Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckung für ein Schauglas einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, eine Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit einer Abdeckung für ein Schauglas und eine Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit einer Tür mit einer solchen Abdeckung für ein Schauglas.
Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschinen weisen eine Tür mit einem Bullauge bzw. Schauglas auf. Üblicherweise ist die Tür über einen Rahmen am Maschinengehäuse scharniert, wobei der Rahmen das Schauglas aufweist. Das Schauglas ist mit einer Abdeckung gegen Zugriff versehen, da sich das Schauglas im Betrieb auf Temperaturen oberhalb von 60° Celsius erhitzen kann. Üblicherweise wird die Abdeckung zwischen den Bauteilen des Rahmens angeordnet und mit dem Rahmen verschraubt, vernietet, verklebt oder dergleichen. Dadurch ist die Abdeckung fest in dem Rahmen gehalten bzw. zwischen den Bauteilen desselben eingespannt. Ein Nachteil dabei ist, dass ein Wechseln bzw. Austauschen der Abdeckung erschwert bzw. unmöglich ist.
Die DE 195 15 040 C2 offenbart eine Bullaugentür für eine von vorn beschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine mit einem Schauglas. Das Schauglas ist in einem Rahmen, der am Gehäuse scharniert ist, von der Trommelinnenseite aus eingesetzt und in Richtung auf den Trommelinnenraum topfförmig eingezogen. Das Schauglas ist etwa in der Ebene eines äußeren Blendrings des Rahmens mit einer Abdeckung gegen Zugriff zum Schauglas versehen. Der Rahmen umgreift den Rand der Abdeckung seitlich und auf der vorderen Außenseite. Der Rand der Abdeckung ist zwischen dem Blendring und dem Schauglas in dem Rahmen befestigt. Der Rahmen weist einen Haltering auf, der den Rand der Abdeckung mit geringem Spiel umgibt.
Die EP 1 334 228 Bl offenbart eine Bullaugentür für eine von vorn beschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine. Ein Rahmen aus einem Tragring und einem Haltering ist am Waschmaschinengehäuse scharniert. Die Tür weist weiter ein Schauglas auf, das in Richtung auf den Trommelinnenraum hin topfförmig eingezogen und etwa in der Ebene des äußeren Halterings des Rahmens mit einer Abdeckung gegen Zugriff geschützt ist. Der Rand der Abdeckung ist an dem Rahmen befestigt. Die Abdeckung ist an ihrer schmalen Mantelseite vom Haltering um- fasst. Die Abdeckung besteht aus einem über einer Modellform abgekühlten Flachglas.
Eine Waschmaschinentür mit einer herkömmlichen Befestigungsstruktur für eine Abdeckung ist in Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 gezeigt.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittdarstellung einer Tür 10 einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gemäß dem Stand der Technik. Die Tür 10 kann in bekannterweise seitlich an einer Beschickungsöffnung scharniert werden. Die Tür 10 weist ein Schauglas 12 und einen Rahmen 14 auf. Das Schauglas 12 ist im Wesentlichen topfförmig ausgebildet und weist einen fianschförmig ausgebildeten Rand 16 auf. Der Rahmen 14 weist einen Blendring 18 mit einem Haltering 20 und einen Befestigungsring 22 auf. Der fianschförmige Rand 16 des Schauglases 12 ist zwischen dem Haltering 20 und dem Befestigungsring 22 so angeordnet, dass das Schauglas 12 im Bereich des Rands 16 zwischen dem Blendring 18 und dem Befestigungsring 22 über den Haltering 20 eingespannt ist.
Des Weiteren ist zwischen dem Haltering 20 und dem Blendring 8 ein Spalt 24 vorgesehen, der sich im Wesentlichen in einer radialen Richtung des Schauglases 12 erstreckt. In den Spalt 24 kann eine Abdeckung 26 eingesetzt werden, wie der Fig. 1 zu entnehmen ist. Die Abdeckung 26 kann aus Silikatglas oder aus einem Kunststoff sein, wobei sie transparent, klar oder eingefärbt bzw. vollständig undurchsichtig sein kann. Die Abdeckung 26 dient vor allem dem Schutz von bedienenden Personen vor dem Zugriff zum Schauglas 12, das sich während des Betriebs der Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit Temperaturen oberhalb von 60° Celsius unangenehm oder gefährlich stark erhitzen kann. Die Abdeckung 26 ist außerdem als Dekorationsobjekt geeignet, das nach Bedarf z.B. von Designern gestaltet sein kann.
