Dies führt dazu, dass trotz der ebenen Ausgestaltung keine über die Schrupp-Schleifscheibe vorstehende Mutter zur Befestigung auf der Abtriebswelle der Schleifmaschine benötigt wird, so dass auch ein flächiger oder angenähert flächiger Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Schrupp-Schleifscheibe möglich ist. Diese Ausgestaltung der Nabe kann selbstverständlich auch bei ebenen Schleifscheiben eingesetzt werden, die nicht den erfindungsgemäßen Aufbau haben.The structure of individual flat part discs allows a very simple prefabrication of these part discs. Die Armierungen 9, 10 bestehen aus einem mit dem Bindemittel des Schleifkorns 11 imprägnierten Gewebe, in der Regel einem Glasgewebe. Diese Teilscheiben 8 sind gehärtet. Die Teilscheiben 8 weisen auf ihren Außenseiten, also auf den freiliegenden Flächen der Armierungen 9, 10, keine Etiketten oder Papierlagen oder dergleichen auf, sind also unkaschiert.The
Zur Herstellung einer Schrupp-Schleifscheibe 1 werden mehrere eben ausgebildete Teilscheiben 8 übereinander gestapelt, wobei in einem ringförmigen Bereich um die Mittel-Öffnung 3 jeweils eine Klebstoff-Schicht 12, in der Regel Duromere, aufgetragen ist. Diese Klebstoff-Schicht 12 mit einem Durchmesser d ist jeweils so dünn, dass beim Verpressen des Pakets aus mehreren Teilscheiben 8 zu einer Schrupp-Schleifscheibe 1 der Klebstoff in der Oberflächenrauhigkeit der aneinanderliegenden Teilscheiben 8 auf genommen wird. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Teilscheiben 8 im Bereich der Klebstoff-Schicht 12 mit dem Durchmesser d fest miteinander verbunden sind, und dass sie außerhalb der jeweiligen Klebstoff-Schicht 12 nicht miteinander verbunden sind, aber dicht aneinander liegen. "Dicht aneinander liegen" bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang nicht, dass benachbarte Schleifscheiben 1 hier einen Abstand von exakt 0 aufweisen, sondern dass kein praktisch relevanter Luftspalt zwischen zwei benachbarten Teilscheiben 8 besteht. Für die Dicke a einer Schleifscheibe 1 aus n Teilscheiben 8 mit einer Dicke b gilt also: a ≈ n x b. Für die Dicke b der Teilscheiben 8 gilt: 0,8 mm ≤ b ≤ 1,4 mm. Für das Verhältnis von Durchmesser d der Klebstoff-Schicht 12 zum Außendurchmesser D der Schleifscheibe 1 gilt: 0,2 ≤ d/D ≤ 0,65. Für den Außendurchmesser D gilt: 10 mm ≤ D ≤ 300 mm. Der Bereich, in dem die benachbarten Teilscheiben 8 nicht miteinander verbunden sind, bildet den Arbeitsbereich 13 der Schleifscheibe 1.To produce a roughing
