbeitungsschritte erfolgen. Vor dem Eintritt in eine derartige Pressenstraße sowie zwischen den einzelnen Bearbeitungsstationen übernehmen Transporteinrichtungen die Übergabe sowohl der unverformten Platine an die erste Bearbeitungsstation als auch die Übergabe zwischen den einzelnen Bearbeitungsstationen. Ein wesentlicher Faktor ist hierbei neben der Einhaltung der Bearbeitungstaktfrequenz und der Fähigkeit, die umgeformten Werkstücke stets sicher und ordnungsgemäß zu führen, auch die notwendige Präzision beim Einlegen der Werkstücke in die jeweils nächste Bearbeitungsstation. Die vorliegende Erfindung befasst sich mit einer Transporteinrichtung, welche zur Übergabe einer bereitgelegten unverformten Platine an eine erste Bearbeitungsstation, insbesondere an eine erste Presse einer Pressenstraße ausgebildet ist. Eine derartige Transporteinrichtung umfasst stets einen bewegbaren Arm, beispielsweise einen Roboterarm, oder eine bewegbare Traverse, wobei diese Vorrichtungen den notwendigen Verfahrweg von der Aufnahme der bereitliegenden unverformten Platine bis in den Arbeitsbereich der Presse aufweisen können.