Fig. 4 entspricht im Wesentlichen der Darstellung der Fig. 3, wobei die Abdeckung 26 entfernt ist. Wie der Darstellung zu entnehmen ist, ist der Spalt 24 freigelegt. Dadurch können sich Gegenstände, wie z. B. Schmutz und Staub, in dem Spalt 24 ansammeln. Da die Abdeckung 26 relativ dünn ist, ist der Spalt 24 entsprechend räumlich eng bemessen. Finger einer menschlichen Hand können üblicherweise nicht in den Spalt 24 greifen bzw. hineingesteckt werden. Daher ist der Spalt 24 für Reinigungszwecke fast nicht zugänglich. Dieser Spalt 24 ist, wenn die Abdeckung 26 entfernt ist, auch unter ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten nicht akzeptabel, da ein derartiger Spalt 24 vom Verbraucher allgemein als optisch störend empfunden wird.
Die vorstehend genannten Türen können nicht bzw. werden nicht ohne die Abdeckung verwendet, da sie ansonsten einen Spalt bzw. Schlitz zwischen dem Rahmen und dem Schauglas aufweisen würden. Ein solcher Spalt bzw. Schlitz ist unter ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten nicht akzeptabel. Außerdem kann sich dort Schmutz, wie beispielsweise Staub, ansammeln, der auf Grund einer mangelnden Zugriffsmöglichkeit nur schwer bis gar nicht zu entfernen ist.
Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Abdeckung für ein Schauglas einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, die als getrenntes Bauteil einfach, das heißt mit möglichst wenigen Arbeitsschritten, an der Tür angebracht werden kann, sowie eine Tür mit einer solchen Abdeckung für ein Schauglas anzugeben, wobei die Tür bei Verwendung ohne die Abdeckung so gestaltet sein soll, dass sich kein Schmutz oder ähnliches an der Stelle ansammeln kann, an der die Abdeckung anzubringen wäre.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Abdeckung für ein Schauglas einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gemäß Patentanspruch 1 , eine Tür für eine Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gemäß Patentanspruch 7 sowie eine Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gemäß Patentanspruch 13 gelöst.
Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, eine Abdeckung für ein Schauglas als ein optionales Bauteil für eine Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine und die entsprechende Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine so auszubilden, dass, falls die Abdeckung nicht angebracht ist, kein Spalt oder ähnlicher Freiraum in oder an dem Rahmen gebildet ist, in dem sich Schmutz oder dergleichen ansammeln kann und unter ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten nachteilig ist, so dass immer der gleiche Rahmen verwendet werden kann. Insbesondere ist die Ausbildung der Abdeckung derart, dass sie durch die besondere Formgebung in Wirkverbindung mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Bereich bzw. Abschnitt eines Rahmens der Tür an demselben gehalten wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass glatte Flächen eines Bereichs der Abdeckung und des Rahmens aneinander in Anlage gebracht werden, die schräg ausgebildet sind relativ zu einer Hauptebene der Abdeckung bzw. des Rahmens und somit eine konusförmige bzw. sich verjüngende Anlagefläche bilden. Dadurch kann die Abdeckung nur von einer Seite, d.h. in einer vorgegebenen Einführungsrichtung eingeführt werden und wird von dieser Hauptseite durch ein Bauteil gehalten, so dass sie sich nicht lösen kann. Gleichzeitig sind keine Nuten oder Hinterschnitte, in die die Abdeckung eingesetzt wird, nötig.
