Definitions
- the present invention relates to a window or door leaf. Further, it relates to a profile end cap and a method for producing this window or door sash.
- a multi-leaf window or door such as a balcony or patio door, has two distinct wings, namely a first-opener or active wing, and a cuff or demand wing.
- a first-opener or active wing usually the right one is the first to be opened, and on the left is the toadstool.
- the cuff wing can only be opened when the leaf is already open. So that the active leaf can close to the cuff, its the active leaf facing, vertical profile is designed as a cuff profile.
- the forend is thus a part of the cudgel and opens with this, so it can also be referred to as a loose post.
- the vertical Stulpprofil is respectively mitred connected to the upper and lower, horizontal sash profile.
- a standard sash profile is used to manufacture the sycamore, which is adjusted by separating certain parts and adding other parts. This causes, among other things, that the cuff area of the window or the door must have a certain minimum width.
- the forend should be as narrow as possible. In any case, brings the professional joining the cuff profile with the This involves a series of work steps.
- Stulprofile are also necessary for windows with more than two wings.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a window or door leaf, which brings a decisive improvement in terms of Stulpprofils and the range of its connection with the other airfoils.
- a method for producing this window or door leaf should be specified.
- the inventive window or door leaf corresponds to the characterizing features of claim 1.
- the manufacturing method is apparent from the features of claim 5. Further advantageous embodiments of the inventive concept can be found in the dependent claims.
- Fig. 1 In the schematic representation after Fig. 1 on the right is the first opening leaf 1 and on the left side cane 2 can be seen from inside the building. In Fig. 2 The same area can be seen from the exterior of the building. Only the lower end of the forend area with the corner from the vertical forend profile 3 to the horizontal sash profile 4 is shown Fig. 3 is a section along the line A - A in Fig. 1 to see from a detailed example of a cuff profile 3. The exterior of the building is on the left here, the building interior on the right. When moving leaf 1 of the fold goes outward, the forend profile 3 inwards.
- At least one profile end cap 5 connecting these two profiles 3 and 4 or serving as a cover is arranged.
- the 4 to 6 represent a preferred embodiment of such a profile end cap 5, which is set up on the stülpprofil districten end of the horizontal wing profile 4.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 an example of a corresponding sealing part 6 is shown.
- a welding or other connection for example, a Eckarm mich.
- Fig. 9 shows is to remove a part 7 on stulpprofil remedyen end of the sash profile 4. This is preferably carried out by means of at least one here only indicated tiller 8. Removes or milled here is that part 7, viewed on the finished wing 2 from the inside, below right. Conversely, it would be in the case of the upper, horizontal wing profile, not shown, the top right part. With respect to the frame construction of the folding blade 2, thus always the outer edge of the sash profile 4 is to be processed. The inner edge, and in particular the area which merges into the glass retaining strip, however, is retained.
- Fig. 10 shows the corner of sash profile 4 and forend profile 3 obliquely from below.
- Mitres were previously produced by sawing. Both for achieving the gradations 9a, 9b and 9c as well as for selective cutting out and protecting the areas of the airfoil 4 which extend beyond the part 7 in question, milling is the best solution. Possible, but also less favorable, would be first sawing by means of a in the direction of arrow 10 in Fig. 9 saw with a linear action, for example a jig saw and at least one second saw standing at right angles thereto. The latter could again be done by a jigsaw. For the second step but also the use of a suitable hole saw would be conceivable.
- a part 7 of the sash profile 4 can be removed or excluded, preferably in a stepped form.
- the invention is not limited to the mass and proportions shown, as well as to the illustrated geometry of the part 7.
- the now missing part 7 is by the profile end cap 5 after 4 to 6 replaced.
- the profile end cap 5 has a curved edge 9 of the wing profile 4 corresponding to the round edge 10.
- the steps 9a, 9b may each relate to specific webs of the diegelfalz Kunststoffes of the airfoil 4, wherein the respective web forms a step. But it is also possible, as shown by the gradation 9c, to apply a gradation in a web itself.
- the thus graded profile section in the region of the edge 9 brings with it the decisive advantage itself that the profile end cap 5 by the gradation 10a and 10b on the one hand perfectly positionable, so that the surfaces plan can pass from the sash profile 4 to the profile end cap 5.
- the stepped edge 9 of the profile end cap 5 also provides a good first grip and an improvement in statics.
- the profile end cap 5 comes to the position Fig. 11 to lie. Here is good to see how the still in Fig. 10 visible, open profile cross-section 19 of the cuff profile 3 is covered and closed. This by formations and / or webs of the profile end cap 5, which follow the profile geometry of the cuff profile 3. The this-sided geometry 20 of the profile end cap 5 should therefore largely correspond to the profile cross-section 19 of the cuff profile 3 to be closed. Just as the profile end cap 5 on the other hand receives and continues the profile geometry of the wing profile 4.
- the profile end cap 5 can be fastened in various ways. This can preferably be done by means of screws 12 and 13. As well as out Fig. 6 can be provided for this purpose in the profile end cap 5 holes 14 and 15 may be provided. In the present example, there are two holes 14 and 15 which are perpendicular to each other. With the first screw 12, the profile end cap 5 is attached to the sash profile 4, with the second screw 13 on Stulpprofil 3. Additionally or alternatively, at least between the profile end cap 5 and the sash profile 4 take place bonding, for example with a silicone adhesive , Any further attachment is expressly reserved. The profile end cap 5 is not visible in the rest of the finished, closed window.
- Fig. 12 comes over the profile end cap 5, the sealing part 6 to lie down after Fig. 13 another profile part 16 of the wing profile 4 connects.
- Forms 17 available be, which engage in corresponding cavities.
- the profile end cap 5 should be made of a hard material, for example of a dimensionally stable plastic. However, metal, for example aluminum, is not excluded.
- this area looks like in Fig. 1 from where usual mitres can be visible.
- the miter between the Stulpprofil 3 and the wing profile 4 may be designed for the usual 45 °. But it can also, especially if, as is the case here, the visible part of the cuff profile 3 is narrower than that of the wing profile, have a different miter, which forms a line between the corner of the glazing and the corner of the wing.
- the airfoil 4, the Stulpprofil 3, the profile end cap 5 and the separated part 7 and the sealing member 6 also form differently than shown. Not excluded, although less useful, is also a reversal of the connection principle between the sash profile 4 and forend profile 3, which means that the profile end cap 5 is mounted on the forend profile 3 instead of the sash profile 4.
- the arrangement of each profile end cap 5 would, at least theoretically, conceivable. Furthermore, the connection of non-right angles profiles 3 and 4 would be feasible.

Description
The present invention relates to a window or door leaf. Further, it relates to a profile end cap and a method for producing this window or door sash.
A multi-leaf window or door, such as a balcony or patio door, has two distinct wings, namely a first-opener or active wing, and a cuff or demand wing. In the case of a double-leafed window, usually the right one is the first to be opened, and on the left is the toadstool. The cuff wing can only be opened when the leaf is already open. So that the active leaf can close to the cuff, its the active leaf facing, vertical profile is designed as a cuff profile. The forend is thus a part of the cudgel and opens with this, so it can also be referred to as a loose post.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a window or door leaf, which brings a decisive improvement in terms of Stulpprofils and the range of its connection with the other airfoils. Next, a method for producing this window or door leaf should be specified.
The inventive window or door leaf corresponds to the characterizing features of

The

The
Of course, it is within the scope of the invention, the
In any case, an ultimately simpler connection between the two profiles and / or a cover of this area is made possible as a result of fewer work steps. This results in a positive transition between these two unequal, but at least unequal aligned profiles. Since the
