Claims (5)

Feststellvorrichtung (1) für Fenster, Türen od. dgl., mit einem feststehenden Teil (Rahmen) und einem demgegenüber beweglichen Teil (Flügel), mit einer Treibstange (5) an dem ersten Teil (Flügel), die mittels einer Handhabe längsverschieblich ist, wobei ein Endabschnitt der Treibstange (Stangenabschnitt) (5) im Inneren einer Schiene (2) mit U-Querschnitt verläuft und stellenweise Nocken (10) besitzt, und die Schiene (2) am ersten Teil (Flügel) befestigt ist und entlang der von ihrer U-Öffnung gebildeten Nut (6) ein Schieber (3) läuft, den Nocken (10) Gegennocken (11) zugeordnet sind, gegen welche diese Treibstange (5) beim Längsverschieben der Treibstange (5) mit den Nocken (10) fährt und den Schieber (3) in einer gewünschten Schienen-Längslage arretiert, und mit einem Ausstellarm (4), dessen eines Armende am längsgeführten Schieber (3) und dessen anderes Armende mit dem zweiten Teil (Rahmen) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Stangenabschnitt (5) am Schienenboden höhenkonstant geführt ist und seine Nocken (10) quer zur Schienen-Nut (6) gerichtet sind, dass entlang der Schienen-Nut (6) eine H-förmige Leiste (9) im Schieneninneren angeordnet ist, die im Höhenabstand zwischen dem Stangenabschnitt (5) und dem Schieber (3) liegt wobei die Leiste (9) auf ihrer dem Stangenabschnitt (5) zugekehrten U-förmigen Unterseite die Gegennocken (11) besitzt und den Stangenabschnitt (5) an deren Längskanten umgreift, während sich an den Innenseiten (14, 15) des U-förmigen oberen Leistenabschnitts (16, 17) an den aufeinander zugewandten Innenschenkeln (16, 17) Profilvorsprünge (18) befinden, die mit komplementär dazu ausgeformten Gegenprofilvorsprüngen (19) an der dem Stangenabschnitt (5) zugekehrten Unterseite des Schiebers (3) zugeordnet sind, in einer ersten Lagenzuordnung der Nocken (10) und Gegennocken (11) die Schenkel (16, 17) der U-förmigen Unterseite der Leiste (9) durch eine Krümmung des elastischen Mittelstegs (21) konisch zulaufen, und in einer zweiten Lagenzuordnung unter Streckung des Mittelstegs (21) die Schenkel (12, 13) auseinander gedrückt werden, wobei sich die Schenkel (16, 17) des U-förmigen oberen Leistenabschnitts zangenartig an die Gegenprofilvorsprünge (19) anlegen.