Erfindungsgemäß weist die Abdeckung zwei Hauptseiten bzw. Hauptflächen und einen äußeren Umfangsbereich auf. Der äußere Umfangsbereich verjüngt sich in einem Bereich einer Anlagefläche. Die Abdeckung ist dazu angepasst, durch Anlage der Anlagefläche an einen komplementär, das heißt entsprechend entgegengesetzt sich verjüngenden, ausgebildeten Bereich eines Rahmens der Tür an dem Rahmen bzw. der Tür gehalten zu werden.
Bevorzugt liegen sich die Hauptseiten im Wesentlichen gegenüber und ist ein Winkel zwischen einer der Hauptseiten und dem äußeren Umfangsbereich gebildet, der kleiner als 90 ° ist, d.h. gedachte Verlängerungslinien bzw. -flächen der Hauptseiten und des Umfangsbereich schneiden sich unter einem Winkel, der kleiner als 90 ° ist, so dass sich der Umfangsbereich insgesamt in einer Richtung verjüngt, die in einem angebrachten Zustand der Abdeckung von dem Schauglas weg verläuft.
Bevorzugt weist der äußere Umfangsbereich eine Abschrägung auf, so dass die Abdeckung bei Montage an einem Rahmen einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine besonders gut allein auf Grund ihrer besonderen Form gehalten werden kann, wenn der Rahmen eine entsprechend komplementäre Form aufweist.
Bevorzugt ist der äußere Umfangsbereich bezüglich zumindest einer der Hauptseiten vorstehend ausgebildet, wodurch ein Bereich, an dem die Abdeckung durch einen Rahmen einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gehalten sein kann, vergrößert ist.
Bevorzugt sind die Hauptseiten kreisförmig, so dass der Umfangsbereich konisch ist, oder rechteckig ausgebildet.
Bevorzugt ist die Abdeckung aus Silikatglas oder Kunststoff, klar oder eingefärbt oder undurchsichtig, wodurch eine große Vielfalt an Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Abdeckung gegeben ist. Bevorzugt weist eine Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine ein Schauglas und einen Rahmen auf, wobei der Rahmen einen Bereich aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, dass der Rahmen dazu angepasst ist, durch Anlage einer Anlagefläche einer der vorstehend genannten Abdeckungen an den Bereich des Rahmens die Abdeckung zu halten.
Bevorzugt weist der Rahmen einen Blendring und einen Befestigungsring auf, zwischen denen das Schauglas angebracht ist, wodurch das Schauglas sicher gehalten ist.
Bevorzugt ist der Blendring an einem inneren Umfangsbereich komplementär zu der Anlagefläche der Abdeckung ausgebildet, wodurch die Abdeckung leicht angebracht werden kann und allein durch die besonderen Formen der Anlageflächen an dem Rahmen gehalten wird.
Bevorzugt weist der innere Umfangsbereich eine Abschrägung auf, die angepasst ist, die Abdeckung in Anlage an dem Schauglas zu halten, wodurch bei einem Entfernen der Abdeckung vermieden wird, dass ein Spalt zwischen dem Blendring und dem Schauglas gebildet ist.
Bevorzugt verjüngt sich die Abschrägung des Blendrings in einer Richtung, die dem Schauglas entgegengesetzt ist, wodurch die Abdeckung besonders gut gehalten werden kann.
Bevorzugt ist das Schauglas so zwischen dem Blendring und dem Befestigungsring angebracht, dass lediglich ein Bereich eines Rands des Schauglases für eine Anlage der Abdeckung vorgesehen ist, wodurch bei entfernter Abdeckung lediglich ein kleiner Bereich gebildet ist, an dem sich Schmutz anlagern kann.
