Claims (9)
- Corner joint of a casement (59) of a window or a door, in which two casement bars (6, 7) meeting at an angle are connected to each other, wherein the connection occurs by means of at least one connecting element, which is effective as a fitting component of the fully assembled casement and interacts with the frame allocated to the casement, wherein the corner joint comprises two casement bars (6, 7) fitted with separating cuts, characterised in that the connecting element is an angular fitting component reaching round the corner area, which forms an angular guide channel (2) for a push member of a espagnolette fitting, and two counter-bearings (50, 51) which can be adjusted relative to each other are arranged on one branch (3) of the fitting component, which are allocated to recesses or pockets (12, 35) in the bars (6, 7).
- Corner joint according to claim 1, characterised in that the counter-bearings are formed as basically T-shaped sliding blocks (50, 51).
- Corner joint according to claim 2, characterised in that the counter-bearings (50, 51) engage in recesses or pockets (12, 35) formed in a complementary manner to them, which are formed in the base of a fitting holding groove (8).
- Corner joint according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a hole (53) is disposed in the angular fitting component on the second branch (4) close to the corner area (54), which runs concentrically to a clamping screw (52) which serves to move the counter-bearings (50, 51) relative to each other.