Bevorzugt weist eine Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine eine Tür mit einem Schauglas auf, das von einer vorstehend genannten Abdeckung abgedeckt sein kann.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung, der Tür und der Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine sind Gegenstand der jeweils zugehörigen abhängigen Ansprüche, die ihre Stütze in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen finden.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden beispielhaften Beschreibung von einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung anhand der Figuren. Fig. 1 ist ein Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittdarstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit einer Abdeckung,
Fig. 2 ist ein Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittdarstellung einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, wobei die Abdeckung entfernt ist,
Fig. 3 ist ein Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittdarstellung einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit einer Abdeckung gemäß dem Stand der Technik, und Fig. 4 ist ein Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittdarstellung einer Tür einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, wobei die Abdeckung entfernt ist.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer Schnittansicht einer Tür 10 einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine gemäß der Erfindung. Man beachte, dass Bauteile, die denen der eingangs in Verbindung mit Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 beschriebenen Tür gemäß dem Stand der Technik entsprechen, durch gleiche Bezugszeichen angegeben sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Tür 10 weist einen Rahmen 14 und ein topfförmiges Schauglas 12 auf. Das Schauglas 12 weist einen flanschför- mig ausgebildeten Rand 16 auf. Der Rahmen 14 weist einen Blendring 18 und einen Befestigungsring 22 auf. Der flanschformige Rand 16 des Schauglases 12 ist zwischen dem Blendring 18 und dem Befestigungsring 22 eingespannt, wobei der Blendring 18 an dem Rand 16 anliegt.
Der Blendring 18 weist in seinem in radialer Richtung gesehenen inneren Umfangsbereich 28 eine Abschrägung 30 auf. Die Abschrägung 30 ist so ausgebildet, dass sie sich in eine Richtung, die der topfförmigen Vertiefung des Schauglases 12 entgegengesetzt ist, verjüngt.
Auch bei der erfmdungsgemäßen Tür 10 ist eine Abdeckung 26 vorgesehen. Die Abdeckung 26 weist zwei sich im Wesentlichen parallel gegenüberliegende Hauptseiten 26a, 26b auf. Ihr äußerer Umfangsbereich 32 verjüngt sich in einem Bereich einer Anlagefläche 34. Die Abdeckung 26 liegt mit der Anlagefläche 34 in einem Zustand, in dem die Abdeckung 26 an dem Rahmen 14 angebracht ist, an dem inneren Umfangsbereich 28 bzw. der Abschrägung 30 des Blendring 18 und an einem relativ kleinen innere Umfangsbereich 36 des Rands 16 des Schauglases 12 an, wie in Fig. 1 darstellt ist. Genauer ist der äußere Umfangsbereich 32 gegenüber den Hauptseiten 26a, 26b geneigt, d. h. der Umfangsbereich 32 ist nicht senkrecht bezüglich der Hauptseiten 26a, 26b. Insbesondere weist der äußere Umfangsbereich 32 eine Abschrägung 38 auf, die komplementär zu der Abschrägung 30 ausgebildet ist. Daher ist ein Winkel, der zwischen dem äußeren Umfangsbereich 32 bzw. der Abschrägung 38 und der Hauptseite 26b gebildet ist, kleiner als 90 ° und der äußere Umfangsbereich 32 verjüngt sich insgesamt in einem bereich der Anlagefläche 34 in einer Richtung, die von dem Schauglas 12 weg verläuft. Dadurch weist die Abdeckung 26 insgesamt allgemein die Form eines Kegelstumpfs auf.
Zum Anbringen der Abdeckung 26 an der Tür 10 wird die Abdeckung 26 einfach in den Blendring 18 hineingedrückt, so dass zwischen dem Blendring 18 und der Abdeckung 26 eine Art Presspassung gebildet ist. Die Abdeckung 26 ist durch die Form der Abschrägung 30 des Blendrings 18 ohne Befestigungsmittel, wie Schrauben, Nieten, Klebemittel oder dergleichen, gehalten.
Fig. 2 entspricht im Wesentlichen der Darstellung der Fig. 1, wobei die Abdeckung 26 entfernt ist. Wie der Darstellung zu entnehmen ist, steht lediglich der relativ kleine innere Umfangsbereich 36 des Rands 16 des Schauglases 12 über den Blendring 18 hervor, an dem die Abdeckung 26 ansonsten anliegen würde. Ein Spalt wie er bei der obigen Tür gemäß dem Stand der Technik vorhanden ist, ist jedoch durch die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung nicht mehr gegeben. Dadurch ist dieser kleine innere Umfangsbereich 36 des Rands 16 für Reinigungszwecke zugänglich, so dass eventuelle Ablagerungen an Staub oder dergleichen leicht entfernt werden können. Des Weiteren ist durch die besondere Ausbildung die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Abdeckung 26 auszutauschen. Dazu kann ein Werkzeug erforderlich sein, das zwischen die beiden Abschrägungen 30, 38 gesteckt wird, und die Abdeckung 26 dann über eine Hebelbewegung herausgedrückt wird.
Durch die besondere Formgebung des Rahmens und der Abdeckung ist es beispielsweise möglich, Türen für eine Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine mit immer ein und denselben Rahmen zu verwenden bzw. herzustellen, unabhängig davon, ob eine Abdeckung angebracht werden soll, ohne dass dekorative bzw. ästhetische und reinigungstechnische Nachteile in Kauf genommen werden müssen.
Die Form der Abschrägung ist dabei nicht auf eine Art lineare Kante, wie sie in den Figuren zu sehen ist, beschränkt. Die Form kann nach Bedarf gewählt werden. Insbesondere ist eine abgerundete, gebogene, gewellte, mit Rillen oder Noppen versehene Form denkbar. Der äußere Umfangsbereich kann von zumindest einer der Hauptseiten vorstehend ausgebildet sein. Die Abdeckung kann allgemein in einer Draufsicht gesehen kreisförmig bzw. scheibenförmig, quadratisch, rechteckig trapezförmig oder konvex sein.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Abdeckung (26) für ein Schauglas (12) einer Tür (10) einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, mit zwei Hauptseiten (26a, 26b) und einem äußeren Umfangsbereich (32), der sich in einem Bereich einer Anlagefläche (34) verjüngt, wobei die Abdeckung (26) dazu angepasst ist, durch Anlage der Anlagefläche (34) an einen komplementär ausgebildeten Bereich (28) eines Rahmens (14) der Tür (10) an dem Rahmen (14) gehalten zu werden.
2. Abdeckung (26) nach Anspruch 1, bei der sich die Hauptseiten (26a, 26b) im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegen und ein Winkel zwischen einer der Hauptseiten (26a, 26b) und dem äußeren Umfangsbereich (32), der kleiner als 90 ° ist, gebildet ist.
3. Abdeckung (26) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die an dem äußeren Umfangsbereich (32) eine Abschrägung (38) aufweist.
4. Abdeckung (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, deren äußerer Umfangsbereich (32) bezüglich zumindest einer der Hauptseiten (26a, 26b) vorstehend ausgebildet ist.
5. Abdeckung (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Hauptseiten (26a, 26b) kreisförmig oder rechteckig ausgebildet sind.
6. Abdeckung (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die aus Silikatglas oder Kunststoff, klar oder eingefärbt oder undurchsichtig ist.
7. Tür (10) einer Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, mit einem Schauglas (12) und einem Rahmen (14), der einen Bereich (28) aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, dass der Rahmen (14) dazu angepasst ist, durch Anlage einer Anlagefläche (34) einer Abdeckung (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche an den Bereich (28) die Abdeckung (26) zu halten.
8. Tür (10) nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Rahmen (14) einen Blendring (18) und einen Befestigungsring (22) aufweist, zwischen denen das Schauglas (12) angebracht ist.
9. Tür (10) nach Anspruch 8, bei der der Blendring (18) an einem inneren Umfangsbe- reich (28) komplementär zu einer Anlagefläche (34) der Abdeckung (26) ausgebildet ist.
10. Tür (10) nach Anspruch 9, bei der der innere Umfangsbereich (28) eine Abschrägung (30) aufweist, die angepasst ist, die Abdeckung (26) in Anlage an dem Schauglas (12) zu halten.
11. Tür (10) nach Anspruch 10, bei der sich die Abschrägung (30) in einer Richtung, die dem Schauglas (12) entgegengesetzt ist, verjüngt.
12. Tür (10) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei der das Schauglas (12) so zwischen dem Blendring (18) und dem Befestigungsring (22) angebracht ist, dass lediglich ein Bereich (36) eines Rands (16) des Schauglases (12) für eine Anlage der Abdeckung (26) vorgesehen ist.
13. Wasch- und/oder Trockenmaschine, mit einer Tür (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12.
